Chapter 97

Triffany and Carlos arrived home and the garden was a sight to see. Triffany gasped as she looked at the decoration and people she wasn’t expecting to see the place so filled with people she thought won’t show up.

Carlos smiled to see her surprised gaze as Gabby approach them. “Happy birthday Triffany, how do you like the surprise?” She asked with a smile.”

Triffany smiled. “Thank you, Gabby I am so excited.” Allison and Nick waved her over as she approached them with Joy.

“Happy birthday, girl.” Allison told her and embraced her.

“Thank you, Allison.” She smiled, so happy that they got to come.

“Happy birthday cousin.” Nick told her and embraced her. Triffany smile, at least he was not being his normal asshole self.

Carlos looked watched them as Gabby looked at him. “Don’t tell me you won’t take your gaze away from her?”

Carlos looked at Gabby and then back at Triffany who was now laughing broadly with her two. “She didn’t laugh like this when she was with me today .”

“Don’t tell me you acted like an ass again today.” Gabby fold her arms and looked at him.

“No I didn’t.” He looked at Gabby who gave him the suspicious look. “Maybe I did.” He looked at Triffany again. “I just can’t adapt in her world.”

“Then bring her to your world.” Gabby told him with a smile on her lips and he looked at her again. “Now can we go have fun.” She said and walked ahead of him.

Carlos saw his friends and walk over to them. “HI dudes.” He called out and they turned their eyes to look at him and then thy all glance at Triffany and then at him again.

“Carlos, when did you start wearing matching outfits?” Eric asked him and then others looked at him with curiosity.

Carlos glance down at his out fit and looked at them like he was guilty of a crime. “She wanted this for her birthday outing, now we are back I guess I will go change.” He told them and turned to leave as his friends chuckled.

“Carlos we all know you are in love with her.” Blake called out but Carlos didn’t turn around as he went close to Triffany. “Triffany.” He said softly and she turned around.

“Yes.” Triffany looked at him with a bit of tears in her eyes.

“Triffany, why are you crying?” Carlos asked her as he looked down at her face.

Triffany touched the corner of her eyes and looked down at hr hands. “Oh this! Nick cracked a funny joke that’s why.” She said with a smile.

Nick and Allison looked at them, they didn’t realize Carlos had joined them. “Carlos they both exclaimed and at the same time looked at Triffany and his outfit.

Carlos noticed this and held Triffany’s waist as he whispered softly in her ear. “We have to go change now.” He told her.

She was about to protest but Carlos gave her a knowing smile and she nod. “Excuse us.” Carlos told Allison and Nick and walked into the house with her.

Once they were inside the room Triffany looked at him. “I don’t really want to change.” She told him.

“Triffany, we have to. Maybe you didn’t notice the glance everyone gave to us.” He told her and Triffany sat on the couch as Carlos took off his top.

“Why do you care so much about that?” She asked him.

Carlos looked at her sad face and went over to her. ”Triffany.” He close his eyes gently and then open his eyes again. “Please, let’s just get dressed and go downstairs, today is your birthday and they are waiting for you , the celebrant."

"Okay fine." She took off her top and trousers, leaving only her underwear and Carlos raised his brow. "What?" She asked when she noticed the look on his face. "You've see it before."

Carlos looked at her as his eyes darkened with desire. "Triffany...look." He pointed down at his trouser and she followed his hands.

"Oh!" She mouthed. "I don't know i have such effect on you." She raised the corner of her lips as she held the line of her pant and Carlos eyes looked down at her.

"Triffany... this isn't helping." He told her and she grins. "We really have to go downstairs, else Gabby will come upstairs for us." He told her again.

"A quickie will do." She told him with a charming smile on her lips.

Carlos runs his hands through his hair as he watched her take of her underwear. "Triffany, you will be the end of me." He told her and walked over to her as he gave her a hot kiss.

He lifts her up and she wrap her legs on his waist and he took her to bed. "You want a quickie?" He asked and she nods. "Then I will give you a quickie." He leans close and kiss her again.

Triffany and Carlos came out with Carlos hands around her waist. She was dressed in a lovely red dress and Carlos was wearing a black well tailored suit.

They were both looking lovely as they came to the garden that were now filled with few rich guests, people Triffany don't really recognise.

Gabby came close to them. "What took you both so long?" She asked and Triffany blushed as Carlos looked at her.

"Well, we have to take our bath and find a pretty dress for my wife." He told her with a thin smile on his lips.

"Yes...you know, too many dress to pick from..and it's my birthday, I need to look good." Triffany stutter.

Gabby looked at them suspiciously, but then she smile. "You look beautiful on that dress." She told her and took her hands. "Come, so many people are here to wish you a happy birthday." She led her away from Carlos.

Garrett came over to Carlos with a glass of wine. "I am sure something must have kept you both there."

"Don't be ridiculous, Garrett." Carlos told him and move to pour himself a glass of wine. He shook it softly and took a sip.

He looked at Triffany who was with Gabby, she was introducing her to many people that were wishing her happy birthday and gifting her.

Bailey came close to him. "Isn't she one wonderful lady?" She said looking at Triffany.

Carlos looked at her with smile. "Grandma Bailey, you came."

"Yes, and your grandpa is over there." Bailey pointed and Carlos couldn't see Ethan talking to Triffany’s parents.

He smiled, Gabby was really a person for this job, she had planned everything, and now Triffany was smiling as she approached her parents.

"Come on, go say your hello to them." Bailey told him and they both went over to meet Triffany’s parents.
