Chapter 263: Jerry, My Boyfriend

The next morning, I rolled over, half-asleep, and bumped into something.

I jolted awake to find myself in Jerry's arms. He was gazing at me with soft eyes full of tenderness. "Awake?"

His voice was slightly hoarse, with a hint of raspiness.

As the memories of last night slowly returned, I felt embarrassed. I reached out to hug Jerry again, burrowing deeper into his arms and shamelessly staying in bed. "Not yet.  "I wanna stay in this bed forever."

Hearing my words, he leaned down for a deep kiss, rolling on top of me until my body went limp, and I begged for mercy. "Stop..."

Suddenly, I felt something hard and hot pressing against me, just like last night.

My face flushed instantly, and I scrambled out of Jerry's arms. "I'm going upstairs to check on Nolan! He should be awake by now!"

Last night, Jerry had clung to me, not letting me go back. So Elissa took care of Nolan.

Despite their age difference, the two of them got along quite well. When I called, Nolan had assured me, "Hope, don't worry!

Now Jerry's brown eyes glanced at me, and he chuckled in exasperation, "Just teasing me?"

"What else!" I rushed into the walk-in closet to change clothes. "I'm heading back."

"Wait a few minutes for me."

Jerry, helpless, got up and casually put on a T-shirt and cargo pants. After washing up, he took me upstairs.

In the elevator, I couldn't help but keep staring at his face.

How could his skin be so good with just a splash of water?

Jerry's eyes lifted slightly. "What are you looking at? Want to kiss me in broad daylight?"

I glanced at the camera above, remembering what he did last night, and glared at him. "Who wants to kiss you? Not me."

As soon as I finished speaking, a kiss landed on my forehead. "Stingy. If you won't kiss me, I'll kiss you."

My face heated up again, and I raised my hand to hit Jerry. The elevator door opened just in time, and he dodged out.

"Jerry!" I chased after him, annoyed.

The door was open, indicating Elissa and Nolan were already up.

Jerry ran inside but suddenly stopped abruptly. I bumped into his back and deliberately cried out, "It hurts!"

"Where does it hurt?" Jerry's tone was lazy as he turned to support me.

I randomly covered my nose. "Here."

Jerry moved my hand away, looked down, and raised an eyebrow. "It's nothing serious, as long as it's not your brain."

Taking advantage of his distraction, I reached out and tickled his waist.

I had discovered last night that he was very ticklish.

Sure enough, he dodged and grabbed my hand, a slight smile on his lips. "Using the pity card now?"

I huffed, "Being your girlfriend, I have to be smart, right? Otherwise, I wouldn't even know if you ever deceived me."

"Hope!" Elissa suddenly called out to me. I looked over and saw Cecil in the living room.

Cecil was looking at me steadily, smiling gently. "Hope, Dave asked me to come check on you."

"Cecil." Feeling a bit awkward, I instinctively stood up straight. After calming down, I said helplessly, "You don't have to mind Dave. He just video-called me yesterday and now made you come all the way from Jacquar."

Dave was always consumed with worry about my well-being.

During my time in Fantasia Federation, he had even reminded me to dress warmly every time if the temperature dropped the next day.

So when I came back to the country, Dave wasn't quite used to it.

Sometimes, he would send a reminder message, only to remember I was no longer in Fantasia Federation.

Then he would quickly add: No matter where you are, take good care of yourself!

Cecil glanced at Jerry beside me and smiled. "It's not just Dave. I'm also a bit worried about you."

Jerry looked at Cecil, not as sharp as the last time they had met, but rather hospitable. "What would you like to drink? Coffee or water?"

Elissa, while changing Nolan's clothes, apologized to Cecil. "Sorry. I was busy with Nolan and ignored you."

"It's okay. I'll get what I want myself."

Cecil was very casual. As he got up to make coffee at the bar, Jerry suddenly opened the fridge and tossed him a bottle of mineral water.

"Have some water." Jerry glanced at his watch, saying, "It's only eight o'clock; you probably haven't had breakfast yet. Drinking coffee on an empty stomach is bad for your stomach."

Jerry actually cared about Cecil?

I frowned at Jerry, feeling something was off. But Cecil's expression was still calm.

Cecil caught the mineral water and smiled. "Didn't expect Mr. Hammer to care about health and wellness?"

Jerry mischievously pulled me into his arms. "Of course. I'm not single anymore and naturally want to live longer."

I realized what was off.

Jerry was declaring his status as my boyfriend.

I cooperated by not pulling away, looking at Cecil with a smile. "Cecil, let me reintroduce you. Jerry, my boyfriend."
