Paying for crimes

Silas - POV



"What is this human doing here?" Henry asked. As we sat after the funeral ceremony, offering prayers for the peace of the Dead.



"Aren't you supposed to be with Letty?" Emma asked.



"Alpha, what happened to Gabrielle, Lucian, and his mare flora?" The third elder of the Pack, Eugene, asked. Elena sat next to me. Along with Yuri and Mac. I placed my hand on her thigh to stop her from trembling legs and tapping the floor.



"You told this human the truth about our existence. What if she goes to officials with proof of our existence? We will be at war with humans for our survival." The fourth elder of the Pack, Paul, spoke in annoyance.



"Don't blame our Alpha. It's because of that bitch. Letty, the Alpha of the Green Forest, is a traitor." Yuri hissed.





"Letty won't do such a thing; you are just saving your Alpha from his poor decisions," Terrance growled as he entered with Freya.



"Where is Letty?" I asked.

Elena - POV



I could feel the room, which was buzzing with Silas, with their questions becoming quiet. The Deadly aura is back on the surface.



"My daughter went with you Son, she hasn't returned yet. I have been trying to reach her."



"Freya, you are lying to protect her." Mac hissed.



"Watch your mouth omega. Don't you mock the Luna of Green Forest?" Henry hissed.



"Enough," Silas's sharp voice rang. "Emily, can you show the proof to them about Letty." Emily nodded her head and, putting the crystal ball, swirled her hand around the crystal ball; I could feel the magic dance on my skin, making it intolerable. I had to fight the dizziness and nausea away.



I could see the crystal ball showing Letty threatening Yuri because of how she poisoned her mother and Mac's parents if she tried to alert Silas. I could hear the gasp, and it shocked me to see in the crystal ball when Letty said, "Silas will be mine. Elena is in my way. I will kill her. "



"No, this is not Letty. This witch has fabricated this crystal ball."



"Shut up Terrance, I had enough of you snapping around!" Silas glared at the intensity, making Terrance gulp with fear in his eyes.



"Your Daughter has crossed the Line and dares to kill my pack members who were my family. I will give you two options, Terrance, as you are the active Alpha of Green Forest. Either you hand me your Daughter Letty in Peace or I will kill her by not giving her a chance for a trial. This is my last warning. If you disobey me more, I will wage a war on your pack and make it mine." Silas said with menace.



"Please, son, you are taking the wrong step. Think about Maya. Would she allow you to do this cruelty?" Freya cried.



"Maya knows how protective I am when the question stands for me to save my Pack. I have shown enough mercy, but not anymore, Elder of the Pack, before you accuse me of learning the truth of my actions, this last warming to all of you. If you question me about my mate, I will make sure you all disband." Silas's warming terrified everyone as they left the room.





After a few hours, I see Letty walking shackled alongside Yuri and Mac is dragging her to present her in front of Silas. The Pack members murmur and look at Silas and me for an answer.



"Alpha, why is Luna in Chains?" The Pack members asked.



"She is not your Luna, but a traitor who killed Gabrielle, Lucian, and Flora," Silas explained to the Pack members.



"Silas, you think I killed them, but you are wrong. It was Jake's doing, not mine." Letty Hissed.
