Part Two: Ch. 13
*VINCENT!*
"For fucks' sake!" Vincent growled out loud, catching the attention of everyone in the hall. *No need to fucking scream bro.*
*Lanceston is gone!* Azrael stressed through their mindlink.
*I was wondering how long those chains would last.* Vincent laughed.
*This isn't funny, Vincent!! A very pissed off, rejected mate, is nowhere to be seen!* Azrael growled. *I'm sending some men to the school. I guarantee he's heading that way, if he's not already there.*
*Who cares? He's only after one person. Let him do as he pleases.* Vincent shrugged. *Lanceston isn't on a rampage, he knows exactly what he's doing, remember?*
Azrael just growled his response before cutting their link off.
It's been three days since Todd had been rejected. Three days of Lanceston terrorizing his family and friends and it only took him three days to get out of the silver chains and escape.
Before the school day could even begin, the pack sirens started going off. Lennon latched onto Vincent like his life depended on it. Vincent on the other hand just rolled his eyes and looked over to KJ, who seemed to have the same thought as him.
"Are they trying to give everyone a heart attack just because of one lycan?" KJ chuckled.
"Don't forget he has a little bit of that witch power in him." Vincent joked. He looked down at Lennon and gave him a reassuring smile. "We're safe, Lenny. It's okay, I promise."
Lennon just looked up at him with an uncertain look but nodded his head either way. Everyone else seemed to be in panic mode, running towards the basement where a safe room was for actual attacks.
"Come on, we need to go find him." KJ spoke up.
"Lennon, do you want to go to the basement or come with us?" Vincent asked while caressing one of his cheeks.
"You. I'm safest with you.. right?" Lennon whispered.
"Of course you are, baby." Vincent smiled down at him. "Come on, lets go."

*Remember, questions first then do whatever you want after.* Todd said to Lanceston inside their mind.
*I know, Todd. It'll be okay.* Lanceston reassured him.
Lanceston made his way through the forest that led him to the back side of the school grounds. It didn't take long before he heard the sirens going off, making him chuckle to himself.
Lanceston stopped dead in his tracks, the scent that was meant to set his body on fire, was now turning him ice cold.
*She's here!!* Todd growled. *And with someone else!!*
Lanceston let out a vicious growl before making his way towards that disgusting scent.
"Well isn't this lovely.." Lanceston sneered.
His so-called mate and the future gamma of the Full Moon pack were currently trying to dress themselves after hearing the sirens going off.
"What are you doing here!?" His '*mate*' screeched.
"Who gives a shit! The sirens went off, I need to get you back inside!" Scott, the future gamma growled.
"The sirens went off because of me.." Lanceston smirked.
"Why would they go off because of you, Todd?" Scott asked, confused.
"I'll be asking the questions here!" Lanceston growled at him, making him lower his head in submission. "So!" Lanceston slapped his hands together before his '*mate*' could question what just happened. "Lets start with why you rejected me." Lanceston faced them both again.
"What!?" Scott shouted with wide eyes. "Samantha, you rejected *him*?!?!"
"Calm down.." Samantha rolled her eyes. "I did it because I chose you as my mate.. not some warrior." She flicked her hand towards Lanceston.
"Warrior?!?" Scott nearly screamed. "Todd isn't.."
"You think I'm a warrior?" Lanceston interrupted him.
"Listen, I'm sorry I rejected you." Samantha began. "It's just that I have gamma blood in me and I just refuse to be with anyone of lesser rank than me. I don't want a weak mate or weak pups." Samantha shrugged. "I'm sure you understand that."
Lanceston just started laughing hysterically while Scott looked like he was about to pass out.
"This is perfect!" Lanceston finally said after calming himself down. "Oh Moon Goddess, please forgive me for what I'm about to do."
Before Samantha could question him, Lanceston had her pinned against the nearest tree by her throat. Scott quickly put a hand on Lancestons shoulder, earning a deathly warning growl in return.
"Please don't.." Scott begged while taking a few steps back.
Lanceston just ignored him. "I, Todd Rink, second heir to King Gabriels' throne, accept your rejection." Samanthas' face lit up in realization before Lanceston pulled his hand back. He was going to shove it directly into Samanthas' chest but right before his hand could touch her, he was tackled to the ground.
