As Fernandez staggered out of the club, he kept blaming himself. "I had almost cheat on Anna. I'm such a bad husband."

As he made an attempt to opened his car door, Zane who was receiving business call in the corner noticed and came to him.

"Where are you Fernandez, I told you to stay that I'm coming." Zane asked but Fernandez leg faltered and he is almost losing his balance and it was Zane who caught him.

"Instead of forgetting her memories and the pain that accompany it, I kept on remembering and the pain in my chest kept on increasing." Fernandez muttered with slurred speech, his hand on the handle of car door.

Zane let out a sigh feeling guilty all over, he has only brought Fernandez out to chill and forget his pain not knowing that it will only cause him more pain.

Zane patted Fernandez shoulder, "It's clear that you cannot drive in this state, I'll drive you. Just go home, sleep and don't think about it. Time would heal all wound."

Fernandez let out a bitter smile taking in his friend words, could time actually healed Anna's wound and make her forget all the pain caused by him and come back home?

Zane supported him into the backseat of the car while Zane himself drove the car.

Whereas in the city hospital in America, Anna was in unbearable pain, she has been in labour for three hours now looking miserable and tired.

"I don't think I can do this anymore, I'm in pain and extremely tired." Anna whispered amidst sobs, while cursing Fernandez in her heart. She wished he could feel the exact pain she's feeling right now.

"Please, don't say that. You're very strong Madam and I believe you love your babies and will do this much to see them right? breath in and out and then push, we can see the head already." The doctor soothed rubbing Anna's hand in assurance.

Anna nodded slowly, of course she's been looking forward to seeing her babies but the pain was just unbearable, she could her private part stretching.

She slowly opened her eyes, breath in and out slowly as the doctor instructed.

Fernandez has already gotten home but this particular night he couldn't get his mind off Anna. His heart was aching badly and he didn't even know when he started to cry.

At the hospital,
The doctor smiled handling the first baby who was a girl to Anna. As Anna held her baby, tears of joy slipped out of her eyes not believing that she was actually holding her baby in her hand.

She was feeling very emotional right now, her baby girl was very tiny and small. Her eyes were the same as her father, emerald. And her small mouth opened, wailing loudly.

Anna cooed her softly, already falling in love with her baby girl. But soon her smile turned to frown as another contraction hit her hard and she screamed.

The nurse took the baby from her, and the doctor were already again. "It seems your second baby doesn't want to stay inside any longer. She's also anxious to be in your arms." Anna nodded and proceeded to push once again and only it didn't take long this time around.

With one last final push, she gave birth to another cute and tiny little girl but this time around, she has Anna's blue eyes.

Anna carried her two babies in her arms, her heart softening at the process. She breath a sigh of relief and smile. Her girls had stopped crying now, their big and beautiful doe eyes were staring into hers as if they were trying to memorize her face.

She couldn't believe it, all her pain and cries was worth it. Her bundles of joy was in her arms. They were her Iris and Irene and very identical.

After they cleaned her and the babies up, only then did Riccardo the man who had been helping her all along came in.

Anna smiled upon seeing him and he also returned her smile. He has been anxious and uncomfortable ever since she's been in the labour room.

And he was finally relieved seeing her happy like this.

"Riccardo, come and see them. They looked so tiny and adorable that I don't want to stop holding them." Riccardo stood beside her looking at the girls.

He also smiled nodding to Anna's word. "They are truly adorable and they looked exactly like you, so have you thought of a name for them?"

Anna nodded, her heart melting when Irene's yawned opening her small mouth. "Yes, Irene has green eyes while Iris has blue eyes."

"They are both very identical and you can only identify who with their eyes." Riccardo said to which Anna nodded in acknowledgement.
