Chapter 25.

Valerie’s POV.

“10 years ago we were discovered by hunters, most of us were wiped out my parents included. Since then we all went back in to hiding, my brother and I avoid the membership as best as possible.” He states and sadness wash’s off of him as he speaks about his family, my mind wonders to why they avoid the membership.
“What’s wrong with them, the vampire leaders?” I ask as I see his eyes widen.

“After our numbers dropped from the hunters the membership began selling other species they would catch other magical creatures and trade them off to the humans in return we were granted immunity.” He states dropping his head and shame fills the area around us.
“That’s why my brother and I went off on our own, we didn’t want to be apart of it.” He claims and I can feel he’s telling the truth.
“You’re the wolf witch hybrid right? That’s why you can see my thoughts?” He asks looking in to my eyes this time as I nod softly.
“I am, did the twins tell you about me?” I ask and he shakes his head.
“Poppy’s sister hasn’t even spoken to me, I don’t think she likes that I’m even here.” He states and I feel shame wash off of him again, he doesn’t like who he is.

He doesn’t want to be a vampire, he’s ashamed of his kind. Watching his body language has shown me way more then his thoughts ever could have.
“I will be back in a few minutes with the Alpha to speak with you.” I say with a small smile as I turn to go back to the kitchen. Evan walks in and his eyes dart to me looking for an answer, I notice poppy sneak passed me to go back to her blood sucker.

“Well?” He asks his eyes wide.
“He seems to be telling the truth he didn’t mean to come on to the pack lands and he’s willing to join the pack.” I say softly as my eyes drop and I hear Evan clearing his through indicating for me to continue.
“The leaders of the vampires are called a membership I think and they have been selling species they catch to the humans in order to have protection. I get the feeling he’s ashamed of who he is.” I say as he nods softly and I follow close behind him back to the vampire.

“Well hello, I’ve been told your name is Killian.” The Alpha bellows sticking up his hand.
“I’m Alpha Evans, the Alpha of the crystal moon pack.” He states proudly as the skinny man stands to shake his hand.
“It’s very nice to meet you.” Killian claims as we all sit.
“I’m so sorry for crossing your boarder, I didn’t realize the land had been claimed since the last time I had passed through.” He states softly as fear washes off of him.

“It’s ok, I hear your membership is running their kingdom wrong. Anything you’d like to tell me?” Evan says softly as we watch the vampire take a deep breath.
“Yes, since the hunters almost wiped us out the membership made a deal to capture other species and hand them over to the hunters in order for them to leave or species alone, all I know is that they trade the other species, my brother and I left after our parents were killed, we’ve been living just outside the clutch together for years.” He states and we nod listening.

“If my pack could offer protection to your kind do you think the member ship would be open to vowing to me and never dealing with the hunters again?” Evans asks as he pauses to think for a moment.
“I truly don’t know, I could speak with my brother and get him to try and set up some kind of meeting?” He says as I nod.
“That would be fantastic, your members will be able to live on a portion of the pack lands and will be under my protection we will teach you how we live and sustain without the humans.” Evans voice is solid and calm, the vampire nods.

“I think a lot of our family’s would be open for that, most of our members have moved on to an animal diet because of wanting to get away from human life.” He states with a smile and Evan stands to dismiss himself.
“You can stay here with Poppy and Pepper, please contact your brother and set up that meeting, until then enjoy the pack.” Evan says before leaving and I follow close behind.

We dismiss ourself and walk back to the Alpha house, once outside I hear Evan let out a loud sigh.
“I guess getting the vampires in to the mix may be easier then we thought.” He says with a small chuckle.
“Well we don’t know that yet anything can happen still but yes we’re heading in the right direction.” I answer as we finish the walk in silence.

Evans POV.

I sneak back in to my bedroom quietly after dismissing Preston back to bed and thanking him for staying to watch over his Luna while she sleeps, even though we’ve taken down her family’s pack I’ve been super off feeling every time I have to leave her alone and I don’t like it. I crawl under the covers sinking in to the bed when I feel my little mate back up closer in to me and I turn to wrap my body around hers, her small firm little bum tucks nicely against my core bringing my wolf to life.

I hear her moan softly pushing herself back in to me further and a small growl seeps out quietly, I grind in to her and she responds back quickly I pull my pants off tossing them on to the floor beside me when I feel her skin ignite sparks along mine. Wrapping my hands around her I hear her moan again and I slide her small lace pink night dress up pushing the head of my member against her opening and her heart beat picks up, my wolf growls again in excitement as I gently push in to her listening to her small gasps that follows my gentle thrust.

I groan softly pushing myself back in to her deeper feeling her clench around my hard shaft making me gasp, she begins pushing herself in to me following my rhythm perfectly allowing me to reach her core, her soft moans quickly begin to dance around us as my hands travel her body gently squeezing and rubbing as I go. Her perfect nipples harden to my touch while she gasps again leaning her head back to me showing me her throat, my hands find their way up wrapping around her neck softly as I pull her closer to me.

Our body’s match in perfect tempo while we finish together, breathing easily we lay together still wrapped around her soft small body and she goes back to sleep almost instantly.
“I love you my perfect little mate.” I say just above a whisper, I see her smile softly as she snuggles in deeper.
