CHAPTER 75: SUPERNATURAL

Juan had no idea what Julian told his friends but Olivia’s tricks vanished and she didn’t get to see the other for a long time. Juan didn’t care what happened as long as the other knows to stay away from her man.

Finally, Fantasia premiered and Juan rejected to attend any promotional activities. After the way those people treated her when she was in a pit, she didn’t want to be used.

No matter how much money they wanted to give her, she was not a pushover and she was not going to join the entertainment industry, and even if she did, she will not be acting.

The job was very tiring and the money she makes after working so hard for weeks was the money she can make in a day when auctioning the rice. So, why should she be schemed against every day when she can make money while seated at home.

Juan was ambitious but she wasn’t money crazy like others. She wanted some peace and being an actress wasn’t the right way to get it. She had already suffered enough because of a single role and had life turned upside down.

Juan was not going to allow something like that to happen again. So, even though she refused to attend the promotion, she still went to watch the movie when it was released in the cinemas

She just considered it a movie date and had a great time with Julian. Even though
Juan was so charming in the movie, Julian noted it in his head that he was not going to support Juan in this acting business.


There was no way he was going to allow his lady to be gawked at with so many people again. Juan sensed this crazy emotion so she planted a kiss on his chin and whispered some promises that made Julian smile like a lunatic.

The movie received great praises from everyone and Juan received more followers who were encouraging her to join the industry but she squashed their hopes when she announced that she will not be joining the industry but she will keep on posting if she has something new.

With all that gone, Juan decided to go out of the country to find some plants to upgrade her farm. She had heard of this forest filled with so much mystery and she decided to take a leap of faith and check it out.

This was three months into the year and Julian was still going to school. She wanted to spend the vacation with her family which is why she decided to go now before school closes.

Julian complained a bit but when Juan instated and told him that she was going to look for something important, he swallowed his grievances and escorted Juan to the airport.

He had gotten used to Juan being by his side and now with her leaving and returning God knows when he was a bit sad.

Juan was happy to leave her country Lenia for the first time. She knew that where she was going was dangerous but who was she?

Juan had to take two planes to reach her destination. In order not to make Julian not worry, she didn’t tell him that she will be going somewhere different after reaching country T.

So, the whole journey took over two days but it was worth it. When she reached country W, she took in the fresh scent and was glad that she came all the way here.

She got into a taxi that took her to the hotel where she was going to rest while she continues her journey to the particular village where the mountain she wanted was at.

Juan took another plane to a nearby city the next day and the flight was only for two hours which was not bad. When she reached the city, she found a restaurant where she ate some local specialties and mingled in like a local.

As someone who knew a few languages, how can she know foreign languages? She found a language translator on the barter trade platform for a cheap price and now she was having no problem.

Juan bought some clothes which she changed into before finding a bus that took her to a nearby town. The whole drive was strenuous and her butt hurt like crazy as the road was bumpy.

At the end of the day, Juan was at the bottom of the mountain and the place carried this aura she couldn’t pinpoint exactly. Juan had no idea how long she was going to take in this mountain but she was going to make use of this chance and get as many unique items as possible.

Juan rested for the night as it was unwise to climb an unknown mountain at night. She also used the night to map out the mountain so that she may be careful when she starts her job tomorrow. The next two days, Juan was busy picking up as many plants as she could and some brought good news while others brought no sound at all.

At some point, she was tired. She found a stream to soak her tired body in. the water was cool and very refreshing even though it wasn’t on par with her hot springs in the dimensional space.

Juan was having a time of her life swimming in the stream when she heard some footsteps. This made her stop and wonder, ‘who else can be here?’

Juan quickly got out of the water and put on some clothes without any fear. She was not afraid of anything; she was confident of winning after all she had found a fire cultivation manual and had been practicing hard and could do many tricks that can allow her to survive.

She waited for like minutes and after some waiting, the culprit came out of the shadows. It was a young woman, probably in her teens and she looked more like a tomboy but she wasn’t bad.

“You are a special woman; it is not every day I get to meet someone like me. Who are you?” the teen girl asked with curiosity in her eyes.

“Someone special like you, how about you and me talk and see if we have things in common?” Juan suggested as her head was already cooking plans.

This was the second time seeing a supernatural and the feeling was just epic and she couldn’t wait to see what this teen was. It will be nice if she isn’t the same as her.
