Chapter 84: The Parents
*I promise we don’t bite. Well, I don’t. – Dixie*
Tank and Ink were sitting at a table with Roscoe, Reed and a few other Renegades while Evie played darts with Jack. He was only a few years older than her and extremely handsome. At first, they were both leery about her going off with a man from her past.
Evie smiled at her men before kissing them both. “I’m the right make, but the wrong model for Jack. Besides, he could never fill me like you two do.”
After a few more kisses, she had gone over to the dart boards and played a game. Whenever Jack would start to get the upper hand, they could hear her say something. He would miss completely and her laughter would float across the room.
“That’s got to be the most beautiful thing I’ve heard in years.” Dale, an old Hispanic man wearing a Dallas Cowboys t-shirt under his cut, said with a smile. “You two made our girl happy again.”
“She makes us happy too.” Ink said as they both smiled at her as Jack gave her a death glare. She threw her last dart as Jack said something. It landed in the middle and the group around them burst out laughing.
Evie squealed as the man tossed her over his shoulder and stalked towards the table. He placed her in Tank’s lap before looking at the two Saints.
“She doesn’t play fair.”
“She’s never played fair.” Roscoe countered.
“And I don’t need to know that she’s not wearing underwear. Or that she likes anal.” With each statement the Renegades smiled broader and the Saints were shocked that it was being said. “I sure as hell don’t need to know that she can take you both at the same time.”
“Shut up, young man.” One of the older guys by the dart boards called out. “I want to hear about that!”
“So do I!” the woman by his side called out.
Shaking his head, Jack continued. “I don’t need to know that her cunt is your first meal of the day. Or that she loves a whip to her back. Or that she likes it while strapped on a cross.”
“She does like her crosses.” Reed said not trying to hide his amusement.
“I just want to play a game of darts and beat her.”
“She likes to be beat.” Ink said.
“You forgot the vibrating clit ring.” One of the bunnies yelled causing a round of laughter.
“You have a vibrating clit ring, my naughty girl?” Tank asked tipping her face up to his.
“Not anymore.” Evie admitted.
“Stop by the shop and we’ll get you one.” Eduardo told them.
“This is what you take away from this? That she needs a clit ring? Not the fact that she’s a cheat?”
“I’m getting hungry.” Ink said leaning in towards Evie. “You got something for me to eat?”
Before she could respond, she was yanked off of Tank’s lap and lost in a hug by what her men would later describe as three Isaacs.
“You have to forgive them.” An older and slightly shorter version of Evie said stepping between Tank and Ink. “You know how daddies are with daughters. I’m Dixie and you damn well better give me a hug.”
“Yes, ma’am.” Ink said standing up and opening his arms to her. As she was wrapped up in his arms, Tank stood up and waited his turn.
“Be careful with my girl.” Dixie whispered.
“Always.” He whispered back placing a kiss on top of her head.
Dixie gave the same request to Tank as he hugged her. He squeezed her a little tighter and kissed her hair. “We love her.”
“So do her daddies.” Dixie warned.
Someone started some music and Isaac two stepped his daughter away as the other two sat at the table. The long-haired one pulled Dixie into his lap and buried his bearded face in her neck.
The other wore his dark brown hair in a military style flat top. They all had the same honey-colored eyes that seemed to see more than they should. Isaac seemed to be the perfect middle of them with his hair and beard scruff.
All three stood right at six feet. The military one was a little beefier than the other two. They all wore jeans, gray t-shirts, biker boots and cuts.
“You know Isaac.” The man with the military cut said motioning towards where he was dancing with Evie. “I’m Isiah and the one with our wife is Israel.”
“Triplets?” Tank asked.
“Identical.” Israel confirmed. “We were more identical when we were younger.”
“When either our parents or the army ruled us.” Isiah added.
“Don’t let them scare you too much.” Roscoe smiled. “You already won over the head dog of the pack.”
Ink and Tank looked towards Isaac. The Renegades around them started to laugh.
“That pack of Dobermans is ruled over by a Chihuahua.” Reed said and they looked at Dixie.
Smiling, she kissed Israel before facing her daughter’s men. “I called her one day and she was singing along to the radio. She’s happy again. You have no idea how much that means to us.”
“Close your ears.” Israel said to his brother before turning his attention to the two men. “I can make bodies disappear if you hurt my baby.”
“I’ll provide an alibi.” Isiah said. “I have a badge, they’ll believe me.”
Isaac brought Evie over and traded with Israel. He went and danced with their daughter as Isaac pulled their wife into his lap.
“What are we talking about?” Isaac asked.
“Our demise if we hurt our woman.” Ink said. “We have no plans to do anything but treasure her.”
The two men looked at each other and Tank nodded.
“We came to uphold a promise we made to you, Isaac.” Ink said and Isaac smiled as he pulled his wife closer.
“And what promise did you make my brother?” Isiah asked.
“To ask for you to walk your daughter down the aisle.” Tank said.
“I think I’ll go take a spin with Evie.” Roscoe said standing up and approaching Israel. A moment later, the oldest brother joined them.
Reed made a motion and his wife Kristen brought over a tablet. He gave the heavily pregnant black woman with lime green hair and matching eyes a kiss.
“You look tired.” Reed said looking up at her.
“I am. I’m going to go home.” She admitted.
The last two men stood up and said that they would walk her home. Once they left, the parents, Reed and the two Saints were the only ones remaining at the table.
At the look of confusion from Tank and Ink, Reed explained, “We have a house in the compound.”
“That’s convenient.” Ink mused.
“She can only legally marry one of you.” Isiah said as he pulled Dixie into his lap. “Who’s going to be the lucky bastard?”
“You’re only pointing out that you’re the one married to our Dixie.” Israel smirked.
“I’m also the father to our only son.” Isiah smiled.
“Bragging or complaining?” Isaac teased.
“Enough.” Dixie said softly and they all replied with a yes ma’am. “Have you considered who she will marry? What name she will take?”
“We thought that we would let her choose between us.” Tank admitted.
“As for the name,” Ink continued, “neither of us use our names, personally or professionally. We thought that we would continue with the unconventional and take her name.”
The table was quiet for a moment. Reed pushed the tablet towards them.
“Depending on the stones that you want, I can have it done in a week.”
