51. Just Do It

Aurora just kept silent even though the werewolf's mouth was gaping as it was ready to tear its body apart. However, it did not cross her mind to shoot him and finish off his lover. However, today was the last day for her.

"Just do it, Igor! I won't regret it if I die at your hands," said Aurora while staring into the werewolf's eyes full of murderous desires.

"Aurora!" shouted Hans, who had already pointed his weapon at the werewolf about to pounce on Aurora.

"No, Hans! Please don't shoot him! Let him do what he wants."

Aurora forbade Hans and the others to shoot Igor. She continued to stare into the werewolf's eyes. Slowly, Aurora stretched out her hand and touched Igor's head.

"I love you and will always love you in all my life," Aurora said to Igor again and closed her eyes as she prepared to die.

She kept her eyes closed, and for some reason, she felt Igor took too long to pounce on her. Aurora opened her eyes when she heard screams of pain and the sound of gunshots.

Aurora saw that the werewolf was attacking the intruders who entered the castle. She thought Igor could already recognize herself and now only attack intruders.

"Aurora, are you okay?" asked Hans beside her.

"I'm fine," Aurora replied as she stared at Igor, who was tearing apart the intruders.

Finally, the werewolves killed everyone who had infiltrated his castle. Aurora saw the werewolf walking towards her while howling.

"Is it all over? Or will we end up with those intruders, too?" Aurora muttered, which was clearly audible by Hans and Juan beside her.

"If today is our last day. I don't regret it," Hans replied.

"Me too," Juan continued.

Aurora looked at Hans and then at Juan. She saw clearly that the two of them were not afraid that Igor would finish him off and tear his body to pieces.

The werewolf was already in front of the three of them and howled again. The werewolf showed sharp teeth while saying that this was the death of Aurora, Hans and Juan.

"Just do it, Igor," Aurora said softly, resignedly.

Aurora closed her eyes and was ready. However, Hans and Juan changed the position of their bodies. They use their bodies as shields.

"We are ready," said Hans, closing his eyes.

"I feel lucky to have met you, and I won't regret it," Juan continued, closing his eyes.

The three of them were indeed genuinely ready to die. However, Aurora pushed their bodies just as the werewolf was about to attack them. Aurora immediately hugged the werewolf and didn't care about her life anymore.

"I love you, Igor Gerald," Aurora said as she continued to hug the werewolf.

"Aurora!" shouted Hans and Juan simultaneously as they saw what was happening.

Aurora didn't care about Hans and Juan's screams. She continued to hug Igor, who didn't recognize her. She endured the pain caused by the werewolf's scratches on her back.

However, she still hugged the werewolf. Aurora opened her eyes because she felt something different. Sure enough, she thought she was seeing the werewolf transform into a human.

"Igor, you're finally back," said Aurora with a smile.

Aurora drooped limply and was unconscious. Igor, who had become human again, reflexively carried Aurora so that he would not fall to the ground.

Igor looked at the face of the woman he loved and didn't realize Aurora was hurt. He hugged his lover immediately because he was sure he had scared the woman.

"I'm sorry, Honey," Igor said after he saw blood on Aurora's back.

"Igor, quickly take her to the treatment room! I'll treat her!" Juan said in a slightly commanding tone.

Igor immediately walked to the treatment room without ignoring Juan's words. He dashed towards the treatment room without responding to Juan's words. Igor ran quickly and finally reached the treatment room. He laid Aurora on the bed and tilted her body.

"The wound is profound," Igor muttered after seeing the wound on Aurora's back.

Not that long ago, Juan and Hans arrived. Hans immediately prepared all the equipment he needed to treat the wounds on Aurora's body.

"Igor, I've prepared your clothes in the bathroom," said Hans, looking at Igor, who was not wearing a single piece of clothing.

"Trust me! I will do well," continued Hans while starting to deal with the wound on Aurora's back first because it was the worst wound.

"I believe in you," Igor replied as he looked at Aurora on the bed.

Igor turned his body around and walked to the bathroom in that room as well. He closed the bathroom door and locked it. He stood in front of the mirror and looked at himself, who had already hurt Aurora.

"You are stupid, Igor! You have hurt Aurora, and you continue to hurt her either a thousand years ago or in this life," Igor said to himself.

He regretted his change this time because he couldn't recognize his people. In fact, he deeply regrets hurting the woman he loves.

"Do I deserve to be beside her? Will my love lead her to the abyss of death? Was my decision to keep her by my side all the time a mistake?"

Igor continues to wonder about his decision to make Aurora his woman again. He walks to the shower and stands underneath it. He turns the shower faucet, and water drips down his body from head to toe.

The water that poured out of him cleansed the blood that stuck all over his body. He saw all of that and hit the wall in front of him.

"You're a monster, Igor Gerald!" said Igor.

Igor finished his cleaning routine. He was wearing the clothes that Hans had already provided. After that, he left the bathroom and immediately approached Aurora, who Juan was still treating.

"How bad?" asked Igor to Juan.

"The scratch wound is deep. I need to be careful to stitch it up," Juan replied as he continued to stitch the wound on Aurora's back.

Igor looked at Aurora's pale-looking face. He hoped Aurora would recover and that he would see her smile again. It wasn't long before he looked at Hans and walked closer to him.

"How much mess have I made this time?" asked Igor to Hans beside him.

"Several bodyguards and servants were killed and injured. You're more of a throwback when all the bodyguards take shelter in the bunker."

Hans continued to tell everything to Igor. He also said that he had ordered everyone to tidy up the castle and repair the damage that Igor had caused.

"Hans, help me!" shouted Juan, who surprised Igor and Hans.
