“Well why don’t I come with you?” Britney asks as I sigh quietly to myself.
“Linus wouldn’t want you going between packs alone, even if they are side by side.” She follows up hearing my hesitation.
“I guess so but I’ll be seeing my Luna so best behaviour please.” I say as she nods and we begin walking to the Alpha house.
“Hey can I ask you something?” Britney says while catching up to me and I nod softly not answering.
“Why do you call her your Luna still?” She asks making me scoff.

“Well, you are your own Luna now.” She continues and I understand why she’s confused.
“Evan and Alison are my family they saved my sister and I, they saved our pack and they are the only reason I’m able to live freely with my magic, since they welcomed us in to their pack I have watched them do so many amazing things together. They love each other so deeply and they have both overcome so much together and before finding one another, they are the strongest people I know and they will always be my Alpha and Luna.” I answer back in one long breath.

“Well sometime maybe you can tell me more about them.” She says before going quiet and we continue the long walk in silence.

Alisons POV.

Poppy comes in to my room after a small knock and I gently open my eyes.
“I’m sorry Luna I didn’t realize you were resting I was just coming in to tidy up.” She says with a soft smile and I sit up.
“It’s ok Poppy I should really be getting up now anyways, your sister should be here soon, she called a little while ago asking for some help planning her Luna ceremony.” I answer back as she smiles and starts picking up things around the room.
“We haven’t spoken today which is weird, I didn’t even know she was planing for her Luna ceremony.” She says looking down and I feel sadness wash off her.
“I’m sorry Luna, I just didn’t realize how hard it would be to not be with her everyday.” She says softly.

“I understand, Emily and I aren’t sisters but her family basically adopted me, so we did grow up together and the most fear I’ve ever felt in my life was when I didn’t know where she was or if she was alive. When we took over Romeo’s pack and Evan brought Emily back I was so relieved and so mad I had left her, a sister is a bond that will never be broken.” I say making her smile slightly.
“Poppy, she will always come back to you and you will always have each other.” I give her a small hug before going down stairs to eat something quick before Pepper gets here, I’m so happy she will be a Luna. She’s a little shy but that is something she can work on, she’s smart and kind, she will make an amazing leader.

I make a mini pizza and toss it in the oven when I hear a knock on the front door, I walk over answering it as Talia wakes up feeling angry and my eyes snap to the woman I’ve never seen before standing with Pepper.
“Luna this is Britney, my mates sister.” She says as my eyes stay glued to her and I know my wolf has come forward to look as well.
“What is she, why does she smell like that.” I spit out realizing how sharp my words sound.
“Shes a lycan Luna, they smell different then wolves and you’re also pregnant so she probably smells even worse to you.” Pepper says as the girl gives her a dirty look and mutters out thanks.

I sniff the air around her deeply as the smell enters my nostrils and Talia begins to calm down and recognize the scent to the new girl, after a few moments I feel my body relax and I stand up properly again.
“I’m sorry about that, come in we’ll be talking in the kitchen I was just making lunch.” I say as they follow behind me and I can over hear the lycan muttering to Pepper.
“Well that was weird.” She states clearly.
“Shh, she’s just precautions after everything that’s happened.” Pepper answers and the girl ends it at that.

The girls take a seat at the table while I go check on my mini pizzas.
“Your sister is just getting the twins ready for school then she will be joining us.” I say as I see the smile spread across her face and I take a seat with my food.
“Twins?” Britney asks and my head snaps back to her.
“Yes I have twin daughters and a son we adopted when he was 5.” I say not letting my eyes leave her as Talia feels out her reaction while Britney turns to Pepper.
“And your sister is your twin?” She asks as Pepper nods.
“Yeah why?” She asks as Britney just sits there looking confused.

“Lycans rarely have twins, it’s almost never heard of and yet your pack has two sets of twins in different species.” She says almost to herself.
“Are twins common in other species?” She says as we both nod.
“Not super common but yeah twins happen quite a bit with other species, some families are more likely to have twins due to the gifts from the moon goddess as well.” I answer as she nods and sits back.

“Before we start is there anything you guys want? Snacks? Drinks?” I ask as Pepper smiles.
“It’s ok Luna I’ll get it.” She says as I smile back and say thank you while I start eating my pizza, my brain has just been stuck on food today and the fact that I can eat is actually making me want to eat so much more because I have no idea how long it could last.
“So what do you need help with for your Luna ceremony?” I ask between bites as Pepper starts collecting things from the fridge.

“Everything, I have no idea what I’m doing, I’ve never planed anything before especially not such a large event.” She says and I laugh softly.
“Ok well do you know a theme you want? or colours? food? Any of that?” I ask as her face goes red and she returns taking a seat with some meats cheese and crackers and begins cutting it.
“Well I’m not really sure I guess for food I just want easy snack things, stuff you can eat while walking around and mingling you know?.” She answers and I nod as I notice Britney start writing down notes.
“Ok what about colours and theme?” I ask as I start grabbing cheddar cheese and crackers from her making her laugh.

“I guess under the stars and deep blue and silver.” She answers as Britney smiles saying awe quietly to herself.
“Is there any traditions lycans do during a Luna ceremony?” I ask Britney as she rises her head from her book.
“Ah yeah, lycans have a ritual that gets preformed in front of the pack.” She says softly.
“Ok well you guys can go over that later but well add it in to the plan now.” I say as she nods while writing it down.
“I will give you the list of allying packs to invite and I’ll get Valerie to invite the mermaids.” I continue on as we all keep tossing out ideas, Poppy finally joins us and we all continue talking about the Luna ceremony for over an hour.

I begin to yawn when everyone finally gets up and decides to leave.
“Thank you for helping today Luna, I appreciate it and I appreciate everything you’ve done for me.” Pepper says softly as she hugs me before leaving.
“We will do anything for you and your sister, you both have helped us so much throughout the years.” I answer before waving them off and closing the door behind them.

I drag my tired body up the stairs as I feel my energy lessen with each step, god this pregnancy is making me tired I can’t wait to be out of the first trimester. I go in to my room grabbing fluffy jammies and turning the bath on hot, I add the oils and start getting everything ready while the water fills up. I notice Poppy changed our bedding over and it smells like sweet lilacs while it covers the room in a warm cozy feeling. I hear the door click open when I see Evan coming in looking just as tired as I am.
“Long day?” I ask softly as I pull out his clothes next.
“Yes, I was helping the lycans all day, I’m so tired of building.” He says with a chuckle and I smile.
“Oh really, I was too actually, Pepper came over with her mates sister to plan her Luna ceremony.” I say as he nods and starts stripping his clothes off.

“Did you get to go for a run today?” He asks as I shake my head and go to the bathroom while he follows behind.
“No I was to tired and planing took longer then I thought.” I say as he comes up behind me kissing my neck and pulling my shirt off.
“Ok well you should go in the morning, you should be running every day or every other day up until the third trimester, doctor Blair says keeping your wolf active will help your human form handle the pregnancy better.” He says as I nod.
“I know I talked to Blair the other day, I’ve just been tired and busy it’s hard to find time to run.” I say back as he nods.
