CHAPTER 41: TEARS OF JOY

Juan ignored the whispers of the passengers in the plane, the stares from the stewards and stewardesses.

[How can someone be that beautiful?]

[Ahhhh, she is just like a goddess! I wanna make friends with her.]

[If I go and ask for her number, do you think that she will give it to me?]

Juan simply put on a pair of sunglasses and took out her phone and began to play with it. She didn’t forget to take a couple of selfies; this was her first time on a plane after all.

Juan had opened a blog for herself to keep some memories since she had failed to do that when she was still sick. She chose a pretty photo and made it her profile picture.

She also posted a few pictures onto the blog and felt happy. Juan began to play a few games as she was bored just sitting there without doing anything. Juan also smiled politely at the steward who brought her food while she was on the plane and the young man didn’t stop bragging about it.

When the plane landed in the nearby city towards her town, she couldn’t wait to get onto a speed train and go home. However, before she could leave the plane, she was bombarded by some enthusiastic passengers.

Juan for the first time felt how those celebrities felt whenever they were surrounded by fans. Juan had to smile and let these people take a couple of photos of her and she even signed a few autographs.

Juan was no celebrity but she felt like one at this moment, luckily some stewards helped her and she finally went out. She escaped and those that saw her couldn’t help but smile finding her cute to the eye.

The flight was only for two hours so not much time was taken in the process. When she walked out of the airport, all eyes were on her but this time she carried herself with a lot of confidence than before.

Those that saw her simply thought that she was some celebrity not knowing that she was a master farmer. She took a taxi to the train station and the middle-aged driver couldn’t help himself but kept on glancing at her.

His glances weren’t lecherous so Juan forgave the man. She paid her fare and flashed a smile at the driver before carrying her suitcase inside. She bought a first-class ticket and waited in the V.I.P room for the train to arrive in an hour.

While she waited, she bought some milkshakes and hummed a tune. Without her knowing again, Juan went viral. There was a live streamer doing a live stream nearby and somehow one of the viewers spotted Juan who wasn’t wearing her sunglasses anymore.

Her small beautiful face was all blown out and anyone could see what a beauty she was. Seeing how enthusiastic his viewers were, the live streamer ended up finding a better position to let his viewers see this beautiful woman.

On this day, he received a lot of gifts that he thanked his gods for making him meet such a fairy. But as for the identity of this fairy, no one knew, and to find her, people shared the videos and the photos.

Juan once more went viral and she was in a different city and the netizens began to wonder just where this fairy lives. As for Julian who chanced upon this, felt very proud and jealous at the same time.

When the train arrived, Juan found her seat and sat comfortably. She also chanced upon the news of her going viral and the news dumbfounded her a lot. She was shocked, happy, and anxious.

Last time she went viral but this time, it was on a higher and different level than before. It seems to be beautiful had its benefits and she began to wonder how much money she can make by entering the entertainment agency.

Luckily there was peace on the train and in two hours she was in Sparrow Town. She had been here over six weeks ago and now she was back. She wondered if her parents will recognize her.

Will they cry with happiness or faint with joy? Juan couldn’t wait to see her parents, so she didn’t waste any time when she arrived. She found a taxi immediately and went straight to her parent's home.

Because she told them that she will be coming back, her parents didn’t go to their food stall. After paying for the taxi, she looked at the house with a smile.

The driver who just left shook his head and sighed, “I wonder where those two found such a pretty relative?”

He didn’t even notice that this young, pretty girl was someone he had seen on many occasions before but who would think that Juanita who was popular for her ugliness will become a swan-like that?

Pearle and Randall had been keeping an eye on the road since morning. They knew that their child wouldn’t be home that early but they were anxious and couldn’t wait to see how healed she had become.

So, when Pearle suddenly screamed as she looked at the window, Randall who was in the kitchen checking the turkey in the oven, rushed to see what was wrong with his wife.

But when he saw that she was okay but just crying silently as she looked outside, he also looked outside to see what made her cry. And when he saw why his wife was crying, he embraced her in his arms and cried along with her.

The couple cried in each other’s arms for a minute before wiping their tears with happy expressions on their faces.

Outside the house, Juan was anxious and a bit nervous. She wanted to go inside and surprise her parents and at the same time, she wanted to just calm herself down and walk in there with confidence.

As she was busy procrastinating, the door opened and there her parents stood with red eyes. She became teary immediately as she realized that her parents recognize her and they came out to get her.

Juan simply rushed forward and threw her light body in her parents’ arms.
