58. Still The Same Person

"Do you know who that person is, Odelia?" asked Aurora after hearing her friend's words just now.

"Thom Collins," answered Odelia.

"Are you sure?" Aurora asked Odelia again, not believing what she had just heard.

Aurora saw Odelia nodding her head. The woman said that while carrying out her mission, she accidentally got the information. Aurora continued to listen to her friend, and a sense of resentment arose in her heart toward the man.

"He's obsessed with you. So do anything to get you," said Celine.

Aurora was silent at Odelia and Celine's words. She didn't know the right move to deal with the man yet. She looked at her phone and then picked it up.

She looked at the phone screen and did not recognize the number that was currently calling her. Aurora ignored the phone call, but the person kept contacting her.

"Who contacted you?" asked Celine.

"I don't know."

"Just lift it! Maybe there are important things that teh person wants to convey," continued Odelia.

Aurora nodded and picked up the phone. She heard a man's voice, but she didn't know him at all. The man continued to talk, and in essence, he wanted Aurora to separate from Igor.

"Who are you? What right do you have to order me to part with someone I love?" Aurora asked the man on the other end of the phone in an annoyed tone.

She heard the man laughing at her. Aurora was about to disconnect the phone, but she hung up because the man had said something that made her curious. She listened to the man again, and her heart was even more upset.

"Crazy! You're really crazy!" growled Aurora, and then she hung up the phone because she couldn't stand the man anymore.

"What's wrong?" asked Odelia, who had been paying attention to Aurora ever before.

"I don't know who the man is. However, the man asked me to end my relationship with Igor."

Aurora then told her friend and cousin again that the man had threatened her. She was completely furious with all the things that came out of her rotten mouth.

"You really don't recognize him? Think carefully about her voice?" asked Celine to Aurora.

Aurora was silent for a moment and remembered the man's voice. She compared it to the person she had met before. However, she still didn't remember it and thought that the man had never met her.

Many questions arose in her mind. She thought it could be that the man was one of Igor's enemies or business rivals, and he would do anything to destroy Igor.

"Okay! I'll think about it later. Celine, you better go home and rest if you have nothing to say," Aurora said to her cousin again.

"Don't kick me out! Let me sleep here tonight, okay!"

"What are you sleeping here for? Don't you also have your own house?"

"I'm scared there. These past few days, I have often seen black shadows. If I chase after, the shadow disappears."

Aurora then listened to her cousin, who told her about the black shadow. She wondered if it was the same as the black shadow that often appeared before her.

"Just let her stay," said Odelia while looking at Aurora.

"Okay. You can stay tonight," continued Aurora after seeing the sign given by her friend.

Aurora saw Celine smiling after getting permission from her. She shook her head when she saw Celine leave the pavilion, and Aurora was sure her cousin went straight to the room Celine usually stayed in if she stayed at her house.

"Odelia, you also rest! Tomorrow, we will talk again about everything about the café and others," Aurora told Odelia.

"Alright. Then I'll go."

Aurora nodded, and she saw Odelia leave her. Meanwhile, she sat in the gazebo for only a few minutes. After that, he got up, went into her house, and went straight to her room.

She was in the room, and she was already on the bed. Aurora also took her cell phone, which she had just kept on the shelf. She saw Igor's name on her phone screen. She picked up her phone and listened to her lover's voice.

"How are you doing?" asked Aurora to Igor on the other end of the phone.

She listened to Igor's answer, saying that his business still needed to be finished. However, Igor will return soon if all his affairs are completed. Igor also tells Aurora not to worry about him.

"Honey, I'm staying at my house tonight. Here is Odelia and Celine," said Aurora to the lover on the other end of the phone.

Aurora also told Igor not to worry about her because several bodyguards had also guarded her house. She listened to Igor again and then disconnected the phone.

She kept the phone on the nightstand and then got up and walked towards the door. She pressed the light switch, which extinguished the lights in the room. Only the lights above the nightstand were on.

"I'd better just sleep. Maybe tomorrow morning I can think clearly about solving the problems that occurred in the company," Aurora muttered while lying down on the bed.

Aurora closed her eyes, and it didn't take long for her to fall asleep. The time showed two o'clock in the evening, and a man walked into her room, and he didn't notice it at all.

The man walked calmly. He stood beside Aurora's bed and looked at the sleeping woman's face. He sat down beside Aurora, stretched out his hand, and touched Aurora's cheek gently.

"Are you here?" asked Aurora, who woke up when she felt something touch her cheek.

"Go back to sleep! I'll be by your side," replied the man, who was none other than Igor.

"I don't think you're going to come here," Aurora continued as she put her body into Igor's arms.

Aurora closed her eyes again, and it didn't take long for her to fall asleep again. Likewise, Igor is tired of all the work he does.

Not long ago, they fell asleep when they heard a scream from outside. Aurora and Igor were woken up. Without thinking again, the two of them went out from inside the room.

"Celine...," Aurora said after she recognized her cousin's screaming voice.

Aurora ran towards Celine's room. Behind her was Odelia, who had just come out of her room, and Igor. The two of them followed Aurora until they were finally in front of Celine's room.

"Celine, open the door!" shouted Aurora while banging on the door of her cousin's room.

Aurora kept banging on the door of Celine's room. However, she still did not open the door and continued to scream. Finally, the butler arrived with a spare key and opened Celine's room door.

"Celine!" shouted Aurora after she entered her room.
