Chapter 21

Aria's POV

We finished our dinner; it was a pleasant gathering. It has been years since I have remembered my former self; I am grateful to my protectors for having waited for me.

"Thank you for the food; I'm going up the stairs now." As Wyatt smiled back at me, I thanked him.

"You're welcome, master, and I hope you enjoy the dishes I prepared for you," Wyatt replied.

I went upstairs to my room. I noticed Lucas following me and turned to face him when I arrived.

"Would you like to talk to me?" I asked, and he nodded.

"Yes, I wanted to speak with you," Lucas replied.

"All right, come to my room," I responded by opening the door to my room, and Lucas and I went inside.

"So, what are you going to ask me or tell me?" I asked Lucas, and he sat on the sofa while I sat on my bed.

"It's about the Blawnox. Do you have a plan now that you remember everything? And do you want to meet at my company after school tomorrow?" I was surprised when Lucas asked.

"Right now, yes, I remember, but I need to make a plan first. You are busy with your work. You need to finish all of your work. Maybe someone can do your work for you temporarily?" I suggested it, and he was considering it.

"It's risky to put someone in my position at the company, even if it's temporary, my work is arduous; I know the flow of my company from the accounting to the warehouse to the stock materials we use to the designing, I handle the day to day operations of the company all of the paper works concerns even I supervise my employees and the others who are assigned in different branches, all of it goes through me, and they need to be serious about it." He was correct, but I'm not sure what work he does.

"I'm not sure what kind of work you have; may I ask what it is?" I asked Lucas about it.

"It was about a fashion company; I am the CEO of my own company; it's difficult, but I need money for you and the others; I worked hard to build my own company until you remember everything," Lucas explained, and he was correct because we can't just rob anyone; we must work.

"Then, even though I have a mission as the Eternal Master of Auxier, I will do my best to graduate from college," I told Lucas, smiling and nodding.

"I will always be there for you; go to bed now and rest." Lucas stood up, and I held his hand as he walked away.

"Are you forgetting anything before I go to bed?" When I asked Lucas, his cheeks flushed.

He moved closer and kissed me; I closed my eyes, and he kissed me again. I felt his lips on my forehead, and he smiled at me when I opened my eyes.

"Goodnight, love; I'm glad you're back," Lucas said, and I couldn't help but smile.

"Goodnight to you as well. Thank you," I said as he exited my room.

I scream a little, and my heart races; finally, I'm back with them, and I'm overjoyed that Lucas still loves me and is loyal! I expected him to have a new girlfriend when I died that day, but I was mistaken; he had been waiting for me for decades and now hopes that I would be reincarnated!

I can't blame the other protectors for not believing that I was Nivia Genesis in the past. Still, when I remembered everything, they were all surprised because I was back.

"I see you're happy now," echoed a male voice, and I looked around my room.

"Is anyone there?" I stood up and saw my chest glow in white, and something came out. And I was taken aback when I saw a white wolf with blue eyes and fur as white as snow.

"What is your name?! And why did you emerge from my chest?!" I inquired and was surprised to learn that I am the Eternal Master of Auxier.

"The Auxier has a spiritual animal, and I am the spiritual animal, and I will serve you; if the Auxier chooses the eternal master, I will show up and protect you even if it means putting my life in danger," the white wolf said as I went to lock my door.

"Okay! I understand! Could you please introduce yourself to me?" I asked the white wolf, and he sat down in front of me. And I was curious because he was talking, but his mouth was closed, but he could speak; perhaps he has some abilities and skills that I will soon discover.

"I don't have a name, but you can give me one, and whatever name you give me, as the spirit animal I need to guide and protect you, I will accept it. You will face more challenges now that you have been chosen as the Eternal Master of Auxier. Your adversary Blawnox will be more eager to kill you because they know they won't be able to take the Auxier Stone inside you." As I listened to the white wolf, I considered giving him a name.

"I'll call you Khalil! Do you like it?" I told him, and his tail waggled.

"Thank you for naming me; I accept it. As I previously stated about Blawnox, now that you have been chosen, they will kill you before taking the Auxier, so you must keep your nine protectors informed." Khalil thanked me and informed me of our adversary, and I nodded.

