Chapter 59
Aria's POV
When I look outside the Auxier Kingdom, memories flash through my mind. I felt the van stop, and when I looked in front, I saw a person wearing a black robe with a black hood, and it appeared to be a woman.
"What should we do now that she is looking this way? Perhaps she doesn't understand what a van is." I heard Irish say this and opened the door to leave.
"What are you doing, Master? It's dangerous!" Logan yelled, and as I approached her, she was staring at me.
"Are you all right? Do you require anything?" I asked her, and she looked behind me, and when I turned around, the nine protectors, including Khalil, were all on their guard.
"Lucas, welcome back." Lucas approached the middle-aged woman after hearing her greet her.
"I wasn't expecting to see you here, Madison." Lucas returned her greeting, and I noticed her glowing green eyes when she removed her hood.
"I'm expecting you to come because I can predict the future, and I've seen it," Madison said, and I'm at a loss for words. I thought Khalil could only see the future, but there are others.
"Do you have a place for us to stay? We need to look for something here at Auxier Place, and we'll also visit the Auxier Kingdom." Madison moved closer to me as Lucas inquired, and she observed me.
"I'd like to speak with this girl; she's the eternal master of Auxier, am I right?" Madison replied quickly, and she took my hand in hers. I was worried she'd do something, but she didn't.
"Let's go to my barn; it's big enough for you all to stay," Madison suggested, and we began to walk while Jaxon drove the van slowly. I looked at Lucas; he just tapped my shoulder and realized I didn't need to be afraid because I had nine protectors.
We arrive at the brown barn, and it's pretty significant; I'm not sure if she lives here only as Jaxon parked his van. We went inside, and I was surprised to see a child with wings. I'm not sure what kind of wings she has.
"What is this person's name? Is this your new student?" Madison made me sit down after Lucas asked.
"Oh, she is a fairy. I found her near the Auxier Kingdom; she's looking inside to see if she can live there, which is why I accepted her as a student," Madison stated, picking something from the table.
"That woman is creepy," Jaxon says quietly, and Elias slaps his shoulder.
"Watch your language, she's a middle-aged woman, and we need to respect her, and I believe she's the witch Lucas knows," Elias said. I looked around to see what else was on display.
"Is it okay if I tell you something, Aria?" Madison said, and I stood up from my seat, telling the nine protectors to wait and even telling Khalil to observe the situation.
"It's all right! Where will we talk?" I asked her, and when I approached her, she let me into a small room lit by candles.
"You're not getting older right? You know this because you are the eternal Master of Auxier?" Madison inquired, and I nodded.
"I know what Auxier did to me, but I don't regret being the eternal master," I told her, and she is now holding a deck of cards.
"What's the point of that? Will you predict my future?" I inquired, and she placed a random card on the table.
"It's a prediction. Some of it will not come true, but some will," she explained, and I nodded.
"You were looking at me earlier as if I had something I didn't know about," I said, and she stopped reading the card.
"You don't know about the other stone," Madison said, and I was surprised.
"I only know Auxier Stone, but I had a thought about another stone with power in the past," I told her.
"Your future will be bad, but you can change that because you control your fate and your future, you can change the outcome," Madison said as she looked at me and placed a card.
"Okay, I'm ready for whatever happens in the future because I'm dedicated to being the master," I replied, and she tapped my shoulder.
"I will tell you everything about the other stone and the Auxier powers," Madison said, and I wondered how she knew so much.
"You can ask me anything after I finish telling you, okay?" I nodded as she clarified.
"The other stones with powers are located at the Blawnox Place, and I know Kai has a stone, but it's not that strong, so you can defeat him using your strong strategy, and if you want, you can make the curse power stronger," Madison said to me, and I nodded.
"I don't have a plan to strengthen the curse because I'm confident I can defeat Kai with Khalil and the nine protectors being with me," I told her, and she nodded.
"I understand," Madison said, "but you can come back here if you need my help; I'll help you get stronger." I nodded.
"How come you're here if you don't want to be strong right now?" Madison inquired.
"Lucas said he'd teach me something here at Auxier Place; I'm not sure why he said that," I told her, and she smiled back.
"It's not the true reason; he brings you here for a reason, and you need to figure out what it is," Madison clarified, and she stood up, prompting me to do the same.
"That's all you know about the other stones and Auxier powers?" I asked her, and she turned back to face me.
"I don't think it's appropriate to tell you this, but your body is still whole, but it was lying inside the Auxier Kingdom, which I saw when I visited there. It was underground," Madison said. I was shocked, and then she left.
That's why I went outside, and the nine protectors also looked at me, Khalil, as I approached them.
"Is there something going on, Master? What did she say to you?" Aiden inquires, and I turn to face Lucas.
"Let's go to the Auxier Kingdom," I said to him, and I went out first, knowing they would follow me; once inside the van, I'll wait for the others.
"What did she say to you? Madison is a good person, and I know she will not harm you," Lucas spoke to me.
"She just told me what will happen in the future. She just said it would be worse, but it can change," I told him, not wanting to tell him about the other stones in Blawnox Place.
"Are you certain you want to visit the Auxier Kingdom, master?" Jaxon asked me, and I looked at him, and he's now in charge of driving, with the others following.
"It's okay. It won't affect anything in me," I told him, and he nodded. The van began to move as I began to think.
"I believe the Auxier Kingdom is still standing, but I believe people go there as if it were a museum," Irish said. I was thinking about what had happened to the Auxier Kingdom.
"Madison said she visited the Auxier Kingdom, and it appears to be the same since she knows where my previous body was buried," I told them, but they didn't respond.
"We'll just have to see for ourselves; the Auxier Kingdom is the only kingdom with royalty, you know what I mean?" I nodded when Lucas said this to me.
"I know that, but I might find something there that belongs to me and can help me get through this," I explained.
