Anna was seated, leg sprawled out leisurely. She had the draft of the new design she had been working on with her and Riccardo sat at the nearest sofa to her.

Although three years had passed, Anna didn't looked aged at all, she still look like a girl in her prime. Her hair was packed into a bun. And on her is the dress she had designed by herself.

Although she looked simple with her hair in a bun, without make-up and with the flip-flop she's wearing, it couldn't hide the fact that she's pretty.

Riccardo noticed that she's been coloring the same place for a while now and her brow were furrowed as if she's in a deep thoughts, it's obvious that she's not concentrating on her drawing.

"You're not concentrating on your drawing and that means you're thinking again," Anna looked up at him and let out a frustrating sigh.

Riccardo continued concern written on his facd. "But you've already made your decision not to go, why are you still brooding over it?"

Anna fiddled with her Hb-pencil and let out a sigh the second time. "I know I said previously that I'm not going because it's Italy but I've think about it and made up my mind. Although he was not a good father to me but the truth still stands that he's my father and moreover he's already dead now. I don't know why but I wanted to see him for the last time. So, I've decided that I'm going to his last rite."

Riccardo watched her closely trying to decipher whether she has really make up her mind or not.

"Are you really sure about this Anna? You know that going back means seeing Fernandez and all the sad memories you've left behind. Do you really want to go there that too with the twins?" Riccardo pushed on, trying harder to convince her.

Of course she remembered every little details and she knew from her mother that Fernandez has been searching for her relentlessly for the past three years.

It was all thanks to Riccardo that she was able to escaped from Fernandez and Riccardo was only repaying Anna's favour because Anna has previously save Riccardo's retarded grandmother who wanted to get hit by a car.

And Riccardo is the king of fashion world. His company is known for the best designer of female accessories and his net worth is undisclosed. He is filthy rich.

The only people she's been connecting with was her mother and she totally blocked others, and her mother also know about the twins. She couldn't denied that the twins were the best thing that ever happened to her.

They are so innocent, adorable and cute. They are the source of her happiness aside her career. Yes, she started working in Riccardo's company after the twin was a year old and hired a trustworthy woman as a nanny for the twins. It was only Riccardo that knew about this talent of hers. She draw and design incredible dresses.

Before she was married to Fernandez, she had previously design a dress for him which make his company more popular and known and ever since he's been asking her to come and work in the company but Anna rejected his offer telling him that designing dress was a just a talent she loves and she was not going to make a career out of it.

And within this two years Anna has received 10 awards across the countries and has made a name for herself in the design world, she's a become a billionaire herself while using the name Annie for her designs.

Anna's mother surgery was successful, she is pretty well and has started a small business by herself and had divorced Anna's father.

It was Anna's mother who called Anna the previous day that her father has died and she should come home for the last burial rites but Anna has plainly replied remembering the grudges she had against her father, she said with in a cold voice and stoic face that she will not be attending the burial of the man who had sold her daughter off because of his debt and she had disconnected the call.

But ever since that night, her mind has been unsettled and her heart couldn't contain the hatred anymore, she's tired of holding grudges against her father. Even though he didn't apologize to her till he died, she was ready to let go of the grudges and forgive him so that his soul can rest in peace.

Riccardo nodded and smiled at her trying to ease the tensed atmosphere. "Alright, what about the twins? Are you taking them along?"

Anna shook her head focusing back on her drawing now, she felt relief after making such a hard decision.

"No, I'm leaving them here with their godfather. I'm coming back immediately the burial is done as I don't have any business there and things may turn more complicated if I take them along."

Riccardo stood up and nodded. "Alright, I'll make the arrangement ASAP."

As Riccardo was about to leave the room, Anna's voice make him halt. "Riccardo, I really appreciate your help for the last three years. Thank you so much and by the way you're getting the best godfather of the year."

Anna final sentence make both Anna and Riccardo to burst into laughter. Anna really appreciate him from the bottom of her heart, he was the only one who stood by her in the time of trouble. Although he's a billionaire, she still remember when the kids were always fussing in the middle of the night, before she woke up, he would have already been attending to them. He was such an angel.

Riccardo had already left, Anna continues her drawing and before she knew it. Her two cute and chubby bundle of joy came running into her arms and her heart melt instantly.

Anna dropped her drawing and looked up at them, the two were wearing matching cute dresses she has personally designed for them. Their hair were pack into two ponytails, their eyes shinning brightly under the mask they used.
