Chapter 58.
Alisons POV.

I bring Lilly and Violet in to the nursery to get them ready for bed, I haven’t been able to stop smiling all day. I run the bath while I get the girls undressed and hear the door click open as I place them both in the warm water my heart begins to race as I feel Evan enter the room and I don’t know how to contain my excitement, Evan comes up behind me kissing my head as he joins me kneeling on the floor to wash the girls.

“You seem overly happy.” He states smiling over to me.
“Well is that a bad thing.” I ask in a playful voice as I rinse Lilly off and finish up with her before pulling her out of the bath.
“No never, I was just wondering if theres any particular reason for it.” He asks again as I stand taking Lilly to the change table to dry her and dress her for bed as he follows behind me.
“Well there is something but I don’t know for sure yet.” I say softly trying to hide my smile as he continues to push.

“Well what is it?” He says again and I can feel the air tense around us and I know he’s nervous.
“I’m pregnant.” I say as I take Violet from him placing her in the crib with her sister, before I can turn around again his hands wrap around me picking me up happily making me squeal.
“We’re going to have another baby!” He yells excitedly as Quinn’s howl bursts through the room loudly, I laugh feeling his love surround me from his Alpha aura.

“Well I still need to see Blair to make sure everything’s ok, after last time there might be some issues with carrying the pregnancy.” I say looking down feeling shame wash over me.
“Well you’re a wolf now so your stronger, and we will do what we can but we won’t risk your life. We have 3 kids that need you here.” He says clearly letting me know where he stands, I take a deep breath pulling myself closer to him.
“Thank you for loving me.” I say softly almost under my breath.

“You don’t need to thank me for that, you’re my mate I will always love you.” He says back making me smile.
“I don’t know where I would have ended up if I was never brought to your pack, you understand me and support me. I’ve never felt like you weren’t going to be there for me and I just, I appreciate it.” I say feeling nervous, he just kisses the tops my head and we turn to say goodnight to the girls and get out of their room so they can go to sleep.

We get back in to our room and I see the moonlight pour in from the window making my heart flutter happily and I feel Talia wake up.
“Want to go for a run?” I ask turning to Evan as a smile crosses his face before quickly fading.
“Are you sure it’s safe?” He asks as his eyes change and I know it’s Quinn asking.
“Blair said it’s fine till the second trimester.” I answer back as I start running towards the door and I hear his feet closely behind me making me laugh. I launch myself off the porch shifting mid air before hitting the ground.

My paws slam in to the dirt as I take off through the crisp dark night, Evan follows close behind me and I can hear his paws hit the ground in the distance.
“Holy! Where are we going?” He asks through mind link and I pickup speed laughing.
“To the fields, I wanna lay under the moon.” I say as I inhale deeply feeling the forest come alive within me, since becoming a wolf my senses develop more and more each day and it’s an amazing experience.

We reach the fields in a few minutes and the moonlight shimmers along the flowers, my heart feels full and complete under the moon. I lay down in the long grass nuzzling my nose in to it taking a big inhale once again, I smell everything so much more and nature is such a mesmerizing smell, I feel Quinn’s body push against mine as he lays down with me. I move back in to my mind allowing Talia to come forward to talk with Quinn, they only spend a few moments talking before I feel my body get ripped up and the pair of wolves are now rolling across the ground play fighting in a ball of mess.

I let myself rest as they play together when I hear a small voice come through my mind shocking me.
“Who is that.” I say to myself as I her a child giggle.
“You’re my mommy.” The voice says softly and I feels warmth spread over me.
“You’re my baby? How can I hear you.” I ask as the small voice giggles and disappears again next thing I know I’m brought back to my body lying back on the ground beside Evan.

My mind begins to drift in to the darkness as the exhaustion overcomes me, I’m still not used to switching between myself and Talia and it takes a lot out of me Especially being pregnant.

I wake up as the sun warms my skin, I smile feeling Evans hands wrapped around me. I come to and I realize we fell sleep outside, sitting up abruptly I jolt up making Evan jump up as well.
“Woah, what’s wrong!” He asks as he flings his body over mine in a protective stance.
“It’s morning, we fell asleep we have to get back home.” I say as he blinks a few more times before snapping out of it and realizing there is no danger.

“Oh crap.” He says as he stands grabbing my hands to pull me up with him, we shift back to our wolves so we don’t have to walk back through the pack naked. The sun is rising and people begin leaving their house to start their day, we walk past a few people all up getting to their daily tasks I feel pride wash off of me as everyone’s eyes are on us as we trot by. We make it to the Alpha house and walk inside as I see a server setting the table, I shift back grabbing a robe from the living room as I go to join her.

“I’m so sorry the Alpha and I went out for a run last night and fell asleep in the forest, are the girls awake yet?” I ask as she smiles shaking her head.
“No Luna, I seen you and Alpha leaving last night and I called Poppy to come stay with them, I assumed you would want her or Pepper with the babies.” She answers back to me as I nod giving her a soft smile.
“Thank you, and again I’m sorry.” I say as she just smiles back and I head upstairs to shower off my mud before the twins are awake.

I get out of the bathroom and run in to Poppy on my way to the nursery.
“Oh Luna you’re back, is the Alpha here too?” She asks softly as I nod while drying my hair with the towel.
“Yes, we just got in. I don’t think he’ll be here for long today though he has some stuff to do today.” I answer while walking to my room.
“Do you have any plans today?” She asks before I make it back to my bedroom.
“I have to see Emily and Blair for about an hour, if you could watch the girls that would be great.” I ask as she smiles back.

“Of coarse Luna, I love spending time with them. I’ll take them down to the pool for a few hours.” She says excitedly and I smile, I wonder when her and Killian will have kids.
“Oh, Salem’s birthday is coming up at the end of the month, I have a party planned and theres a few things left I need, there is a list in the home office could you get a server to make a run to town?” I ask as she nods and I close the door going to my closet to get dressed for the day.
