The embarrassment had now reached its climax. Aiden couldn't take it anymore. He got up and looked back, covering his face that felt hot and red.




Not feeling something soft and wet on her lips, Nina opened her eyes. Aiden's face, which was originally so close to her eyes, was no longer visible.




She raised her head, her eyes immediately caught Aiden's back which was facing away from her. Aiden curled up like a whiny boy who had lost a game of hide and seek.




"Mom, your son has tried to be naughty, I'm sorry." Aiden muttered sobbing.




"Aiden, why have you changed your mind?"




"Don't mind me, go away!"




"Why was he? He was so excited. Really, he want to play tug-of-war! Hem... it's also good to be a story reference," She thought.




Nina got up from the soft bed that made her want to go back to sleep. Seeing Aiden crouching while hiding his face made Nina not understand, why did he often act strangely every time he did a physical touch like that?




"What are you doing? Are you afraid you won't be able to satisfy me? Take it easy Aiden, with that size, any woman will be satisfied. Trust me!" She said casually while patting Aiden's shoulder.




"Stupid! Don't talk so casually?" Aiden raised his red face and looked so cute, making Nina stunned.

Aiden opened the door of his room, the soft aroma of spices wafted up his nose and penetrated his throat, a delicious scent that made him feel hungry.




"What are you cooking?" He asked when he saw Nina serve two bowls of food on the table.




"Instant noodles taste of hometown!"




"Instant noodles? So this is instant food, huh?" Aiden stared at a bowl full of boiled instant noodles complete with eggs, chicken pieces and scallions as toppings.




"You never eat instant noodles?"




"Once, but rarely. Why do you cook instant food? I don't like it!"




"Hey that mouth of yours! You surely haven't tried instant noodles, have you? At least you should try them before you die!"




"What's so good about instant noodles? Spaghetti is much better. After all, what's the name? Home-style noodles? How does your hometown taste like?"




"Hahaha... you make me laugh until my tears flow, hahahaha..."




"This fool!"




"Those are the mouths of people who don't know how delicious instant noodles. It's a pity, your life must be difficult because you have never tasted how delicious these instant noodles are!"

"Sluuurrrppp..." Aiden took his first mouthful. The taste of the broth and spices that didn't go over strong, but tasted delicious filled his mouth.




"Delicious!" He thought. But he was still reluctant to admit it, with just one mouthful, one couldn't immediately decide the value of a meal.




Nina sat across from Aiden, looking at him carefully as if she was waiting for the jury to taste her food.




"Sluurrpp...slurrpp..." Aiden was getting more and more addicted to the taste of the spices that filled his taste buds. The delicious taste turned out to be incapable of being resisted by a man like him.




After passing through the thrilling minutes, finally came the moment of determination. Aiden's bowl was empty, there was nothing left not even the spring onions.

"Yeah... not bad!" He replied arrogantly.

"Why are you protesting at me? I didn't say it tasted bad, right?"




"Not bad, that means it's normal, while almost everyone in the world acknowledges its deliciousness. I ask you to take back your words! Tell me the truth, this instant noodle tastes very delicious!" She said with great enthusiasm, like an orator speaking on the pulpit.




"You are too much! Not all compliments have to be said in detail! You don't want to eat this? Then, I'll eat it!" Aiden said as he took Nina's bowl of instant noodles and ate it.




Nina was silent, looking at Aiden who was eating the two packs of instant noodles he had brought from home. The word 'pretty bad' that he said made Nina realize that he was just embarrassed to admit that the taste was really delicious.




"Why don't you just admit it tastes good? You bastard!" Nina thought.




Nina stepped towards the kitchen table and brewed two cups of Ceylon tea to be enjoyed after eating, even though she actually didn't eat anything because Aiden ate her portion of instant noodles.




"What tea do you brew?"




"Ceylon!"




"I don't think I bought tea stock yet, did you bring it?"




"Because the tea at your house has run out, so earlier I bought it at a convenience store near here. Here's the tea, please drink it!"




"Thank you!"

"Is there something I want to ask you?"

"About Julian. Actually, Saturday night when you keep calling me, I was eating at a French restaurant with him."