"Don't worry, I'll tell my protectors tomorrow; am I the only one who can see you?" As Khalil stretched his body, I inquired.

"No, The Nine Protectors and the person closest to you can see me," Khalil told me, and I was taken aback.

"All right, I will rest now; you can sleep down there or go back inside the Auxier," I told Khalil, but he just went to the couch and lay down.

"I can't go back to the Auxier Stone because I've already been summoned. Sleep well, master." Khalil said, and I simply nodded before lying on my bed.

I closed my eyes, and I'm not sure what dream I'll have now, but I saw a man standing in the water and looked down to see myself standing in it as well, so I walked up to him, and I didn't think it's Lucas, but someone else.

He had blue eyes and a scar near his eyes when he looked at me. He also wore a necklace that was a tooth of an animal, which I don't know what animal it was, but I believe it was a wolf's tooth.

I awoke unexpectedly when I heard a knock on the door, realizing it was earlier in the morning. I turned to face Khalil, wide awake and staring at the door.

"Move away, Khalil, let me open the door," I said, and he did. When I opened the door, Lucas was ready for work and was surprised to see Khalil.

"What exactly is this?! A White Wolf? Did you manage to tame it?" I was surprised when Lucas asked.

"I didn't manage to tame him! I'll explain later. I need to go to Caster University!" I said this as I went to my closet to get some clothes.

"Okay, I understand, but this white wolf needs to be with you, or the nine protectors will be furious if you don't tell them the truth about him," Lucas said,

"I'm not sure where to hide him, but he can't go back to Auxier Stone; he's a spiritual animal chosen by Auxier." I was shocked to tell Lucas about it.

"Spiritual Animal? You can explain later. Wyatt prepared breakfast, so come down when you're done getting ready," Lucas said as he shut the door.

"How should I proceed? How am I going to hide you?" I asked Khalil, and I'm currently overthinking it.

"Don't worry, master, I'll go outside to roam; don't worry, no one will see me," Khalil said, and I was taken aback.

"What do I need to do to contact you again?" I inquired of him.

"I'll return at 6:00 p.m." It was a relief to Khalil that he had an idea.

"All right, I'm going to take a shower now!" I went to the bathroom and took off my clothes to wash.

After bathing, I dry my hair and put on my casual clothes, a blue t-shirt, and black fitted denim jeans. I'm going to wear my black shoes today, so I went out of the room to get my shoes.

"Khalil, I was curious about my dream last night, which involved a man with a scar near his eyes; do you know who it was?" I asked him, and he responded right away.

"It was me, and I'll explain it to you when you get home," Khalil replied, and I simply nodded.

"All right, you can go now to roam other places, but please care because I still don't know what power you have," I said, and he stood up and jumped outside the window.

I hope the other protectors don't notice him. I left the room after getting my bag and phone. I went downstairs and found everyone there. I sat in the middle, and the breakfast today was bacon, eggs, and a homemade sandwich.

"I like this sandwich," I said, picking up the sandwich as Wyatt set the mug with hot milk on it down.

"I'll make an announcement later when I get back, so you should be home around 6:00 p.m.," I said, and they nodded.

"Got it," Logan said to himself as he ate his breakfast.

"I'll close my shop early so I won't be late," Irish said, and I stood up when I finished eating.

"Take care, Master," Aiden said as he waved his hand.

"See you later," Jaxon said, smiling.

"I'm glad you're back with us," Elias added.

"If you want packed food, I'll make you some next time," Wyatt stated, I looked at my protectors, and they hadn't changed.

"Thank you, everyone. See you later then," I replied.

Lucas stood up, and I knew he'd bring me to my school, so we went outside to the garage. I got into the sports car, and he did as well, starting the engine after I buckled my seat belt.

When we got out of the gate, I saw Christopher waiting for me, and he was surprised to see the sports car.

"Is that Christopher you're referring to?" Lucas was curious.

"Yes, he is Christopher, and he appears to be waiting for me," I told Lucas, and he unbuckled his seatbelt and exited the car.

"Wait!" I said, and I unbuckled my seatbelt because I was afraid the two of them would have a serious conversation.
