Chapter 77 Jerry Dank Is Jealous
He called out a lot, and finally said.
"Remember to make the food very spicy.''
Audrey was confused.
What the hell is this kid doing? She wondered.
She was a little helpless.
"Leopold, didn't you hear Peter say that he doesn't eat spicy food?" She asked.
"He doesn't eat spicy food, but Audrey, you like it!" Leopold Demp replied.
Then he looked at Peter seriously.
"Peter, these are all Audrey's favorite dishes. She likes all kinds of spicy food, you'd better remember them all. When I'm not around in the future, you have to remember to order her favorite dish, and you have to eat spicy food with her!" Leopold Demp addressed Peter directly.
Peter smiled.
"Okay," he replied.
"Peter, don't listen to his nonsense," Audrey quickly interrupted.
She handed the menu to Peter.
"Please, order what you want, some of your favorite food I guess," Audrey said as she gave Peter the menu.
But no matter how much Audrey coaxed him, Peter refused.
"That's enough, and in the future, I would indeed learn to eat spicy food," he said to Audrey, and Leopold.
Audrey was speechless.
It didn't matter, how could he be led astray by Leopold?
The next day, Audrey Turnah finished her house inspection and returned to the office.
Her colleague came in from outside, beaming.
"Audrey, why didn't you tell us about such a big thing with Peter?!" Her colleagues, Esther asked.
Audrey was slightly startled.
Jessica Hun screamed, and even Dr. Greg heard the noise and came out.
Knowing the whole story, Dr. Greg smiled from ear to ear.
"Is it going to be made public so soon? I thought I'd have to wait a while before I can eat you and Peter's wedding cake,'' he said.
Jessica Hun jumped up excitedly.
"Cake, cake! Audrey, I want cake!" she yelped.
Before Audrey Turnah could speak, Peter walked in with a smile.
"Hey, what's going on here?'' He asked.
In his hand, he carried a large bag of colorful candies.
Jessica Hun quickly took it.
"I'll share it with everyone," she said.
Everyone immediately went to eat candy in a lively manner.
Peter looked at Audrey Turnah, a little embarrassed.
"Audrey, don't blame me, I'm really happy, I can't wait any longer. So I couldn't help but invite all the colleagues in the hospital to share my joy...'' he said to her.
Audrey Turnah was confused, flabbergasted, stunned...etc.
She really didn't expect that Peter would inform the whole hospital so quickly. She originally said that he would wait until he met her family.
But after thinking about it, since she decided to be with Peter, the news would naturally spread to the whole courtyard sooner or later, that's all.
She shook her head.
"It's okay, it's okay to tell everyone," Audrey said.
In the ward area, Jerry Dank glanced expressionlessly at the pile of wedding cakes on the table, his eyes were a little cold.
Just now, Peter specially came to visit him.
"Listen to Audrey, you are her high school classmate, Mr. Dank, I hope you recover soon," Peter said to Jerry Dank in his hospital ward.
Before leaving, he grabbed a lot of wedding cake and put it on the table.
"Audrey finally agreed to be my girlfriend, I am really happy, please eat cake with Mr. Date," Peter said.
Peter left with a smile on his face, leaving Collins Date behind with a complex expression, and Jerry Dank whose aura had cooled down a few degrees.
Two doctors passing by were discussing about Audrey Turnah and Peter being together.
"I heard that Dr. Peter has liked Audrey for a long time. The two of them together are really talented and beautiful, a match made in heaven."
"That's it! Dr. Peter can be regarded as keeping the clouds open to see the moon, and finally got his wish."
The voices gradually faded away, and Collins Date coughed.
"Jerry, in fact, they are just boyfriend and girlfriend...'' he said with a low voice.
But Audrey and Jerry had not been together, so they didn't have any emotional basis.
Besides, let alone just boyfriend and girlfriend, even if they are married, so what.
As long as Jerry Dank wants to grab her, he can grab her.
Jerry Dank stared at the pile of wedding cakes, his eyes were as cold as ice, and his head began to ache again.
He was silent for a long time, without saying a word, he pulled out the infusion tube on the back of his hand, got up and got out of bed.
Collins Date was taken aback.
"Jerry, what are you doing?" He asked.
"Going back to Bullen City," he replied.
