Chapter 90: Surprise Visitor

*I used to have the whole school eating out of my hand. Now they won’t even acknowledge me. – Meagan*

Evie sat at a table in the clubhouse with final exams and papers scattered around her. A church meeting was taking place down the hall. She knew that her musketeers were in there waiting for a final vote.

She was certain that all three would be patched. Just as she was sure that when she got to their class tests, they would all pass. Not because of favoritism, but because they had accepted every offer she gave for review.

Priscilla only missed one review session when she was out of town with Taz. Even Meagan came, partially because Aramis practically made her.

The front door opened but she paid no attention to it. She still had two more classes to grade tests for and she hadn’t started on the world history class papers.

“Miss Reagan?”

Evie froze for a moment because no one called her that here. Not even her students. She looked up and saw Meagan standing in front of her.

“Miss Walter, how can I help you?”

Absently, she rubbed her hand over her growing belly. “Is Aramis here?”

“He’s in a meeting. You can wait if you’d like.” She nudged a chair towards the girl. “Would you like something to drink?”

As the teen sat in the chair, Evie noticed the duffle bag. She looked like she was on the verge of tears.

“Is everything okay?” Evie asked and the tears began to fall and Meagan shook her head no. Looking up, Evie caught Taz’s attention. “Is Becks here?”

The large muscular woman with rainbow hair nodded and went into the bar. A moment later she returned with Becks and Nessie.

“Oh, honey.” Becks said sitting down at the table.

“I’ll git ya sumthin tah eet, lass.” Nessie said as she headed towards her kitchen.

“Is that her solution for everything?” Taz asked.

“Pretty much. Tell Momma Becks what’s wrong.” Becks smoothed down the girl’s hair and she leaned into the comfort.

“Meagan?” Evie asked as there was a loud cheer from down the hall. The girl just cried harder. After the third cheer, Evie did what none of the other old ladies would dare.

As she opened the door and walked in, Toad fell silent and all eyes fell to her as she walked to the musketeers that were just patched.

“Evie…?” Toad asked in warning.

“I’m sorry, but if you would prefer, I can leave and not tell Aramis that his hormonal pregnant girl is crying in the common room.” She said firmly. “Nessie is fixing her some food, Becks is comforting her, Taz is trying not to look out of her element and it won’t take long for all the other women to be swarming.”

Toad looked at Tank and Ink. “I thought she was a sub. Isn’t she supposed to do whatever you tell her?”

“Her fathers gave us specific words for anytime that something came up about her kids.” Ink confirmed.

“Use them.” Toad ordered.

Ink looked at Tank. “He said to use them.” Tank shrugged.

They both faced Evie and at the same time recited, “What can we do, dear?”

“Send Aramis to take care of his woman. Never, ever, ever call me dear again. And take me home, strap me to the cross and beat me before fucking me until my brains fall out. End of year tests are stressful.”

“If I send him with you, can I not hear about your sex life?” Toad asked rubbing his forehead.

“Can I hear about it?” Absalom asked. “Maybe hear about how wet your panties are?”

“Sure.” Evie said going back to the door. “If I was wearing any.”

“Aramis, go see to your girl.” She heard Toad say as she went down the hall. As she expected, the poor girl was now engulfed by women.

Aramis tried to politely move through the crowd but the women weren’t moving. Evie was small enough that she slipped in and started gathering the papers. Molly slapped a hand on the boys’ shoulder as Trevor gently pushed his way in.

“Come on, little momma.” The giant said as he scooped her up and carried her to Aramis “Your room?”

“Aramis.” Evie said putting the papers in her bag. “Call me.”

“Yes, ma’am.” He said accepting the bag from Becks and then followed Trevor upstairs.
