Chapter 51

Chapter 51

Reyna spun around, her face flushing with surprise. And that was when she saw him - Leonardo Rossi himself, standing by the window, his piercing blue eyes fixed on her with an intensity that made her heart skip a beat. His chiseled features were even more pronounced in person, his sharp jawline and prominent cheekbones accentuating his ruggedly handsome face.

He was wearing a fitted black shirt, the first three buttons open, revealing a tantalizing glimpse of his toned chest and a hint of his abdominal muscles. His broad shoulders and chest seemed to strain against the fabric, as if threatening to burst free at any moment. A sprinkle of dark hair dusted his chest, leading down to his waist, where his fitted black pants hung low on his hips.

His dark hair was perfectly messy, his eyes sparkling with warmth and humor. A hint of stubble shaded his jawline, adding to his rugged charm. He exuded an aura of confidence and masculinity, his presence commanding attention.

Reyna's eyes roamed over him, drinking in the sight of this Italian god. She felt her pulse racing, her palms growing sweaty as she struggled to maintain her composure. She had never seen anyone so breathtakingly handsome in her life. Leonardo Rossi was the epitome of Italian masculinity, and Reyna was hopelessly entranced.

Reyna's eyes remained fixed on Leonardo Rossi, her mind struggling to comprehend the sheer magnificence of the man before her. His chiseled features, piercing blue eyes, and captivating smile had her entranced, her thoughts a jumbled mess of admiration and wonder.

A snap of his finger broke the spell, and Reyna gulped, her cheeks flushing with embarrassment. "Like what you see?" he muttered, his voice low and husky, his eyes sparkling with amusement. His flirty smile only added to her discomfiture, and Reyna's gaze darted to the pendant on his ear, a small diamond glinting in the light.

Reyna's eyes widened, her mind racing with the implications of his words. Where did this confident, flirtatious man come from? She felt like a schoolgirl caught staring at her crush.

"If you haven't seen enough, I can show you more, free of charge," he continued, his voice dripping with seduction. Reyna's face burned with embarrassment, but she finally found her voice.

"I-I'm Antonio Reyna, and I'm here for the interview," she stuttered, trying to sound professional despite her frazzled nerves.

Leonardo Rossi nodded, his one-sided dimple appearing as he smiled. "Of course, we're doing the interview right now," he said, his eyes never leaving hers. He crossed his arms, his muscles flexing beneath his fitted shirt, and Reyna's heart skipped a beat.

"Please, sit down, Reyna," he gestured to the chair in front of the desk, his movements fluid and graceful. "Let's get started, shall we?"

Reyna nodded, her legs trembling slightly as she made her way to the chair. She sat down, trying to compose herself, but her eyes kept drifting back to Leonardo Rossi, her mind struggling to focus on the interview ahead.

Reyna's cheeks flushed as Leonardo Rossi's eyes locked onto hers, his gaze burning with intensity. "Reyna, what a sweet name for a sweet, hot lady!" he purred, his voice low and husky.

Reyna's heart skipped a beat as she tried to maintain her composure. "Thank you, Mr. Rossi," she replied, her voice barely above a whisper.

Leonardo Rossi chuckled, his eyes crinkling at the corners. "Please, call me Leo. We're going to be working closely together, after all." He winked, his one-sided dimple appearing.

Reyna's face burned with embarrassment, but she tried to focus on the interview. "Of course, Leo. I'm excited to be here."

Leo leaned back in his chair, his eyes never leaving hers. "So, Reyna, tell me, what makes you think you're the right person to be my assistant?"

Reyna launched into her prepared speech, but Leo's flirtatious gaze kept throwing her off. He listened intently, his eyes sparkling with amusement, as she spoke about her organizational skills and experience.

When she finished, Leo nodded, his smile growing wider. "Impressive, Reyna. But I think we need to test your skills in a more...practical way." He stood up, his movements fluid, and walked around the desk to stand beside her.

Reyna's heart raced as he leaned in close, his breath whispering against her ear. "Can you handle a demanding boss, Reyna? One who needs constant attention and pampering?"

Reyna's face burned, but she tried to play it cool. "I think I can handle it, Leo," she replied, her voice barely above a whisper.

Leo chuckled, his lips brushing against her ear. "Good. I think you'll find I'm a very...hands-on boss."

Reyna beamed with joy, her smile radiant. "Thank you, Leo!" she exclaimed, her voice filled with gratitude.

Leonardo Rossi nodded, his chuckle deepening, and his dimple reappearing. "You're welcome, Reyna. I'm looking forward to working with you."

As Reyna turned to leave, she felt a sense of triumph and excitement for her new job. However, her euphoria was short-lived. At the door, she encountered the stern-looking lady, who glared at her with a venomous gaze.

"Don't think you're anything special to him or that you're anything more than just an employee," the woman spat, her voice cold and menacing. "He's just like that - flirty and charming. It means nothing."

With that, the woman turned and disappeared into the room, leaving Reyna feeling unsettled and confused. Who was this woman, and why did she seem to harbor such animosity towards her?

Reyna couldn't shake off the feeling of unease as she left the villa. She had found an enemy on her first day, and she didn't even know who the woman was. Despite this, she couldn't help but feel grateful for her luck in landing the job. Little did she know, her journey as Leonardo Rossi's assistant was only just the beginning.
