Chapter 125

Carlos left for work and Allison came into the room with Triffany’s breakfast, she placed it on the bed next to Triffany. "Triffany." She called out with concern. "How did you get yourself this sick."

"I am fine, it was only just a light fever." Triffany pick up her spoon to eat, she does not want Allison to get worked up about all this.

"You shouldn't get sick Triffany, remember you are not alone in your body anymore." Allison told her, acting like an elder sister, Triffany couldn't help but smile. "Now eat up, Carlos told me to take good care of you, so you must finish this food, it is very healthy for you and the baby."

"It is delicious, you must be the one who prepared it.".

"Yes, you know I was taking some cooking lessons in the past."

"Yes, you are the best, maybe one of these day, you will have to teach me some of your recipes."

"I will be glad to do that." Alison told her with a smile, staying close to Triffany and watching her was something she has always want to do, in the past, when Allison had lost her parents, Triffany was the one who had taken care of her as a sister and mother, that was why she has a strong bound with her.

Triffany looked up from her food. "What about school, i know you have a class today, don't you?"

"About that, I had to cancel." Triffany felt guilty as she look down. "You were sick, i can't leave you like this, especially when your handsome husband ask me to take care of you, I can't refuse it."

"But, it is because of me..."

"Don't say that, the class is boring anyway, I was lucky I cannot attend because of you, so count it as you helping me." Allison smile. "The only thing I have to do, is to go out and get some new item for my project tomorrow.

Triffany look at her. "Are you sure it is okay to miss that class?"

"I told you it is okay, and I am happy to be here with you, at least you will help me out with my project, that way I will get a high mark and you won't be bored or think of any other thing but my project, a win-win for the both of us, what do you think?" Allison asked with a smile.

Triffany chuckled something about Allison always seems to make her so excited. "Alright then, you better go on and buy the project thing, it is better to start early than later."

"Right." Allison got up. "Okay, I will back in a jiffy." She smile and left the room.

Triffany smile and continue her meal, when she was done, a maid came over and cleared the room.

Triffany sat on the bed going through some file in her laptop when her phone rang, she picked it up after seeing the caller ID. "Hello, Carlos."

"How are you feeling now?" Carlos asked from the other side of the line.

"I am good, I told you that you have nothing to worry about, just like you told me, I am on the bed and not moving a muscle." She told him and smile when she noticed she was actually moving a muscle by typing.

"Alright, I will be home soon, I have concluded everything over here."

"Alright then, I will be waiting for you." With that they ended the call, Triffany put down her phone and she looked at the time. "He concluded everything so fast." She turn back to her laptop but look at the time again.

It has been over two hours and Allison was not back yet, just as she was thinking of that, he phone rang, she looked at her phone, the number was unfamiliar to her.

She hesitated before answering, lifting it up to her ears. "Hello, who is this?" She asked.

"Hi Triffany, it has been a while." A familiar voice came from the other side of the line.

"Jimmy Billy." Triffany said a little bit terrified, wondering how he got her contact.

"That's right Triffany, I noticed you went into hiding, but the thing is, you can't hide from me, because I will always find you, one way or the other."

"No, you won't find me anymore." Triffany told him softly.

"Maybe, I won't, but, you will have to come to me, and you will do that now, I just want to talk to you, I want to go out with the person I will spend my life with now."

"I won't meet you Jimmy, I told you I am married and can't be with you anymore, the promise I made to you, was in the past, so Jimmy ple..."

"Beck hondle restaurant, in fifteen minutes time, come with no one, only you, and do not tell anyone, else your cousin Allison won't be able to see you again."

Triffany eyes shone wide in terror. "What have you done to Allison?"

"Heed to my advice, come as instructed, remember, a life for a life." With that Jimmy hung up.

"Jimmy! Jimmy!" Triffany shouted but no response, her hands trembling, her lips quiver as tears filled her eyes, just then she remembered the dream she had last night, one of the person she love, was killed by Jimmy.

She had not seen the face of the person, but just like in the dream last night, she was trembling and in tears, Triffany pull off the injection connected no her hand and toss it aside.

She got up with shaking hands and picked up her car keys and phone as she head out of the door without wearing a shoe or coat, just a slippers and the light gown she had been wearing, her hair mess without brushing it.

Intact she has no time to do anything about her outfit, all that was on her mind was Allison, tears filled her eyes as she left the house for her car.

"Mrs Zack." A security guard called out when he saw Triffany head over to her car. "Are you going somewhere?" He asked as he walk over to her.

Triffany immediately wipe off her tears, she knew if she was seen crying they will notice that something was up and would report immediately to Carlos, whereas Jimmy ahd told her to come alone.

Triffany turned to the security guard and flashed him a forced smile. "Yes, is there any problem with that?" She asked as she hope that her swollen eyes wouldn't give her away.

"Not at all, but I was asked to drive you if you needed to go somewhere." He told her and Triffany momentarily closed her eyes, this was a new issue she has to face now.

She exhaled softly and smile at the security man again. "It is okay, I can go alone, I just need some air, I will be right back before anything." The security guard wanted to protest but Triffany snapped. "I told you I will be fine." She raised her voice, she knew she had to hurry, because Allison was in danger, she might not see her again if she doesn't go.

The security guard seems to hesitate for a while before stepping aside. Triffany entered the car and started the car with shaky hand, luckily it was a tinted glass so the guard didn't notice, she drove out of the villa and speed up in tears.

She called the number that had just called her again and Jimmy responded. "Don't you dare touch Allison, I am right on my way and will be with you in five minutes." She didn't wait for him to respond as she hung up and speed up to the destination he had asked her to come.
