Chapter 96 It Must Be Me!

Audrey Turnah glanced at Rosabelle's brother, Hilary who was driving, and felt that the kid was a little weird today.

First, he came over in the morning, gave her a bouquet of flowers, and then had lunch with her and Rosabelle.

She casually said that she used to like to eat a certain brand of ice cream.

In the afternoon, a courier contacted her and sent her a box of ice cream of this brand.

This ice cream was quite expensive, Audrey Turnah called Hialry and asked if he bought it.

He didn't deny it.

"If you don't like to eat it now, you can put it in the refrigerator and eat it slowly," Hilary said to her.

Then at night, he was waiting for her outside the school gate again, alone.

"What a coincidence," Audrey said when she saw him.

Hilary smiled.

"Are you going to Jerry Dank's house? I'm just going back, and I'll take you along," Hilary suggested.

Audrey Turnah didn't believe that he was passing by, but she hesitated for a moment and got into the car anyway.

"Hilary, what stimulated you?" Audrey asked.

She looked at him, why did he come to her today to find a sense of existence.

Hilary turned his head to meet her gaze, and smiled a little naughty.

"I didn't feel any stimulation, I want to date you, can it work?" He directly asked Hilary.

Audrey Turnah was dumbfounded.

"Hilary, do you know what you're talking about?" She asked.

Hilary was only eighteen years old this year, and she was five years older than him!

"Isn't love popular now? As long as we like each other, age doesn't matter,'' Hilary replied.

"I forgot to tell you, I gave you the flowers to show my love and beauty, and I invited you to have ice-cream for the same purpose.

Audrey Turnah knew what Hilary wanted to do, so she had some confidence in her mind.

"You want to mess around, so please forgive me. If you want to fall in love, find someone of your age,'' Audrey said to Hilary.

Hilary pursed his lips and said nothing.

When the car arrived at the place, Audrey Turnah got out of the car.

"Audrey Turnah, I'm not fooling around. I'll just wait here and see you off later. I have something to tell you," Hilary said quickly before Hilary left.

Audrey Turnah was helpless.

"Okay, don't be stupid, go home quickly," she said to Hilary.

Then, she arrived at Jerry Dank's house.

Audrey Turnah had no expression on her face, and didn't want to say a single unnecessary word to him.

When he lay down and Audrey Turnah was about to start treatment, he looked at her.

"Can you come back tonight when I wake up?" Jerry Dank suddenly asked her.

Audrey Turnah directly refused.

"No!" she replied.

Jerry Dank was silent for a while, then got up suddenly.

Audrey Turnah frowned.

"What are you doing?" She asked Jerry Dank.

"There is something wrong with the company, please send me a message at the time," Jerry Dank replied.

Then he opened his mouth lightly, lowered his head, but quickly set the alarm clock.

When Audrey Turnah went downstairs, she found that Hilary was still there.

The teenager leaned on the car, playing games, bored.

Seeing Audrey Turnah, he put away his phone and smiled.

"Okay? I'll take you home,'' he said to Audrey.

Audrey Turnah was surprised.

''Didn't you hear what I told you earlier? Was all that talk for nothing?'' Audrey asked warily.

"No matter what you say, I will send you off. I just want to go for a ride too,'' Hilary replied defiantly.

Then he opened the car door for her.

"Let's go, Miss Turnah," he said to her.

Audrey Turnah was about to refuse, when footsteps came from behind.

''Audrey!'' the man behind her said with a calm voice.

Audrey Turnah knew it was Jerry Dank without looking back.

She was also puzzled. Normally, after each treatment session, his sleep time would be a little deeper each time. How did he wake himself up?

Jerry Dank's eyes glanced at Hilary coldly.

"Why are you here?" He asked.

"I'm about to send Miss Turnah back home," Hilary replied.

There was an unruly smile on Hilary's lips, with a bit of youthful arrogance, and even faint provocation.

He reached out and patted on the car door, and simply stopped calling at Miss Turnah officially. He became even more familiar with her, now that Jerry Dank was standing in front of them.

"Audrey, are you still getting in the car?" Hilary asked Audrey Turnah.

Jerry Dank's face sank visibly with the naked eye.

Turnah shallowly pursed her lips, not looking at Jerry Dank.

"Boss Dank, goodbye," she said casually.

She turned around and got into the car, Jerry Dank stared at the girl's figure, his dark eyes filled with cold anger.

"He's gone," Hilary said to Audrey.

Hilary had not yet drive far when he took a look in the rearview mirror, and saw that Jerry Dank didn't stand where he was, he was gone.

Audrey Turnah breathed a sigh of relief.

"When we get out of Vanity Terrace, you can drop me off on the side of the road,'' Audrey said to Hilary.

Hilary was stunned.

"Miss Turnah..." he muttered.

"I don't want Jerry Dank to send me back, let alone you,'' Audrey told Hilary defiantly.

She pointed at a spot in the front.

"Just put me down there—" she was saying.

Before the word "put down" was out of her mouth, a black car rushed out with a roar, slanted, braked sharply, and stopped in front of Hilary's car.

Jerry Dank was expressionless, got out of the car with an extremely cold expression, and strode over.

Hilary frowned and lowered the car window.

"Mr. Shen, you—" he started to say.

Jerry Dank went in and pressed the door lock, opened the door, pulled Hilary out of the car, and said coldly.

"Your brother can't educate you well, I don't mind educating you for him."

Before he finished speaking, he punched Hilary hard in the face. Anger shot out of Hilary's eyes, and he subconsciously fought back.

He was usually considered a good fighter, but when facing Jerry Dank, he could only be beaten.

Audrey Turnah rushed out of the car, her voice trembling.

"Jerry Dank! Stop it!" she yelled.

Wasn't Hilary, Jerry's friend's younger brother? Were Jerry and Hilary's elder brother not roommates in college, and had a good relationship?

How could he beat up Hilary with his hands!

Jerry Dank didn't say a word, grabbed Hilary's collar, and punched his fists to the flesh, and within a moment, the boy's face was covered with blood.

Audrey Turnah didn't care about anything anymore, she rushed over and hugged Jerry Dank's waist tightly.

"Jerry, stop beating him!" she urged him.

The girl's soft body was tightly pressed against his, Jerry Dank's fist finally paused, and the madness in his dark eyes slightly subsided.

He pushed Hilary away, turned around and grabbed Audrey Turnah's wrist, and walked towards his car.

The man was tall and had long legs. Audrey Turnah was dragged by him and reeled. He didn't let go until he reached the front of the car.

Jerry Dank opened the car door, and said in an uncompromising tone.

"Get in the car,'' he ordered Audrey Turnah.

Audrey Turnah was still in shock, and very angry.

"Jerry, are you crazy? I don't want you to take me home! I won't get in the car!" she told Jerry Dank.

"Audrey Turnah, if I remember correctly, you have a boyfriend,'' Jerry Dank said to Audrey.

Jerry Dank's eyes were extremely black and cold, and his voice was even colder.

"If you like to play exciting games, why not let me play with you, don't harm other people's children,'' Jerry Dank said to Audrey sternly.