Collins Date was dazed.
After a few minutes.
Dr. Greg hurried over with Audrey Turnah.
"Mr. Dank, you said yesterday that you must absolutely cooperate with me, and you are leaving today?" The doctor, Greg asked.
"The company has urgent matters, and I have to go back to deal with them," Jerry Dank replied.
"No matter how urgent it is, it's not as important as your body!" Dr. Greg insisted.
Audrey Turnah couldn't understand Jerry Dank's actions.
"Besides, our director has already said that you are 90% sure of getting cured of your illness, and you promised him to stay here for three months, how can you not count on your words?" Audrey asked.
"This moment, that moment, two different times," Jerry Dank replied indifferently.
Audrey Turnah was stunned.
"Then your disease is dead?" She asked.
Jerry Dank glanced at her.
"Whether I'm cured or not, it doesn't seem to have anything to do with Dr. Turnah, does it?" He asked.
His attitude was completely different from the gentle and tolerant one at the seaside yesterday.
Audrey Turnah was a little angry.
"It's a pity that I pleaded with Dr. Greg for you yesterday. Dr. Greg finally agreed to help you treat your illness. If you leave like this, you are not only irresponsible to yourself, but also to our director!" She said to Jerry with an obviously upset tone.
Jerry Dank was silent for a while.
"Sorry,'' he replied.
He dropped this word and walked towards the door.
Dr. Greg was a little confused, he couldn't understand why Jerry Dank's attitude changed drastically.
Obviously, during the rounds this morning, when he communicated with Jerry Dank, his attitude was extremely cooperative, why did he insist on leaving in the blink of an eye?
Audrey Turnah also felt stupid, she didn't expect that Jerry Dank would be so contradictory, and he didn't take his body seriously at all.
When she came to work today, she specifically asked Dr. Greg about Jerry Dank's condition.
Dr. Greg said that if he had severe insomnia for a long time, the internal organs will not be able to rest, and debilitating lesions will easily occur.
And Jerry Dank hadn't had a good rest for five years.
That is to say, relying on youth and good health, it seemed that there was nothing wrong with him now, but if he was not treated as soon as possible, the damage to the body will be fatal. Once something went wrong, it will be a matter of life and death.
Seeing that Jerry Dank had gone out, Audrey Turnah didn't care about anything, so she chased after him anxiously and grabbed him.
"Jerry Dank, do you know that your illness is serious? If you don't treat it anymore, there will be serious problems!" Audrey said in a convincing manner.
Jerry Dank looked down at the hand that was holding his arm, his pupils were dark and cold.
Audrey Turnah subconsciously let go.
"From a doctor's point of view, I think it's best for you to stay..." she added.
Jerry Dank's eyes fell on her face, and his tone was so calm that it was almost cold.
"Audrey Turnah, as I said, I will completely withdraw from your life, but you'd better not interfere with my choice," he replied.
Audrey was astonished.
"Audrey, are you sure you saved Mr. Dank's life? Why do I feel that he doesn't have a good relationship with you?" Dr. Greg asked as he looked at Jerry Dank's figure striding away, a little puzzled.
''Or did you offend him?'' he added.
Audrey Turnah was so angry that her face flushed red.
She didn't provoke him, so how could she offend him?
Jerry Dank was very insensitive. He didn't know a good heart, she was trying to help him, even if she had nothing to lose if something happened to him, yet he was acting that way.
Jerry Dank resolutely left, although Audrey Turnah was depressed, but when she turned her head and thought about it, it seemed that it had nothing to do with her.
There are many patients who didn't take their body seriously and refuse to listen to the doctor's advice.
If she was angry with everyone, she wouldn't die of anger.
In the evening, Audrey's friend invited her to have dinner, and Audrey Turnah called Leopold Demp and Peter.
"We agreed to be single together, but you got hooked up quietly,'' Audrey's friend, Jessica Hun complained.
She hugged Audrey Turnah and lamented.
"Audrey, you have no conscience!" She said.
Leopold Demp and Jessica Hun were at odds, although he didn't want Audrey to have a boyfriend, he attacked Jessica Hun's complain about Audrey having a boyfriend.
"Why are you so heartless? How can you blame Audrey for you not being able to find a boyfriend?'' Leopold Demp asked Jessica coldly.
