Chapter 63

Lsabella's pov :
To be honest I had long presupposed in my mind that this group of Alpha's, with their own power playing tactics, would definitely design to screw us Blood Moon Pack, but I didn't expect them to really want to do it as well, and to be so sure that they could succeed in one fell swoop while Jasper was still awake.
I began to hesitate.
Mr. Eric, who was closest to me, kindly explained to me, "Unexpected situation, our plan has been leaked."
"Your plan?"
Jasper caught the key word sharply and asked it word by word through clenched teeth.
I wasn't exactly forthright, but dared to look him in the face, "I was forced to, and your army is right on my borderline."
Jasper grinned, "Good then, would you like to be on my side?"
The other Alpha's looked to me.
On my way here, the warrior had communicated to me the Alpha's plan to get me here this time, and they wanted me to find the time to give Jasper a shot of the inhibitor.
I want to turn around and leave this place now, why didn't they make this decision earlier? Did I get me here with complete certainty?
I grabbed the warrior by the collar: "Can you mind-link your Alpha? Who came up with such a stupid decision that can't even be called a plan? Is everyone here to stay stupid? Or is it that my life doesn't matter, Jasper wouldn't care if he killed me on the spot."
The soldier, obviously not anticipating such a situation, stammered, "Because there was some disagreement..."
I didn't understand what he meant, but the other warrior next to me had already rushed up, and he pushed away the man I had grabbed by the collar.
"Anyway, it was just an accident, and we were following orders, so I hope you can be accommodating."
I accommodated them? Why don't they accommodate me.
I had the syringe for the inhibitor up my sleeve, but I hesitated.
I had actually been letting Jasper off the hook, including the drugged wine, and some hints from me.
Although Jasper had really hurt me and threatened my pack, which Alpha here hadn't threatened my pack? They also picked this outrageous method for me.
Although the inhibitor has a very fast onset time, basically even if you inject just a little bit, you will be able to inhibit the werewolves from transforming their forms in a short period of time.
With so many Alpha's here, and the army, and Jasper with only the few behind him, it would be hard to escape even if he was really how powerful he was.
"What are you guys waiting for? It can't be that each and every one of you are afraid of death and have to find Lsabella before you dare to make a move, right?"
Jasper was not weak at all at this moment, and he was still stimulating the other Alpha's with his words.
Felix stepped forward.
"It's not like our intention is to hurt Jasper-san, but after you became the host of the Alpha meeting in recent years, you've just been too capricious, right? With the recent moonstone time, and the various problems before that, we were forced to choose such a tactic."
Jasper sneered, "You also have the face to say this? The rule of the East Continent and even the Alpha Conference is that the strongest is king. If you want to elect a new host, you should find him to defeat me, not this kind of treacherous trick that only a small person would use. Even the rogues on the continent know to duel for the winner, have you all degenerated?"
I agreed with Jasper's remark that if my wolves were strong enough, I would have fought a duel with Jasper and gotten the presidency of the Alpha meeting in my hands.
But the other Alpha's present were successfully enraged by Jasper's remark, and they immediately retorted: "How many extra resources did Blue Moon Pack take in recent years, and you succeeded with the extra part? Now you're asking us to do the same? You've taken advantage of all the benefits, so you have the courage to talk like this, right?"
"I got the extra resources myself, and you agreed to it at that time. What? Are you backtracking now? Counting the old and new chapters together?"
"You!"
Eric slashed the hilt of his knife across my sleeve, and I sensed his hint that it seemed they were no longer prepared to wait, were they?
I was still hesitant, didn't anyone help me figure out how I should strike?
I took the first step forward.
There was a sudden silence around, especially from Jasper, who stared straight at me.
The other Alpha's didn't all look at me, but they were waiting with bated breath for me to make a move.
I then took a second and third step, and I walked in Jasper's direction.
Jasper was still looking at me with a probing gaze.
I paused slightly when I was one step away from him, then apologized silently toward him, "I'm sorry."
Jasper's pupils contracted violently, but he was too late, and I swung the needle over and stuck it just in his arm.
Jasper let out a whole roar of rage.
I let him grab me by the hair and hold me hostage.
"Don't come any closer! Or I'll kill her!"
But what do these Alpha's care if I live or die?
There was a panic on the other side, but the Alpha's who still had their wits about them shouted, "Take this chance! Go!"
Jasper pressed against my ear, "Look, they don't care about you."
Before I could say anything, I heard the sound of a roaring bicycle.
A car with its headlights on burst into the crowd, then knocked over several werewolves and drove up in front of Jasper.
Jasper grabbed me and jumped into the convertible, and Declan took off in the opposite direction of my pack as soon as he put his foot on the gas.
Jasper still had a death grip on me, and I slapped his hand away.
"I just stabbed it in, I didn't inject it."
"I know."
"Then you're still holding me hostage?"
I looked at Jasper angrily, but he didn't care at all: "You still didn't put poison in the red wine?"
"I only put half of it."
Jasper nodded: "You really do care about me."
We will be talking kung fu, I have seen behind us to chase our vehicles: "You drive to Blood Moon Pack, maybe the chances of survival with more."
"Don't you care about your wolf pack the most? Those old men won't let you off the hook if I do this to piss you off."
I froze: "It's come to this..."
Declan seemed to have no choice of path, only the purpose of escaping the pursuit, because he rushed down a small section of the cliff, Jasper and I did not wear seat belts and were bumped together.
I couldn't care less and helped Jasper support himself, so I rushed to look out the window: "You're driving in the wrong direction, aren't you? There's no road ahead, it's a cliff!"
Declan didn't answer me.
I suddenly had a bad feeling, and I looked at Jasper.
He was in such a chaotic situation, but instead, he gazed at me with a moonlight-like soft sight: "You said that if the person who fell off the cliff in the first place was me, then wouldn't we have been together."
"What do you want?!"
Jasper showed a satisfied smile: "I also fell off the cliff once, you forgive me, can you?"
