The Perfect Opportunity
**Kael**
As it had happened the previous night, I decided to try to talk to Sarah again, but this time I chose to wait for her outside the Nessyscar offices. I was surprised to see her leaving with Bianchi. I assumed he would drop her off at home, and I could approach her afterward. However, I was taken aback when I saw them stop in front of a famous London nightclub, Tiger Tiger London, which I had visited on previous trips to the city.
That didn't deter me, and I entered the club right behind them. However, the nightclub was huge and divided into various areas. I tried to follow the direction they took, but with the large crowd of people in the venue, I ended up losing sight of Sarah, which left me quite irritated.
I decided to explore the different areas a bit and try to find them again, which was not such a simple task. I wouldn't leave without the opportunity to talk to Sarah. I repeated to myself once again that she wouldn't end the night in Bianchi's arms again.
After wandering around for a bit, I sat down and ordered a drink, frustrated at not having found the only person I was interested in in that crowded place. While sipping my drink, I continued to carefully observe my surroundings, looking for Sarah among the smiling faces. To my surprise, I spotted her dancing sensually on the main dance floor.
However, as I tried to focus better on the couple, I discreetly approached the people dancing, hoping to get as close as possible to who I believed to be Sarah, only to realize that it was her sister, Rachel. It didn't surprise me at all to find out that the man she was dancing with was not the Cecati pilot she was dating.
Rachel was an ambitious person, and she probably realized that the pilot she got involved with was not a good choice. I continued to closely watch Rachel's movements because something told me that she was the reason why Sarah was there that night and that she would soon approach her sister.
Upon closer observation, I also noticed that Rachel was already quite intoxicated, evident by the way she was grinding against the guy she was dancing with, not caring that they were in the middle of the dance floor and surrounded by people.
It only took a few more minutes for my assumption to be completely confirmed, and Sarah approached her sister, clearly agitated. I noticed she was trying to get Rachel's attention, pulling her away from the man she was dancing with, while Bianchi seemed extremely irritated, especially when he grabbed her by the wrist and stared at her in a rather suspicious manner, which immediately piqued my curiosity.
Bianchi already had a history with Rachel, and from what I could gather, he had a clear interest in her. So why was he dating my Sarah? This was all becoming increasingly strange! Tired of standing on the sidelines, I approached the group in time to hear what Bianchi was saying to his "sister-in-law."
"We're leaving here now, Rachel!" he said in a very authoritative tone.
"You don't tell me what to do, and I don't owe you any explanations about my life, you jerk!" Rachel shouted.
The scene was already starting to attract the attention of people around, and I took the opportunity to firmly grasp Sarah's arm, pulling her away from the midst of that ridiculous circus.
"What do you think you're doing?" she yelled, trying to make herself heard over the loud music.
"Taking you out of this chaos," I replied calmly.
"I'm not going anywhere with you, Kael!" she protested, trying to free her arm from my grip.
I stopped walking because I didn't intend to draw more attention to us, and I held her by the shoulders so I could look directly at her and make sure she heard me.
Sarah
"Let Bianchi deal with Rachel, as he doesn't seem to be concerned about you right now, or maybe he hasn't realized yet that he's interested in your sister and not really in you?" Kael said, practically shouting to make himself heard above the music.
"This is none of your business," I muttered to myself, reminding myself that I couldn't fall into Kael's painfully pleasurable trap again. "I want you to let go of me, now!"
I knew Kael had followed us to the nightclub, but I didn't know he was closely monitoring our every move, especially when I was trying to convince Rachel to leave with Enrico and me.
"I can't believe you'd rather submit to being with a man who clearly desires your sister, Sarah!" he spoke with evident indignation.
"Enrico is my boyfriend, and you're mistaken to believe he's interested in Rachel," I insisted, trying once again to free my wrist from his grip.
"So how do you explain that?" Kael asked quite sarcastically, gesturing to indicate the commotion behind me.
Despite fearing what I was about to see, as it would surely be unpleasant, I had to look in the direction he pointed. I confirmed that my suspicions were correct. Rachel and Enrico were simply kissing passionately, and I felt a cold sense of apprehension in my stomach as I witnessed the scene before me. It wasn't because I was jealous of Enrico or anything like that. The issue was Kael seeing it and believing that I had been replaced right there, in front of everyone, with no remorse from my so-called "boyfriend."
I tried to think of something to say, but the words escaped me at that moment. I didn't know what would be worse: telling the truth that I wasn't dating Enrico but was helping him achieve exactly what was happening now or letting him think that I had indeed been betrayed, not just in front of everyone there but primarily right before my eyes, shamelessly.
"Let's get out of here," he said, taking charge of the situation.
I thought about putting my foot down and not leaving that place with Kael, but when I looked in the direction where Rachel and Enrico had been, they were no longer there.
"Come with me, Sarah. Please," his tone changed completely now, becoming softer and more affectionate, something that managed to weaken all the resistance that still lingered within me.
"Okay," I agreed, feeling my heart race wildly in my chest. "I'll go with you."
