During this time, Charles and Anna had gotten a lot closer and amicable.

Julia walked in Starlight Entertainment and saw Tina scrolling through Instagram on the sofa.
Julia put the notice she was holding on the table, sat down across from Tina, and rubbed her aching temples. "Tina, didn't you beg me for a month off to chase after some guy? Why are you here now, looking all free?"
Tina closed Instagram and tossed her phone aside.
She pouted and looked at Julia with puppy-dog eyes. "I just don't have what it takes to win over my hero."
Julia couldn't help but laugh.
She got up, grabbed two cups of coffee, handed one to Tina, and sat back down.
Stirring her coffee, Julia glanced at Tina and smiled. "You've got the looks, the brains, and a good background. You know how to flirt; what guy could resist you?"
Tina took a sip of her coffee and smirked. "Our Julia sure knows how to spot talent."
Julia chuckled.
She put down her coffee cup and asked seriously, "Tina, didn't you say you liked that cop? Why aren't you going after him anymore?"
Since the auction, Tina hadn't gone looking for Austin.
Actually, she'd only gone after Austin twice from the start.
Lately, Tina, who was all about suppot him financially, was just talking and not even visiting the SWAT team.
Tina's face stayed the same, but she couldn't help but think about the auction.
As an actress, she had to be perceptive.

That day at the club, all of Austin's attention was on Anna.

Gathering her thoughts, Tina shrugged it off and said, "He might already have someone he likes. If I keep chasing him, it'll just make me look desperate. Plus, if things get awkward, it won't be good for me, Charles, or Dr. Howard."
Seeing the brief sadness in Tina's eyes, Julia felt a pang in her heart and frowned.
