Chapter 208 The Most Feared Place by Thousands of Warriors!

"I'm sorry, I was at a dinner party and didn't hear my phone. I would've answered if I knew," Alan stammered, his voice shaking.

Joe's voice suddenly boomed like thunder, "Do you realize Mr. Davis waited for you for two hours?"

"Not even the highest-ranking members of the Dragon Temple would dare to do that!"

"What?" Alan was on the verge of losing it.

He had thought William was just a big deal in Starlight City. He never imagined William was one of the top figures in all of Eldoria.

Alan wasn't stupid. He quickly connected the dots between the Watson family's rise and Jasmine's recent success. It was all because of William.

And he had made such a person wait for two hours? He felt like dying a hundred times wouldn't be enough to make up for it.

"Kneel and apologize!" Joe forcefully pushed Alan to the ground.

"I'm sorry! I'm sorry!" Alan apologized with each bow, his head hitting the ground with a loud thud.

William remained silent.

Alan didn't dare stop. He kept apologizing and bowing, over and over.

"Kneel and apologize! Keep going! Don't stop until you pass out!" Joe shouted. "And don't fake it! The consequences will be even worse!"

No one present thought Joe was being too harsh. They felt he was being too lenient.

Time ticked by. Alan's face and head were covered in blood, and a pool of it had formed on the ground. His bowing and apologizing slowed, each word coming out with great effort.

Kurt was counting. Alan had already bowed 2,158 times. If he hadn't been trained in the Guard House and seen combat, he would have passed out long ago.

Finally, after 2,483 bows, Alan collapsed, unconscious. The blood loss and repeated impacts had taken their toll. His forehead was completely caved in, and he undoubtedly had a severe concussion.

Joe turned to William and said, "Mr. Davis, the apology is done. But this spoiled brat's arrogance and bullying need to be corrected. I'm sending him to the Skeleton Desert at the Western Desert Border for training. It will toughen him up and make him useful to Eldoria."

Everyone gasped. Training in the Skeleton Desert? That was brutal. The death rate from training alone was fifty percent. It was the last place any warrior in Eldoria wanted to go. The environment was harsh, and danger was constant. The desert was named for the skeletons scattered throughout it.

Joe was sending his son there. It was harsh, but it was also a way to protect him. At least Alan had a fifty percent chance of surviving. If William wasn't satisfied, Alan's fate would be sealed.

"Fine. If you can't educate your son, let someone else do it," William said. He had heard of the Skeleton Desert. It was a hellish place, fitting for someone as arrogant as Alan.

Everyone breathed a sigh of relief at William's response.

"Mr. Davis, shall we escort you back?" they asked, eager for a chance to please him.

William glanced at Daniel and said "He can take me back."

Out of everyone, William found Daniel the most agreeable.

Outside Azure Villas, Daniel escorted William. They happened to run into Jasmine.

Jasmine looked at William, then at Daniel.
