77. Don't hide from me ❤

No matter how hard, Cora did to break of the lustful spell with him her inner wolf complained. She spoke to her like cupid had struck her. She was trying to change her mind, saying she should be with Kian instead of worrying about her looser ex boyfriend who not only had feelings for her best friend, but relied too heavily on those Soldier pills to give a damn about her.

"I don't want you!" Cora heart skipped making Kian crash his lips with hers again. She resisted a moan, and Kian knew from those wonderful sensations that lingered from his touch, what a lie that was.

"Don't say that." Kian said feeling hurt, Cora kept her tears on lock. Why did he look at her with so much love?

He pulled away from her and sighed controlling his lustful self with her.

"Look me in my eyes and tell me that you don't want me."

Cora was stunned. She blushed as he looked deeply at her. Her heart skipped again, and she sighed heavily. Looking away she took hold of his arm and with all the strength she had flipped Kian over her shoulder.

"Stay out of my life!" She screamed in anger and frustration.

She escaped once more phasing into her wolf and escaped him.

Kian sighed out and chuckled to himself.

"We'll see how long you can stay away from me Cora."

A cop car roamed about after midnight hours.

Leo was on night duty and normally he would be with his cop partner Jack, but Jack was 'still taking care of grandma' and was currently away. Leo, was keeping a look out for any suspicious activities. Unfortunately street crime was pretty high in the area. Luckily tonight seemed like a good peaceful night.

He smiled thinking about his visit over to Grandma Erika's a couple of days ago. He enjoyed seeing her, and strangely he couldn't stop thinking about the fifteen year old spitfire Karina. Of course he tried to ask her what got her into trouble with the monitor around her ankle, however she crudely stuck her tongue out to him.

He was tempted to pinch her cheeks wide but that wasn't necessary since Erika had gripped her ears into a twist many times when she was caught being rude to him. He chuckled at that thought. He was reminded of his child hood too, when Jack and Leo were caught smoking a pot of weed in their room. Erika didn't just twist their ears till they were numb she broke their Tv and computer and sent them both to military school for a year, to clean up their act.

It was thanks to Erika that Leo was encouraged to become a cop, and Jack didn't mind taking down the drug dealers. That fool had come a long way to get of the sweet Mary Jane as he liked to call it. He pulled out his phone and made a call.

"Jack, this is the 87th time I've left a voice message. I don't care where you are and I don't care what you've done, just please give me a call back?" Leo sighed and rolled his eyes.

Where was this fool? Why did the captain tell him that he'd taken a sudden holiday? Most of all, he was pissed that his best friend Jack, who was more like a brother and family to him, lied to him.

After a while of cruising the street, Leo got a call. He stopped the car, and parked it to the side. He grinned taking the call but frowned when he saw who was calling him.

He'd been so hurt and so angry at his ex. But he knew he couldn't avoid her call for too long. Unfortunately she was no doubt in contact with their mutual friend Jack too.

"Hi traitor."

C: "Leo, please listen to me." Cora controlled her lump in her throat, it had been more than a month since he had answered her call or spoken to him.

"Hmm? Perhaps if you listened to me we could have saved Veera? But guess what, she's brainwashed thanks to that notorious Alpha, thinking that she's in love."

Leo was still p!ssed off with her. He thought about Veera alot and wanted to go back and kidnap her back to safety himself. But he knew that he was powerless against that damn Alpha who had an army of more than the SWAT team of Weres by his side.

Cora was still pissed of at him but right now she didn't have the time to argue with him, whilst she was packing her bag. Kian was no doubt going to hunt for her, and right now, Cora knew she had to escape from Oyster Bay.

"Whatever. Have you spoken to Jack?"

C: "Yes, why has he contacted you?"

"That fool, I don't know what he's upto, but he lied saying that Grandma Erika was ill. I went to check on her thinking to find him over at hers, but guess what.."

C: "He wasn't there?" Cora felt guilty hiding fact that their mutual friend had turned. Just like her.

"Yeah, I've left him a dozen voicemails and his off the grid, I can't locate him anywhere?"

C: "That's because his not in town, and don't worry his asked me to tell you that he'll call you once his ready to talk to you."

Leo furrowed his brows in confusion, and chuckled. That didn't sound like Jack at all. He spilt the beans to him the instant he was in trouble.

"What does that mean Cora?"

C: "Look, can we please meet up I need to talk to you?" Cora said hoping he was wishing to see her too.

Leo scoffed.

"Missing me? Ofcourse you are. Well if you're expecting us to get back together that ship has sailed traitor."

C: "Listen to me jacka$$ you're in danger!" Cora fired angrily hoping the would finally listen.

Suddenly he got another call coming through. He would've easily cancelled the phone call, however this was Grandma Erika calling.

"Hold on Cora."

C: "LEO WAIT! IT'S IMPORTAN-" Leo swiftly put her on hold. Danger? Did she forget that he had the soldier pills on him?

He answered his sweet Grandmothers call. It was unusual for her to be up this late at night.

"Grandma Erika? Everything ok?"

E: "Oh my goodness, Leo, no. It's Karina."

"Why what's happened?"

Erika told Leo quickly that Karina had not shown up for her community service today and she said that she hadn't turned up to school. Her local precinct couldn't track her in town and his poor sweet grandmother feared the worst.

"Hey, don't worry, I'll find that brat. Can you send me her number?"

Erika messaged him and Leo got to work after calming her down.

What was Miss spitfire upto?

He saw that Cora had hung up but she gave him a message, saying where to meet her. Leo rolled his eyes. He'd have to catch up with her later. Every time he thought about his ex, Leo was instantly brought back to the hurt and betrayal she caused him thanks to that prick Kian. He was trying to save Veera who was unfortunately in the hands of the Alpha Ares Cascata.

Meanwhile back at the private cottage.

Ares closed the door behind him and walked over to a very horny, and sexy looking mate.

He dimmed down the lights and turned around to a hot and flustered looking mate.

He wanted to make it romantic for her as much as he could.

Veera dropped his coat to the side and walked over to him. She hugged his back and Ares turned around.

She smiled and nervously started to unbutton his shirt. Ares would have gladly ripped it off him however his sweet mate started kissing his chest and was kind of trembling to undo his belt.

Ares looked down at her and caught her hands.

"Are you ok?"

"Yy..yes, I'm just.."

"Nervous?"

Ares kissed her head and scooped her in his arms making her yelp. He could feel her excited heart beats.

He laid her down gently on his bed and removed his pants and boxers off swiftly.

"Don't be."

Veera nodded and saw Ares opening the window to let some cool air in.

He pulled out his claws and Veera pulled out her hand, like a stop signal.

"Wait, no need to rip these up. I got it!" Ares chuckled whilst Troy wagged his inner tail in delight.

She got inside the white duvet and Veera blushed as he stood there by the window, watching her every move.

He watched Veera remove her undergarments and skirt off and she threw them down to the floor cheekily. She looked his way, and simply nodded at him, giving him absolute permission to take her.

Ares heart tugged at his chest as she looked so ready for him, now. He stalked towards the bed. With one swift movement of his arm he threw the duvet on the floor, making Veera gasp in her birthdaysuit. She couldn't help but madly blush as his eyes gazed upon her naked body.

"Don't hide from me."

T: There better not be any interuptions this time or I will kill that person.

A: Agreed.
