Chapter 64

"Come, I'll be waiting for you." Sweet words that kept echoing in Aiden's ears. Coupled with that sweet smile, making Aiden increasingly lose his sanity. 

No body know know what kind of magic Nina actually gave him, so that he could fall this deep. When faced with such close range. It was impossible for him to let her go home, forcing him was fine as long as her stayed tonight. 

"Stay tonight!" Whispered Aiden with the sound of his breathing that felt heavy. 

"But I have to go home, I-" 

"You want to find another reason to refuse my request?" 

"You can say that." 

"You are a very cruel woman!" 

"Maybe!" 

"But unfortunately I can be crueler than you. I want you to stay here tonight!" 

"You forced me?" 

"Yes, I insist." 

"Fine, but I don't want to sleep in your room! Lend me the guest room or I'll sleep on the couch!" Nina smiled, as if daring Aiden to be braver than usual. 

"You really suck huh?" Aiden agreed, aggressively Aideb took Nina's hand and hugged her tightly. 

"Let go! I can't breathe!" 

"Just try to let go if you can!" 

"Okay, what do you want?" 

"I think it's obvious, I want you tonight!" 

"Just for tonight?" 

"I will say it every night, until you believe that I really want you." 

"But you already have Samantha, right? You want to betray her?" 

"Isn't that what you want? I'll be her boyfriend, but my heart belongs to you. That's what you want, right?" 

Nina paused and thought, is that really what she wants? if only he had known that actually Nina didn't have enough courage to compete with an ambitious woman like Samantha. Especially at that time, Nina openly told Samantha that her feelings for Aiden were impossible. 

It feels like licking her own spit, not to mention Emily who is no less dangerous than Samantha. Although from the outside she acts like a woman full of confidence. But from within, she was worried about such unfair competition. 

Hope the story is like in a romantic novel, where one day there is an extraordinary man who falls in love with an ordinary woman like her. A fantasy that almost everyone coveted. Nina was once that silly, even now she still hopes for such an impossible thing. However, when she feels that there is magic in her life, Nina realizes that she is not the main female character in that romantic story. In the end, she will become a side character who only stops by for a moment. 

Seeing Nina who was pensive without resistance, Aiden immediately lifted the body and carried her into the room. While Nina is still shrouded in feelings of inferiority and does not deserve to get that special role. 

"Are you okay?" he asked. 

"Yes, I'm fine!" 

"Don't you like the way I am? Am I making you feel uncomfortable?" 

"No, that's not it. I was just thinking!" 

"Thinking what? about the two of us?" 

"Yes!" 

"Then, what do you think? Tell me!" 

"What if Samantha won't let you go? What are you going to do?" 

"Maybe, I'll marry her!" 

"What?" 

"Haha... are you surprised? Are you scared?" Aiden laughed, seeing her reaction who immediately turned pale at the joke he made. 

"No, just marry her!" Nina said angrily, making him laugh even louder. 

"Hahahaha... you're really scared, aren't you? Why don't you just be honest that you want me too!" 

"So what about my question earlier? You haven't answered it yet!" 

"Is she so in love with me that she won't let me go? She is a very beautiful woman, great and talented. She doesn't need a childish man like me." 

"That's what you think. But she thinks you are different! Maybe it's your attitude that made her fall in love." 

"What am I like, hum? In your eyes what am I like?" 

"You're obnoxious, indecisive, lacking in confidence, considerate and childish." 

"Then, what else?" 

"I don't know, that's what I know for sure!" 

"Then, why do you like a man like that? Why suddenly, your feelings change?" 

"I don't know." 

"You don't know?" 

"Yeah-" Nina recalled how her feelings could change. Aiden who always insulted and angry at her all the time. They even got involved in a chase that ended ridiculously. An unexpected meeting just because the story she wrote to earn extra money, instead led her to this strange meeting. 

However, in every event after incident they passed together. There are always interesting things that make Nina feel that her life is much better since knowing him. Even though she had to accept repeated bad luck, the luck she got was far greater. Especially, the love that used to be so impossible for her to get. 

Seeing Nina who was just silent with a flushed face made Aiden sure that Nina was remembering how they could fall in love with each other. 

Aiden pushed her body down on the bed and kissed her gently. Their eyes looked at each other which clearly showed the contents of their hearts. 

"I'm sure, I will always want you. So, let me finish my business with her. I will tell Samantha that I love you." 

"No, she won't take it that easy. Just do as we agreed, you can go on a date with her, have a dance, have dinner or-" 

"Doing this with her?" 

"That's up to you, if you want-" 

"No, my only woman is you. No matter what's going on out there, I hope you're the only one who accompanies me to sleep." 

"You idiot! Pretentiously loyal!" 

"You'll be the one to cry if that happens, you're so crazy. Do you think how much you owe me?" 

"I'll be working at your house, so what else do you owe?" 

"Even though I thought, if you accept my love, maybe you don't need to work anymore and I will consider your debt paid off. But apparently you refused, what can you do!" 

"Really? Are you serious?" 

"Yeah, how could I let my girlfriend have such a hard time. Since you've rejected me, it means you have to keep working as usual, hahaha..." 

"Tsk, damn. I didn't think about it that far, you idiot!" Nina thought. 

"Why is your face like that? Haha... you regret it in the end, right? Even if we were dating, I would take you on vacation abroad, go on cruises, have dinner together, I would buy you gifts every week. Too bad, isn't that so? I can't do it because you're not my girlfriend!" 

The more she heard Aiden's chatter, the more annoyed she became. Imagine the socialite-style lifestyle that she should be able to experience if she became the lover of a top super model, immediately shattered. Nina is increasingly convinced that she is not the main female character in this story. 

Aiden held back his laughter, looking at her desperate expression which made her face look very funny. Aiden felt victorious, after some time ago he had crashed into a hole of pain, now he can smile because he managed to repay her. 

"Okay, I've decided! I'll find a boyfriend who is much richer than you. A young CEO, you'll see!" 

"Oh yeah? Who's that rich young CEO? Don't forget to introduce me if you meet someone like that!" 

"Of course, I'll bring him in front of you later. I can guarantee you'll be the one crying!" 

"Huhuhu... I'm scared, how is this?" Aiden's teasing got worse. Nina felt even more annoyed hearing Aiden's laughter, as if he wasn't sure that Nina could find a better man than him. 

Because she couldn't bear to hear Aiden's laughter, Nina immediately got up and walked annoyed towards the toilet. 

"Where are you going? Are you running away?" 

"I'm going to the toilet!" 

"Okay honey, don't take too long! I can't take it anymore. Tonight we have five rounds, okay?" 

"Shut up...!" 

"Hahahaha..." Aiden's laugh broke even more when he saw Nina who entered the toilet with her face as red as a boiled crab. 

Braaakkk... 

Nina closed the toilet door in annoyance. 

"Don't break the door! It's expensive. If it breaks, I'll write it down on your debt list!" 

"Up to you...!" 

"Hahaha... ouch, my stomach hurts. As expected, she's very predictable. So cute!" He muttered. 

Meanwhile, Nina holds back her frustration and feelings of total defeat which make her have no hope of living. A rich young CEO, where could she find one like that? 

"You idiot...! Stupid...! Which CEO should I look for? What an idiot I am!"
