Seal

Silas - POV

The Pack was around my mansion, so that meant Mac had put an act in motion. I looked at Elena, who looked at me, alarmed seeing so much crowd.

"Should we tell Elena about Letty's trials?" Yuri mind-linked.

"Yes, I need Elena to be aware. She is a mate and Luna. Yuri, you inform Elena. I will manage the Pack members?" I mind-linked. Yuri asked Elena to follow her, and she looked at me with questions.

"Yuri will explain," I whispered.

"Alpha, I arranged everything as you asked for," Mac said as I sauntered towards him. I recounted to the Pack the sins of Letty, the Alpha of the Green Forest, and the Pack will extend to Silver canines soon. The pack members agreed to my decision as my eyes settled on Pack's elder, who stood with poker faces.

The guards hauled Letty in front of the Pack, her hands bound in wolfsbane shackles. Pack members curse Letty for killing Gabrielle and Flora and Lucian.

"I, The Alpha Silas Ford of Silver Canines, condemn Letty Wayne to death for killing the members of Silver Canines." The crowd roared as Mac walked with the injection filled with a serum Emily created to look at Letty's fake death. Letty moaned as Mac injected the magical serum.

I looked at Freya and Terrance crying in the distance; I had switched the fake corpse with Letty. The guards bring Letty's comatose frame to the dungeon. Emily performed some magic to wake Letty back up.

"Mac, make sure you put a tracker on Letty secretly." I linked.

Letty stood in disguise where her red hair turned blond, and her green eyes were brown; her face looked so different. No one could make it out: this woman is Letty. "Silas, I will do anything to make this right. Thank you for trusting me," Letty said with determination. I nodded, but internally I hated this bitch, and trusting her would be the last thing. She was unaware of me. I will kill her after she serves her purpose.

"Mac, give her phone and the backpack," I said. Mac handed her things as he sneakily escorted her out of the Pack.

"Emily, I have something to give you." She looked at me with surprise. I handed him the moonflower stone, which was a rare stone.

"I don't need this."

"It is a gift for helping me. I need you to keep it." She smiled.

"So, Ms. Hayes accepted you as her mate?" I came to a halt at the steps before I entered the Mansion. I raised my eyebrows at the question. "Alpha, I have noticed Ms.Hayes always put a distance, but today I saw she wanted to be next to you. So I asked. I am sorry for the speaking outline."

"Emily, I don't like people trying to pry into my life."

"Sorry," she whispered. After I link Yuri to bring Elena back to the Mansion, Elena and Yuri are waiting for me.

"I heard what happened; Letty is." I put my finger on her soft lips to quieten her because shifter ears can hear us, even though we are in the Mansion. Elena then understood the reason. I glued my eyes to Elena's soft pink lips and wanted to taste her again, as if tasting was never enough.

"Alpha, hold it in your pants, geez," Yuri added with a badger. Elena blushed as she distanced herself from me. I was not the only one with lewd thoughts. Even with Elena's grin, I could tell she had the same thoughts.

"I want to taste our mate. I am so happy, Silas, that our mate trusts us, but when I come out, will Elena be startled?" Ray asked.

"Elena is aware of your existence, and Elena accepts us both. I am confident you wouldn't terrify Elena." Ray sighed in relief at my words.

"Alpha Silas, what to do, you say?" Yuri asked and got out of the stupor.

"What?" I asked.

"Ugh…. No zoning out, Alpha," Yuri spoke, annoyed. I glare at her.

Yuri explained how Elena described the shrine's features. She said there was a white wolf howling at the moon. Flames surrounded the wolf, and the fire didn't burn the wolf, and there were wings next to the wolf.

"I heard a whisper calling me to step into the shrine, but before I could go, the wolf stopped me," Elena said.

"Strange, I never heard of such a shrine," Emily whispered.

I tried to jog my memory to remember the folklore about the shrine that disappeared one day in thin air, but I couldn't precisely recollect the tale.

"Yuri, can you get Dr. Rudolf?" I said. Yuri looked at me in alarm, as she was not aware of Elena's sickness. Only Emily knew from her healing magic that Elena's body had declined for some cause, and it didn't take too long for me to torture Dr. Rudolf to speak the truth. Elena's face turned dejected, but I had to check on Elena's health.

"Why do we need a doctor? Shouldn't we divulge the mystery Elena faced? Also, Alpha Theo knows about Elena finding a shrine. Alpha, prepare for an answer for him." Yuri said.

"Yuri! Get the doctor here and leave." I spat.

Yuri's face turns with a frown as she leaves to follow my order. "You shouldn't have scolded Yuri," Elena added in a small voice.

"I didn't mean to, but Yuri sometimes doesn't understand." I sighed in frustration.

"Elena, how long have you been suffering from Lupus?" Emily asked. I learned this disease is a rare ailment. Only Rudolf found the half-treatment of curing the disease.

