Chapter 38.
Poppy’s POV.

Alison comes in to the nursery smiling, it’s so good to see her smile. It’s been hard getting used to all the changes in the pack and I’m glad she’s finally starting to feel better.
“Good. Morning, how are you feeling?” I ask as I hand her one of the girls grabbing the other from the crib.
“I’m alright, I actually don’t feel weighed down and I think I’m feeling good.” She answers softly as I smile at her.
“Will you be coming to the link ceremony tonight?” I ask as her face drops slightly.

“I’m not sure yet, I don’t know if I’m ready to be with the pack yet.” She answers and I nod.
“I understand I was just checking, is there anything I can help with?” I ask looking up to her to read her face.
“No I’m ok thank you, I think I just want to spend the day with the girls. The pool was finished last week wasn’t it?” She asks looking up happily as I nod.
“Good then that’s what I’ll do today.” She states making me smile.

“Well if you’re good and don’t need me then I’ll go help the Alpha today, if you need anything just call.” I say getting up to head outside. I run in to Killian at the front door just as I’m turning to leave.
“Oh hey what are you up too?” I ask as he grabs me pulling me in to his arms happily.
“Just coming to see you, the last family’s managed to sneak away from the membership and met us at the pack boarder. All of the vampires are now safely in the pack and the membership is probably planing some kind of attack.” He says as I nod.

“Good well at least everyone’s safe, Alpha is getting the warriors together and strategizing his plan of attack there is only a few more packs to show up, I heard rumours that fairies would be coming with another witch coven as well.” I say excitedly, I’ve only ever known Stella and Valerie as witches and Valerie is half wolf.

“You seem happy about that.” He snickers as we begin our walk to the arena to find the Alpha.
“I am, I don’t know many witches so it will be exciting to meet some, maybe I could learn from them and get stronger.” I say happily as I notice him smiling beside me. Within a few moments we are at the arena as snarls and growls fill the air from the warriors sparing with one another, I see Alpha Evans standing in the middle and I take off towards him.

“Hello Poppy, any news with Alison?” He asks in his cheery chipper voice.
“She’s good, she asked to spend the day with the babies.” I respond making him smile even brighter
“Good I’m glad, is there nothing you needed?” He asks as his eyes narrow realizing I don’t come to the arena often.
“I was just wondering about the rumours of the fairies, is there really fairies coming to the pack Alpha?” I ask as my eyes light up with excitement and Evan chuckles in response.

“Yes the fairies and pixies should be here soon.” He states practically making me jump for joy.
“Oh Alpha I’m so excited, I’ve never seen a fairy before.” I say clasping my hands together in front of me.
“Not many werewolves have, they only have alliances with a few packs on the east cost.” He states when my mind flickers to the mermaids.
“What about the mermaids?” I ask.
“They are added in to the link, why haven’t they come to the land yet?” I ask with confusion.

“They are waiting until it’s safe, there species is low in population and they don’t want to lower it more while the danger is still high. Soon Poppy.” He says with a smile squeezing my shoulder gently, we finish up our talk and Killian and I decide to spend some time together before the ceremony tonight.

We enter the cabin and no one is there, Pepper must be out cleaning the pack houses. She likes to work in the pack like normal, I prefer to focus on my magic. We may be twins but it seems lately we are very different from one another, the door closes and before I know it I’m being pressed up against the wall by my back while Killian’s mouth begins to travel across my skin bringing the sparks along with it.

He moves my hands above my head keeping them pinned as I moan softly taking in the feeling of his skin on mine, he lifts my leg up hooking it around his arm keeping me pinned making my skirt ride up giving him better access. I bite my lip as I hear his pants unzip and within seconds he is inside of me and I gasp to the feeling of his girth, my shoulders press in to the wall as he pulls my tail bone closer to himself picking up speed.

My moans quickly grow louder and he finally releases my hands he’s been holding above me with one of his, his body is much larger then mine, he covers me easily in comparison. I hold myself up by his shoulders while my one hand explores his hair, breathing harder he pulls my other leg up and begins carrying me to the sun porch.

Bouncing along with each step the pressure grows more as my nails dig in to his skin begging for release, when he finally drops me down on to the big floral chair hovering above me. He now sits in front of me pulling my legs up over his shoulders allowing himself to go deeper making me shriek, I’ve never felt such intense pleasure before. My body inches closer and I feel my muscles clench in preparation before the release finally comes and I find myself screaming in to him as he forces himself in to me harder sending jolts through my body while he finishes with me.

Laying in a heavy breathing pile he kisses my neck softly where his mark lays making my nerves want to come alive again.

Evans POV.

It’s been 2 weeks since everyone began showing up, we have added more wolf packs then I can count, all the vampires besides the membership, the mermaids, many witch covens and their supernatural helpers. At this point were in a good position to take out the membership, our warriors have been training relentlessly with the other supernaturals and I’ve seen so much growth and improvement in the pack.

It’s amazing to see everyone come together and join as one, learn as one, live as one helping one another and protecting each other. My parents would have loved this, my mother always loved large parties and get togethers, she would have been beaming to see the day the species adjoined. Valerie has been working with the other covens to strengthen her magic and since Amara banished the dark magic Valerie’s mother set in her she has been getting a lot stronger without using as much energy.

“Are we almost ready?” Valerie asks opening my office door breaking me from my thoughts.
“Ah yes, sorry I was just thinking things over in my head. Are the covens ready to begin?” I ask as she nods happily.
“Everyone is ready to go Stella’s coven will be spread out through the group and will link their magic to each other first to shield us.” She states the plan again as I nod.
“Alright then we leave in the next hour, round everyone up.” I say back while I get up from my desk, valerie nods closing the door before taking off through the pack house.

I find Alison in the nursery folding the babies clothing as she looks up to me softly smiling.
“We are getting ready to go now, I’d like you and the babies in the tunnels with the rest of the pack while I’m gone.” I say softly touching her shoulder as she nods.
“Ok I’ll start to get everyone organized.” She states before grabbing the diaper bag, I put the girls in to their car seats while she grabs the last few things she’ll need while hiding out.

After putting Alison in the hide outs with the rest of the pack I head out front to meet with my team, I see the witches spread out in the groups. Valerie has everyone in large groups made up of a mix of each species, the witches will be shielding and healing our wolves and the vampires who were willing to join the battle.
“We are sending the first group in now, each group will be about 10 minutes behind.” Valerie says as I walk up and I nod.
“You and I will be in the first group with Killian and his brother, the membership resides in the middle of the clutch in a big stone and metal building.” She finishes while turning to look and the brothers standing beside her.

“Ok well then lets get going.” I say with a cocky smile before she returns it and nods, with a loud howl she commands our first group forward as we all assume position. I shift in to my large white wolf quickly while flicking my tail back and forth as I feel Quinn prance in my head in excitement, we have hundreds of wolves let alone other supernaturals that will be on our side fighting for the same thing. The membership doesn’t stand a chance.
