CHAPTER 35: MIRACLE

Juanita was in a great mood as she did her house chores seriously as she made a countdown in her head until the time the elixir will be ready.

She also checked her Mystic inbox and saw the addresses of the customers who had won the bids the previous day. Juan left her apartment and went to send the bags of rice to their respective addresses.

When she returned home, it was already around four in the evening and she made a call to her parents and talked for a while. She didn’t bother them a lot as they were still working at their food stall.

She cooked another feast for herself and ate with Gem as she waited for the time to arrive. They were both anxious but time couldn’t be rushed.

After waiting for a whole day, the elixir was ready and it was time to take it and see what was going to happen. Gem was also anxious to see what was going to happen to Juan.

Juan prayed silently for a short time before gulping down the elixir in one shot. She was waiting for that painful torture she felt when she ate the fruits but nothing happened.

“Did I just got scammed?” she asked as she laughed sadly.

What kind of B.S was this? If she ever meets that woman again, she was going to give her a piece of her mind.

“Master, this……can you feel anything?” Gem asked hesitantly as she looked at the crazy Juanita who was laughing scarily at the ground.

Juan looked at Gem and began to cry loudly like a child, “nothing happened.
Ohhhh, I think I have been scammed. I shouldn’t trust anyone at all, next time I may die without knowing the reason.”

Gem could only watch as Juan cried repeatedly until she fainted. Using her powers, Gem took Juan to her bedroom so that she may rest comfortably and maybe when she wakes up, she will be feeling much better.

When she woke up, her eyes were painful and a bit swollen, she dragged her body to the bathroom for a shower. She was feeling a bit hungry and she had this feeling that she could eat a cow.

She stood beneath the showerhead and let the water flow down the smooth skin she was proud of recently. She ran her fingers through her shoulder-length hair as she washed it and this is when she opened her eyes wide.

Juan who had been sleeping while showering was now wide awake as she was shocked by what she was seeing. She couldn’t believe her eyes so she dashed out of the shower and went to the mirror and stood there dumbfounded.

“Is this really me?” she murmured as she looked at her reflection in the mirror.

If the other person in the mirror wasn’t doing what she was doing, she would have thought that the person she was staring at wasn’t her.

In the mirror, Juan was looking at a woman with midnight purple waist-length hair. She looked as if she had come out of a manga book. Juan was giving out this vibe she felt from the strange woman who scammed her.

“Wait a minute…..if this is what that woman was like, doesn’t this mean that I didn’t get scammed after all?” Juan asked herself happily as she danced around.

“But how am I supposed to check that?”

Juan was worried and her head full of confusion but in the end, she decided to push the matter aside and concentrate on other issues and this was her body. So many things had changed and she was on the verge of going crazy.

It wasn’t only her hair that changed but she had grown a bit taller too, there was a flash of purple from her black eyes which was worrisome. But to be honest, she was digging her new self, she looked so hot and beautiful than ever.

If that hooligan Julian were to see her this time, she wondered if the younger man will have a nosebleed this time. She was not going to lose to that little **** anymore.

Juan resumed her shower and wrapped her body with a towel. She dried her body and changed into some casual clothes. Her hair was just too long so she tied it into a ponytail before flashing to the ranch.

Juan was still hungry and didn’t forget her mission of eating a cow but she wasn’t raising any cows so she ended up slaughtering a pig in the end. She lit up the fire and drooled as she watched as the pig was roasted by the fire.

After waiting for a very long time, something that was judged by her grumbling stomach, Juan finally began to eat her roasted pig with gusto. Juan was shocked by her huge appetite but when she thought that she might have turned into one of those supernatural beings, she comforted herself quickly.

After eating the pig, Juan left for the bedroom once more and took a shower to get rid of the smoke. Juan finally left the farm space and flashed back into her apartment.

She needed a new wardrobe so Juan left the house once more and went to do some shopping. All eyes were once more on her and she felt very proud as she walked.

What Juan didn’t know was that a lot of people took photos of her as well as videos and posted them. Juan without her knowledge had become a celebrity but that wasn’t on her mind as shopping had never been that great before.

Being able to make the sales attendants welcome her with smiles on their faces and treat her like some queen, made Juan feel as if she was on some cloud nine. Even though she didn’t have a lot of money like other customers but she was treated nice.

A day of shopping made Juan’s day and she was in a happy mood when she returned home. But that wasn’t the only good news as she received a call from the consultancy firm informing her that she should come and collect her documents.

She was so happy to hear that her company was finally registered even though it was a few days for that to happen. This company was simply very efficient to be able to process everything in such a short time.

She was seeing the reason why they were a bit expensive than the others; she was going to use them again in the future. But since it was a bit late, she decided to go the next day and deal with everything then.