"I discovered a month ago at my quarterly health check-up," Elena whispered. I held her trembling hand. Elena offered me a slight grin.

"Alpha," Dr. Rudolf walked in alone. Yuri didn't accompany the doctor as she gave us privacy.

"What is Elena's health status?" I asked.

"I have already got myself checked, but it's not good," Elena answered, lamenting.

"I will recheck Ms. Hayes's health, Alpha." Dr. Rudolf said.

"No, let me check," Emily added. The power surrounded Elena's frame, and I still held her hand in mine, not letting it go. Elena moans in agony. Elena's unknown magic pushes away in thwarting Emily's wizardry, and she staggers back through the impact, along with Dr. Rudolf.

The magic didn't hurt me but protected me. Elena was sweating, her eyes hazy.

"Silas, stop this misery. It hurts so badly." Elena whispered.

"What the hell did you do, Emily?" I hissed. "Dr. Rudolf, put the agony away now," I commanded. Dr. Rudolf gave her a dose.

"Elena, how are you feeling?" I asked.

"The anguish is there but not robust like before," Elena said, exhaling heavily.

Emily looked at Elena as a case study. "What kind of healing wizardry did you use?" I growled. Emily flinched seeing Ray on the surface, and so did Dr. Rudolf.

"Alpha, I used magic healing to cure every human sickness. But____" She paused, looking at Dr. Rudolf, and he excused himself.

"Speak comfortably," Elena said.

"It seems your mother locked your powers. I saw through psychic visions I believe the cause of your sickness is the seal cast on you is weakening your body, and if we don't unseal your powers soon, you____" Emily paused.

"Die. " Elena completed the sentence, and Emily nodded dejectedly.

"How do we unseal this power? Can you unseal it?" Elena asked in desperation.

"I wish I knew, but this seal seems locked with three powers: Wolf, Dragon, Angelic, like a trinity guarding," Emily explained.

"Can you use psychic magic to uncover the secret to unlock the seal?" I asked.

"I tried to push forward to see more vision, but it blocked me. The seal pushed me away." Emily added. I rubbed the bridge of my nose to suppress the headache emerging from hearing more mystery.

I walked into the room to find Elena sound asleep. Her skin looked paler than before. I put the comforter on her frame.

"Silas," she whispered, looking through droopy eyes.

"Rest up; you need it," I whispered.

"Can you lay next to me?" She whispered. "Please," I got under the blanket, as I nuzzled my nose to her neck. Elena gave me a gentle smile, making my heart flutter seeing her eyes gleam with love for me, just like I feel for her.

She kissed me; I wanted to taste her but had to hold back the desire to devour every inch of her skin and taste the nectar between her legs, but my priority was Elena's health. "Why are you not kissing me back?" She growled. I had to conceal my amusement at her words.

"Elena, you need a rest. You can't put stress on your body." She glared at me in response.

"I am fine, so make love to me." Elena's order and fuck my cock twitched at her plea, which was hard to resist. Elena's nose bled. She swatted my hand before I could wipe the blood off her nose. She covered her nose, pulled a tissue next to the bed, wiped it, and distanced herself.

"I am sorry. I know it's gross," Elena said.

I held her shoulder to look at me as I saw the smeared blood on her upper lips. I wiped. "It's not gross, so never distance yourself from me, Elena. I accept everything about you." Elena studied me, seeing if they genuinely meant it.

"Can I meet your wolf? Also, what is the name of your wolf?" Elena asked, trying to change the subject.

"His name is Ray," I said. "I can't shift because of your health, Elena."

"I want to meet Elena. Please, Silas, let me out." Ray begged.

"No, she is weak, and if you use shifting magic, she may faint," I said.

"I want to meet Elena, so stop blocking me." Ray hissed.

Elena - POV

Silas steps back after arguing with him to let me meet his wolf, Ray. He takes off his shirt slowly, which feels so much like teasing as his fingers reach for the button of his pants. Silas smirked at me. I stood red face hard to mask the effect he had on me. His naked frame turned my libido on fire.

"Are you ready?" His husky voice made me wet. "Elena, I can smell your arousal. Such a naughty girl."

"If you tease me like this, I wouldn't mind showing you a stripping show and seeing if you can resist me," I said. Silas growled in response. "How about you shift?"

The transformation began, and I waited to meet his wolf. I know it terrified me when I saw him first, but when I saw wolves the other day, I was not afraid as before. What surprise is the magic transformation didn't have a dizzy effect on me?

The Fury Wolf stood in front of me. He cautiously stared at me. "Ray, I am not scared," I said, and his ears perked at me, and he slowly walked towards me. I pat Ray's head as I pat Bruno, and Ray tilts his head to my touch.

"I am sorry for fearing you earlier, Ray," I whispered, and he wagged his tail and licked my face, reminding me of Bruno. I chuckled.

"Alpha" The door burst open. Yuri looked at me with concern as Ray growled at her.

"Dr. Rudolf is Dead, Alpha," Yuri said.