Vincent once again had him pinned below him. Lanceston roared and thrashed around, managing to free one hand. He clawed Vincent across the chest but before Vincent could repin his hand, Lanceston froze completely. His hand was frozen in the air while a permanent snarl was sketched on his face, his eyes looking around frantically.
Vincent looked over to KJ who looked just as confused. When his eyes landed on Lennon, he was shocked to see his eyes glowing gold. Vincent not only saw the fear written all over his face but could also sense it. Before Vincent could really process what was happening, Lennons' eyes rolled to the back of his head, fainting, KJ managed to catch him before he hit the ground.
Axe let out a loud whimper before Lanceston pulled their attention back towards him.
"I'm sorry for this but you're pissing me off." Vincent growled before sending a single punch slightly behind Lancestons ear, knocking him out. Vincent was on his feet and holding Lennon within seconds.
One second Vincent was in the forest and the next second he was in the castles hospital wing.
"Vinny?" Theodore rushed to his side instantly.
"Help him!" Vincent nearly cried out.
"What happened, baby?" Theodore helped Vincent lay Lennon on one of the hospital beds.
"I don't know.. I think he froze Lanceston.." Vincent whispered.
"Froze him? That doesn't.." Theodore was interrupted by Set shoving him out of the way.
Set gently lifted both of Lennons' eyelids and saw the slight golden glow. He let out a loud growl before turning to look at Vincent. "This is your fault!" He snarled.
"My fault!?!" Vincent growled back.
"If you wouldn't have claimed him as your mate, this would have never happened!!" Set lunged for Vincent but he didn't make it a single step before Kane appeared out of nowhere. He grabbed him by the back of his neck before throwing him across the room.
"YOU DARE ATTACK MY PUP?" Kane roared while putting himself between Set and Vincent.
Set was quick to get back to his feet. "This wouldn't be happening if your son didn't claim mine!" Set spat.
"I didn't claim Lennon!" Vincent yelled. "If you would open your eyes, you would see he doesn't carry my mark!!" Vincent snarled.
Set let out a small growl before inching closer to Lennons' side. "Then explain why his spell has been broken!" Set raised his voice slightly.
"Watch your tone when speaking to my pup!" Kane growled.
"Enough of this shit! Fighting isn't going to get us anywhere!" Theodore shouted. "Move!" Theodore shoved Set out of the way before checking Lennons' vitals.
"Is he okay?" Vincent asked with a shaky voice.
"Yeah.. I mean, everything is normal.." Theodore sighed. "Now tell me what exactly happened?"
"I stopped Lanceston from killing his ex-mate. I had him pinned but he managed to get a hand free and clawed my chest." Vincent explained. Kane whipped around and started to inspect him. "Dad, stop it.. You know better than anyone else, I'm fine."
"Is that when he froze Lanceston?" Theodore inquired.
"What?!" Kane and Set both shouted.
"I don't know.. Lanceston could only move his eyes and when I looked back at Lennon, his eyes were gold and the only emotion I could sense from him was fear.. pure fear.." Vincent finished while gently brushing Lennons' grey curls out of his face.
"You're going to tell me everything I want to know right now or you're going to burn for eternity." Kane snarled while taking a step towards Set.
Set let out a heavy sigh. "I felt when Lennon used his power. That's why I'm here. I thought you had marked him." Set looked at Vincent.
"Marking my mate is a bad thing??" Vincent growled.
"No, of course not.. It would just mean that Lennons' spell would be broken.." Set quickly explained.
"Spell for what?" Theodore asked.
"After his accident when he was twelve.. he finally started to develop his powers and that wasn't a good thing.. his emotions were clouding his judgement on everything. So I had to suppress his powers until he could control them better without his emotions getting in the way.." Set explained. "He still has his moments so I figured I would keep the spell active until he was ready.. the only thing strong enough to break that spell would be a mating mark.. So I assumed you marked him."
"He doesn't know what he is, does he?" Theodore asked.
"What am I?" Lennons' soft voice echoed in their ears.
