65. Finally We Meet

Aurora looked at Igor, who seemed worried about Hans's condition. However, it didn't take long for him to look furious. She continued to look at Igor, and the man looked a little more relieved.

"Go back home if you two have finished it!" ordered Igor to Hans on the other end of the phone.

Igor also disconnected his phone after telling Hans that. As well as returning the phone to Aurora.

"What's wrong? Are they okay?" asked Aurora to Igor.

"They're fine."

"Then why did he call my cell phone number?"

Aurora listens to Igor's answer, saying that Hans can't reach him at his cell phone number. So Hans decides to call Aurora's mobile phone number. Hearing Igor's answer makes Aurora feel calm.

They also chatted again while enjoying the scenery in front of them until Aurora finally decided to go back to the room and prepare to attend Celine's invitation.

"Are you ready?" asked Igor to Aurora.

"Already," Aurora replied while twisting her body and at the same time, showing herself ready to go.

Aurora looked at Igor who was currently looking at her without a word. She approached the man and raised his smile.

"Is there anything wrong with what I'm wearing? Or does my makeup not match the clothes I am wearing now?" asked Aurora to the lover in front of her.

"There is nothing wrong. It's just that you are getting more beautiful," Igor replied.

"What? Have I been not beautiful if I am next to you?"

Aurora put on a slightly annoyed face. However, all of this is to seduce the lover. She smiled as Igor pulled her hand and put her body into his arms.

"You are a very beautiful woman and no one will be able to beat your beauty," Igor said in a soft tone.

"What about a thousand years ago? Is there no woman who surpasses my beauty?"

Aurora widened her eyes as Igor instantly kissed her on the lips. She returned the kiss and closed her eyes because she enjoyed it so much.

She pushed slowly against Igor's body as the man felt like he was starting to get aggressive. Aurora didn't want it to be too late to fulfil Celine's invitation.

"Don't be too aggressive! Shouldn't we leave immediately?" said Aurora after escaping Igor's kiss.

"You're the one who makes me unable to control my passion," Igor replied as he brushed Aurora's hair.

Aurora smiled and invited Igor out of the room. The two of them immediately got into the car, which was ready to take them to the place Celine had given her.

It didn't take long for Aurora to arrive at a mansion. She also saw several people guarding the house, indicating that the owner was not an ordinary person.

"Honey, have you gotten any information about my cousin's lover?" asked Aurora after seeing what was in front of her.

Aurora looked at Igor who didn't answer her question. Instead, the man invited her outside from the car. She finally got out of the vehicle.

"Miss Celine, it's been waiting for you," said a man with a fierce gaze and wearing a black suit.

Aurora nodded, and she walked after the man as well as Igor, who was always beside her. She looked at every point she passed, and there was one man with a weapon on their body.

"Honey, don't worry," Igor whispered.

"But we still have to be vigilant, right?"

Aurora saw Igor nodding his head. She also refocused on what was in front of her. She saw Celine, who was approaching her while smiling.

She saw a man beside Celine. For some reason, she felt something different about that man. Her body felt a different aura than some of the people she had ever met.

'What's wrong with me? Isn't this the same as when I first met Igor after a thousand years ago?' Aurora asked in her heart.

"I'm sorry for making you have to go to Bristol," Celine said to Aurora while hugging.

"No problem," Aurora continued and she gave her smile after the cousin let go of her hug.

"Finally we met, Aurora Baylee," continued a man who was next to Celine.

Aurora looked at the man intently, and she was sure she felt familiar with him. However, she had never met him.

"Marcus Griffin and you can call me Marcus," the man next to Celine said again as he extended his hand to introduce himself to Aurora.

Aurora was silent for a moment after hearing that the man's name was Marcus Griffin. The name was the same as her father's a thousand years ago when she was still a vampire.

"Honey," Igor whispered as he held Aurora's hand gently.

Aurora woke up from her daydream, and she received Marcus' helping hand. She immediately withdrew her hand because she felt such an uncomfortable thing.

"What if we start lunch?" asked Marcus while smiling at Celine.

Aurora just looked at Marcus, and Igor saw it. The man held Aurora's hand again and smiled at her. Seeing Igor Aurora's smile, she nodded, walked closer to the table, and sat down on the chair prepared for her.

The lunch event went smoothly. However, during that lunch, Aurora's feelings still couldn't calm down, even more so if Marcus looked at her with a look in her eyes that was so familiar to her.

However, she was surprised when she saw a man walking closer to her. She didn't know why the man was there because all she knew was that if Celine hadn't said there would be someone else in this afternoon's show.

"Thom, why are you coming so late?" asked Marcus after he saw Thom's arrival.

"I have a lot of work to complete. Am I so late?"

Aurora looked closely at Thom, who was so close to Marcus. She thought it was possible that the two men knew each other, and some questions came to her mind.

"Honey, do you know that Thom will also come here?" asked Igor to Aurora.

"I don't know. Celine, don't say anything about Thom."

Aurora only looked at Thom, who was still chatting with Marcus. It didn't take long for the man to look at her and put a smile on his face. The man also approached her.

"Aurora, you're just getting more beautiful," Thom said to Aurora.

Aurora ignored the man by not chiming in on Thom. Instead, she talked to Igor, who was beside her. She showed Thom that it belonged to Igor and that no one would be able to replace him.

"I won't give up! Even if you continue to ignore me because later you will be mine!" Thom said again in a slightly pressing tone.

"There won't be anyone who can replace my position on the side, Aurora! So I hope you give up and find a woman who really loves you," Igor continued firmly.

Aurora held Igor's hand. She knew that, at this time, the lover was furious with Thom. However, at the moment she didn't want Igor to fight with the man in the presence of Marcus.

"Honey, calm down!" said Aurora while smiling at her lover.

"Thom, come with me there is something I want to talk about our business!" interrupted Marcus.

Aurora saw Thom obey what Marcus said. She tried to be calm as well, then looked towards Celine, who was beside her.

"Why don't you tell me that Thom is your lover's friend?" asked Aurora to the cousin.

"I don't know. I didn't know his friends or business partners well at all."

Aurora remained silent and listened to Celine's explanation. The cousin dared swear he didn't know about Marcus, who knew Thom and invited him too. She also listened to Celine, who told about her meeting with Marcus.

Her uneasiness grew even greater when she saw Thom's closeness to Marcus. Aurora felt that if they were both of them, she would create new problems in her life. She also looked at Igor who was watching every movement of Thom and Marcus.

"What are your plans with him? Are you going to be serious about it?" Aurora asked Celine again.

"I want to marry him because I believe he is a man who can make me happy and can take care of me."

"You're so confident in him. Even though you don't know who the people are nearby."

"What's wrong with you? I feel if you don't believe him! Does this have anything to do with Thom who came here and is my lover's business partner?"

Aurora did not answer her cousin's question. She looked at Celine, who looked annoyed at her. She didn't want her cousin to go back to the way she used to be, who thought of her as an enemy.

"I don't know. I feel that there is something in my heart about your lover other than that he knows Thom. You better rethink your plan to marry your lover," Aurora said to Celine.

"I believe in him and I will still marry him. I hope you don't have to interfere with my personal life!"

"You'll regret it if you marry him," Igor continued, which surprised Aurora and Celine.
