Guilt-filled Actions

Gerry
I woke up, groaning at the stiffness in my body. I wasn’t sure how long I was asleep, but I was starving and dying of thirst. I opened my eyes as I rolled onto my side, frowning when I saw how far from me Annie was, as if she was too afraid to be near me.
‘That’s because she is,’ Kraven growled at me.
Before he even finished talking, memories started playing through my mind, making my heart ache for her. I sifted through the memories for a while before gently tugging Annie into my arms so I could bury my face in her neck. I felt like a complete dick for treating her the way I had. She didn’t deserve it, and the way she whimpered made me feel even more like an ass.
‘We have to fix this,’ I told Kraven as I sighed out loud.
‘How do we fix this?’ He growled. ‘She’s never going to forgive us!’
I looked down at Annie, trembling in my arms before tracing the remnants of bruising. ‘Do you think that if we erased her memories of the last few days and gave Marsha back to her, she might?’
‘It would be a start, but we will spend the rest of our lives begging her for forgiveness without being able to tell her why?’
‘I know, but this isn’t about us. She shouldn't remember this, and if it makes her love us again, isn’t that worth it?’ I asked him.
‘You know she’s always been worth it,’ Kraven hissed at me.
I brushed my fingers over her hair. ‘That also means that we stop sleeping with anyone else and only make love to her. I’m not willing to lose her over your horniness,’ I growled.
‘Fine!’ He snapped back. ‘If that means she’ll want to be ours again, then I’ll do it.’
‘That means Giselda too,” I told him, making him go silent. ‘I won’t move forward unless you agree to staying away from Giselda too.’
‘Fine, FINE!’ He yelled.
I nodded. ‘Alright. Let’s wipe her memory. While you’re at it, you should make her sleep deeply so that we can make sure she is healed enough before she wakes up.’
He didn’t respond to me as he moved into her mind to start to erase and create memories for the last few days. He let her keep the fight but changed the ending to her waking up in the cabin fully recovered before giving her pleasant memories of making love to us, hunting, and relaxing. Once we were both satisfied with the memories, we sank her even deeper into sleep before getting up to leave the cabin. We knelt on the ground with our hands flat on it, gently letting my aura out.
“I know I don’t have the right to ask, but Annaria needs your help. She is injured and needs help to heal. Please, give me something that will help her heal,” I begged, praying that the Goddess would instruct the vines to help me.
I waited for a long time before all hope fled from me. I lowered my head as a tear rolled down my face. I hoped that with it being Annie, the vines would help, but apparently my crimes far outweighed her goodness. I let my head fall back as Kraven sent an agonized roar up into the sky, trying to let some of our guilt out, but it didn’t help. I let my chin drop onto my chest, failing to fight back my grief over how I had treated her. As I climbed to my feet, the ground began to tremble a little before a small crack appeared between my feet. Moments later, a medium-sized bottle lay on top of the crack. I bent down to pick it up, relieved that the Goddess had decided to help me. I touched the ground, thanking the vines for helping before rushing back into the cabin.
Once inside, I sat beside Annie on the bed before gently removing her clothes to see the extent of the wounds and bruises on her body.
I opened the bottle to find a lotion-like substance inside. I dipped my fingers into it before liberally applying it to her entire body, completely shocked that within minutes of applying it to her skin, all of her wounds were visibly healing while the bruises were already gone. I took her hand, bringing it to my mouth, where I pressed a long kiss to the back of it.
“I am so sorry, Annie. If you just forgive me this last time, I swear to you that I will never hurt you again. You will be the only woman in my life, and I will love you forever. Please, please, baby, just give me some time to prove to you that I can be better. I can love you like you want me to. I can love you like I used to. Like you deserve.” I brought her hand to my forehead as my eyes closed. “I can’t let you go, but I can make you happy. Please, let me show you.”
I carefully moved her to my lap so I could rock her back and forth while I repeatedly whispered that I loved her. I didn’t know how long I rocked her, but when she started to wake up, I lifted her up to press a soft kiss to her lips. When I pulled back, she smiled at me as she reached up to touch my face.
“Well, that’s a way to wake up,” she giggled.
“Annie, I’ve missed you,” I gushed as I began to pepper little kisses all over her face, making her giggle.
“I was just asleep!”
“I know. It’s just…” I gripped her chin to kiss her deeply, ecstatic that she fervently kissed me back, wrapping her arms around my neck.
I laid her back on the bed, still kissing her as I moved to lay on top of her. I ran my hands down her body, relishing in the little moans that fell from her lips. When her back arched, I took that as encouragement and wiggled out of my shorts. I took her hands in mine, placing them above her head as I slid into her. Her eyes fluttered closed as she moaned my name.
“Goddess, Annie. I’ve missed this!” I whispered.
She raised her hips, eagerly matching my rhythm as we rocked our hips together. I nuzzled into her neck where my new temporary mark was before sinking my teeth into it. She bucked wildly as she came undone under me, which encouraged me to speed up so I could join her in the thrilling throes of an orgasm. After pulling out of her, I tossed myself to the side, falling next to her. She immediately rolled toward me, curling up on my chest as she ran her fingers over my chest.
“I love you, Annie,” I told her quietly, anxious over how she might respond to me.
She lifted her head to look into my eyes, smiling at me. “Why did you say it like that?” She asked.
“How am I supposed to say it, Bannannie?”
“You’re supposed to shout it from the rooftops so that everyone knows you do,” she giggled.
“Oh, really?”
“Mhmmm.”
I tossed my head back before screaming, “I LOVE YOU, ANNARIA PARKER!”
She pulled my face down to kiss me deeply. “I love you, too, Gerry.”
