117. Matteo vs Leo pt 1
Matteo was quick to pull her away.
He took her quickly by his hand and ran with her. Karina was shocked that Leo pulled the trigger. She got that he was p!ssed at her, but she never imagined…
“Hhh…He just tried to kill me? Matteo?!” She whispered yelled in a worry with tears escaping her.
“Karina, baby! Just so that you know, I wasn’t aiming at you!” Leo’s voice called out from the woods.
“Oh my god his hunting us!” Karina freaked out.
Matteo held her shoulders and grabbed her face gently.
“Look, his not himself. He’s not in control of his blood lust either.”
“Blood lust?!”
“Leo sees you as his prey Karina, but I’m not going to let him get to you.” Matteo tore off the hem of his shirt and wrapped her wound around her neck. They moved stealthy around the woods once more, but Matteo knew he’s wolf was bound to surface at any moment.
“KARINA GET OUT HERE RIGHT NOW!” Leo shouted in a fury as he shot at the tree they were hiding at. Karina screamed and Matteo clamped her mouth shut as he moved her again.
They ran and ran but Karina couldn’t keep up.
Matteo turned around and knew what he had to do.
“You’ll need to go on Knight.”
“Knight?”
“My wolf.” Matteo explained,
Karina shook her head. She’d seen his wolf before and he terrified her.
“IF YOU RUN FROM ME KARINA, YOU KNOW WHAT WILL HAPPEN RIGHT?” Leo shouted with a cynical laughter trying to find her.
“What did he do to you back in the room?” Matteo asked out of curiosity
Karina shook her head too embarrassed to even tell him what he did to her.
“Tell me or I won’t hesitate to kill him right now.” Matteo warned.
Karina didn’t want him to kill him. But she knew he was losing his patience with him. She sighed out relaying her secret that she thought she’d take to her grave.
“He (coughs) spanked me.” She whispered lowly looking away from his gaze.
“Wait he spanked you?!” Matteo growled ready to beat his a$$ up. But Karina grabbed his arm stopping him. Leo shot another bullet at their location, smirking. He was getting closer.
“Mmm..Matteo..I can’t. Please I’m scared!”
Matteo looked down at her warmly and gave her a kiss on her forehead.
“Don’t be. Knight would never hurt you. Have a little faith Karina. Trust us. We will protect you.”
Matteo turned away from her, and got down on all fours. Karina looked away as she heard his clothes rip and tear up with the sound of fast bone cracking. Knight appeared before her and looked at her coming close to her.
Karina stood still noticing the majestic creature as he lowered his head upon at her eye level.
With the sound of some gun shots firing Karina gasped, hugging his neck out of the blue. Knight licked at her arm and nudged his head quickly at her to get on. With no time to waste, Karina gathered her courage and got on his back.
Knight picked her up like she weighed nothing and Karina wrapped her hands around his neck as she heard Leo firing his shots and calling out her name in another fury. She looked back and she caught Leo’s eyes glowing blue, and got down on all fours. Karina yelped knowing what Leo was about to do next.
“Faster Matteo!”
His wolf growled.
“I,I mean Knight!”
Knight picked up more speed and Karina clung on to him tightly, secretly preying that she would make it out alive from the woods.
