Yes, Aiden was absolutely sure of his words. Somehow he just realized how stupid he was to just accept such intimidating treatment from Samantha. What is he afraid of? His career will be destroyed at the hands of that woman? Or Chloe and her agency will get involved in their personal problems. 

Samantha, who was silent for 10 seconds, could barely believe that the time had come for him to rebel. Even though she was annoyed, for some reason Samantha felt even more challenged to drag Aiden into the vortex of her growing ambition. 

"Okay, keep fighting and we'll see. How long can you do this?" After saying her last threat, Samantha immediately ended the call. 

Aiden could understand what he meant, even when he really intended to fight her. Samantha was not at all afraid, even still did not want to back down from him. What does Samantha really want from him? that was what he couldn't understand. 

Because the annoying talk made it difficult for him to close his eyes, there was a strange feeling inside him that forced him to think about that problem continuously. At the same time, he felt his heart beating fast, making his breathing short and unstable. 

This feeling, yes, the feeling he had felt a few years ago. When panic and stress made him almost end his own life. The reason why Aiden is afraid to form relationships with other people and why he chooses to live alone without friends is because of the pain that makes him want to die. 

"Aiden, let's get up!" The beautiful voice called out to him. He felt that his eyes had just been closed and it was difficult to open them at this moment. 

"Yes, What is up?" He muttered who had not realized from his sleep. 

"It's nine o'clock, you said you wanted to take me to campus!" 

"Oh...yes, alright I'm awake!" He said while trying hard to open his eyes and lift his head from the pillow. 

Seeing Aiden's tired state like this, made Nina unable to bear it, it was impossible to force her to drive in this condition. 

"Okay, you go back to sleep! I'll just take a taxi!" 

"No...! Let me deliver. I want to take a shower first..." 

"You go to sleep, you don't have to push yourself. I can take a taxi right?" Nina whispered softly while gently stroking Aiden's head so he fell back asleep. 

"Are you sure?" 

"Yes, but ask for the taxi fare!" She said jokingly. 

"Well, just take the money in my wallet!" 

"Hahahaha...no need, I'm just kidding! Ok, I'll go first! Oh yes, breakfast is on the dining table, don't forget to heat it up first!" 

"Yeah…" Aiden said, already drifting back to sleep. 

What Nina felt every time she opened the door was trauma, remembering Samantha suddenly arriving and giving her a sickening speech about what was and wasn't appropriate for Aiden. Even though she has left the apartment building, she is still worried about the unexpected appearance of Samantha and Emily. 

She stood on the side of the road, right in front of the apartment building waiting for a taxi to pass by. She really hoped that he could pass this day well, but apparently, that hope was still far from her shadow, when a black car stopped in front of him. 

The car window opened slowly, showing the face of a woman that she had avoided seeing. Nina was surprised, her shocked face made Samantha laugh sarcastically. 

"You're surprised, aren't you? Looks like you just did something forbidden with someone's lover. How many rounds last night?" She said. Nina shuddered, the cold stare and unfriendly look that Samantha showed was really scary. 

"What's wrong? Do you want to say something? Didn't I tell you that I work in Aiden's apartment. Do you still not believe it?" 

"No, I believe it, I really believe it. Because your face shows your true rank. So, there's no reason for me not to believe that you're just a maid!" 

"It's good that you understand! So you have no reason to glare at me anymore!" 

"Who said I didn't have a reason to do it? You think I would believe that you and Aiden couldn't possibly sleep together just because you're his maid. Do you think I wouldn't worry about that?" 

"Listen, Samantha! I'm in a hurry now and I don't have time to talk to you, I have to go-"

"Wait! Don't move from there!" Samantha said as she opened her car door and walked over to her. 

Samantha opened her cell phone and pointed the camera at Nina's face to take a picture. Samantha smiled when she saw how pathetic the woman in this photo was. 

"What are you doing? You took my picture?" 

"Yes, and I wanted to share your picture to let everyone know how embarrassing you are. Pretending to work in a famous model's apartment so I can seduce her into cheating on her boyfriend!" 

"What do you mean? who seduced her?" 

"Of course you, you, Karenina Morales! Because of you I can't sleep well every night. I'm constantly haunted by bad feelings because of what you did!" 

"Why do you blame me for your failure? Don't you think you're great? You can get any man you want-"

"You're right! You're so right! But you know one thing? The man I want is Aiden and I hate it why you have to be with him!" 

"Now, what are you going to do?" 

"Destroy your life! I will do anything to make you suffer. I will destroy your life until nothing is left. If you still insist on being with him, I will not hesitate to do it!" 

Nina was silent, suddenly her body trembled for no reason. She did not know how far Samantha would prove her words. However, if you see the expression on her face at this time, she realizes that Samantha is not playing games. 

"Are you out of your mind?" 

"Yeah...I'm crazy. Because of that, I hate anyone who gets in my way from getting what I want!" 

"You know Samantha? We can't always get what we want-" 

"I know, but that doesn't mean we don't try to get it. I think you understand enough what I mean. If you feel I'm just pretending, please try it yourself and see the results!" Samantha got back into her car. After leaving the serious gaze, Samantha immediately drove her car towards the apartment. 

Nina could clearly guess, if it seemed, it would soon be Aiden's turn to receive the same treatment from that crazy woman. Nina really didn't expect that the beautiful night she spent last night would be replaced by a gripping morning like this. 

It felt, as if fate would just keep toying with them until at a point, where they would get used to it on their own. Nina took a deep breath and let it out slowly. Now, she has lost her energy and enthusiasm to take lessons on campus. 

"I don't know what will happen to Aiden now. I hope he's all right!"
