Chapter 255

The phone vibrated under the pillow, and Sebastian easily slid his hand under it to end the call.

He sighed blissfully and pulled Zeno closer, wrapping his arms around him. With his eyes still closed, he buried his face in Zeno's hair and left it there.

The sun was rising, but they didn't care. They'd wake up whenever they decided to.

Morning cuddles have become Sebastian's favourite thing to do; having his husband's body snuggly glued to his was heavy on earth.

Sebastian suddenly frowned when he heard the vibration again. Like before, he slid his hand under the pillow to end the disturbing vibration call, but Zehand slowly held his.

Slowly, Zeno lifted his head from Sebastian's chest and furrowed his sleepy brow, "What are you doing?" He asked in a sleepy voice.

Sebastian smirked when the phone stopped vibrating by itself. He brought his hand to Zeno's face and cupped his cheek.

"The owner of my heart is awake. Good morning, my love," He whispered, placing a soft kiss on Zeno's cheek.

Zeno smiled, leaned in, and kissed Sebastian's chin, "Good morning, Papi. Slept well?" He asked, caressing Sebastian's jawline.

Sebastian held Zeno's hand and kissed it, "You know I did, baby. You by my side is always a good sleep." He replied in a soft voice.

Zeno chuckled and wanted to hug Sebastian but seemed to recall something, "Hey, the phone was vibrating. You never checked who it was. It might be important, you know?" He said.

Sebastian sighed. He was hoping Zeno wouldn't mention it.

"It's no one important, baby, it's just..." he paused and frowned.

Zeno raised a questioning brow at Sebastian, silently waiting for him to say the name of this unimportant person.

Sebastian groaned very lowly, "Uh, it's Ken, baby. And, before you start with how I'm a cold and wicked parent, you should remember that the little devil stayed on FaceTime with you the whole night, I had to give up and got to sleep... without you..." he paused and trailed his hand over Zeno's back, his eyes pleading.

"Can I at least have this morning with you? No interruptions? Your husband needs some love," Sebastian's voice turned husky and pleasing at the same time.

Zeno sighed, "You're unbelievable, baby. Ken is -"

"Our son, I know. But I'm the husband, so, who are you picking?" Sebastian narrowed his eyes.

Zeno gave Sebastian an exasperated look, "You're unbelievable. Do you really want to do that? The poor kid isn't even here, and you're trying to compete for affection." He had mirth in his voice as he gently tapped Sebastian's cheek.

"Yes, I'm going down that lane, baby. You have to pick one of us. And, that kid is no poor kid, he knows exactly what he's doing, he's a little devil," Sebastian frowned.

"Just like his father," Zeno murmured.

Sebastian smiled, "He's got two of that, and I have no doubt he got it from the blue-eyed father." He scoffed.

Zeno sighed, massaging his temples, "Am I sure I made the right choice?" He murmured, "I'm just waking up and already having a headache," he muttered, shouting his eyes.

Sebastian pulled Zeno back into his arms, "I can make the headache go away... just let me between those heavenly legs of yours and I promise you'd forget what a headache is." He whispered huskily against Zeno's lips.

Zeno's eyes fell to Sebastian's lips, his eyes glazing over slowly. He no longer gee could hold an argument for longer than two minutes with Sebastian, they'd be fucking in the next second.

His arm snaked around Sebastian's neck, "You know I'd like that, Papi..." he sighed as the phone started to vibrate again.

Sebastian rolled his eyes and fell back on his pillow, "I told you he's a devil." He muttered and folded his arms on his chest like a petulant kid.

Chuckling, Zeno slid the phone from under the pillow and suddenly raised his brow in confusion, "It's not Ken this time, baby... It's Cross." He said, sitting up.

Sebastian frowned, "That's even worse. He knows better not to call -"

"Shh..." Zeno placed a finger on Sebastian's lips as he answered the call.

Cross's little sobs were heard from the phone's speaker, followed by his inaudible words.

Zeno shared a worried look with Sebastian before he placed the phone down on the bed.

"Cross, can you hear me? Calm down and tell me what the problem is," Zeno said calmly.

Sebastian moved closer, staring at the phone as if it were Cross himself.

"Cross?" Sebastian called quietly.

"I hate him! I should never have met him, Zeno, he's such a pig, a cheater. He, he made me feel like he loved me, and then, then, he went ahead to fuck someone else!" Cross reported in between sobs and immediately started to cry when he was done speaking.

Sebastian's face was unreadable as he stared at the phone, listening to Cross cry.

Zeno sighed, "Cross, are you sure Andre cheated on you?" He asked cautiously, not wanting to make Cross's pain worse.

"Yes, Zeno. I heard them in the restroom, Zeno, I'm sure," Cross replied.

Zeno found it hard to believe. The Andre he knew would never do such a thing under normal circumstances.

Something was fishy about the information.

"Cross, have you tried talking properly with Andre?" Zeno questioned.

"I did, and he couldn't even own it... he said he lost his memories or something voodoo shit," Cross muttered.

Sebastian let a laugh escape his lips and immediately kept a straight face when Zeno glared at him.

"Sorry," he whispered.

Zeno picked up the phone, "Cross, you know we can't settle this for you. I believe there's a great piece of information missing from your description. I suggest you speak to Andre... if you still want to be with -"

"I don't!"

Zeno moved the phone away from his ear as Cross shouted his refusal.

"Okay, okay, I hear you. Then, why are you calling?" Zeno asked.

"I, I don't know. I just wanted to let you know what a bad friend you have, and what a horrible staff my cousin has. Andre is a terrible human, I hate him," Cross's voice sounded hoarse like he's been crying for days.

"Where are you?" Sebastian finally asked.

"Not telling," Cross replied.

"Okay, then," Sebastian shrugged.

Zeno frowned at how nonchalant Sebastian was acting toward his heartbroken cousin.

"When you call Andre, tell him I said he's a horrible guy!" Cross said loudly and the call beeped, ending.

"Should we go back?" Zeno asked.

"Not happening, they're old enough to sort themselves out," Sebastian said and gently took the phone away from Zeno's hand.

"Now, where were we?" He asked, pushing Zeno down on the bed and getting on top of him.

"Between my legs?" Zeno chuckled, wrapping his legs around Sebastian's waist.
