But then Fiona's firm voice came through the phone. "No, I'm getting a divorce. We're doing it right now."
Eugene's temper flared. "Fine, divorce it is! Don't come crying later!"
Jasmine freaked out. "Dad, are you serious?"
Eugene, though, seemed to know Fiona well. "Relax, I'm just bluffing. She won't actually go through with it."
All the guests for the ribbon-cutting ceremony had arrived.
Now, everyone was waiting for the top brass of Hope Pharmaceutical to show up.
This was what everyone was dying to see.
"The ribbon-cutting ceremony is about to start. Let's welcome the team from Hope Pharmaceutical." As Gemma said this, all eyes turned to the building.
Figures started to emerge from Hope Pharmaceutical.
The Watson family's jaws nearly hit the floor.
Why did all these people look so familiar? Weren't they Fiona's close associates? What was going on?
The Watson family felt a sense of dread; something bad was definitely brewing.

Plus, I don't want Eugene to come crawling back just because I own Hope Pharmaceutical. I want him to realize his mistake and come back on his own. I don't want them to suck up to me because of my status; that's pointless. If I lose this status one day, they'll go back to being the same."
Delia chimed in, "Yeah, my mom also said that Mrs. Watson being too flashy isn't good. Lots of people are already eyeing Hope Pharmaceutical."
William nodded. "Alright, Fiona, I’ll go with your plan. But this moment is yours."
Fiona was right; if Hope Pharmaceutical got too much attention, it would bring a lot of risks.
William didn't mind, but Fiona was always on edge, and being the Pharmaceutical Tycoon of Starlight City made her uneasy.

Eugene asked, "What's happening?"
