Chapter 93

They were both glaring at each other and Allison wonder if they were twin instead of cousins, or were they swore cousins. She snigger and they both look at her.

"What's funny?" Nick and Triffany asked her at a time.

Allison shook her head. "Nothing." She paused. "Why don't we all spend time our time outing?" Allison asked.

"That will be a good idea, but what happens when someone who attract troubles tag along?" Nick said while looking at Triffany, indirectly referring to her as trouble.

"Jeez! Nick will you just stop." Allison yell at him.

"Allison just ignore him, his attitude will never change, he always act like an assault that's why he have no lady as his girlfriend, I keep wondering who will date him." Triffany shook her head, feeling pity for him.

"Triffany watch what you say." Nick said furiously.

"Why?" Triffany folds her arm. "That's the truth, you act like an asshole."

Nick three a pillow at her and she did the same and soon they started a pillow fight and Allison had to step far away from them.

She watched them and couldn't believe her elder brother and elder cousin will still act like a kid.

She shook her head and left for the kitchen to prepare lunch, knowing that when they were done, they will reconcile and even play game together.

Carlos stood by the French window in his office, looking outside the busy street, he saw two couples holding their hands and walking together.

He sighed, he wanted to spend the whole day with Triffany, with her telling him all she want to do with a man she will marry, but she has suddenly left him alone.

He really needs to know his wife, he knew all this won't do, he had married Triffany without a proper date and it was time for him to make her happy and spoil her with his love.

He won't leave it to chance any more. He pressed the extension button and Felicity came inside.

"Felicity I need a full report on the construction site and also how Directors Vincent is coming up with the upcoming projects."

"Okay sir, I will get you the full details in two hours time." Felicity responded.

"Alright, tell Philip to see me in my office right now." Carlos told her and sat down on his desk as she left after giving him a little bow.

He flip through documents, going through them before he heard a knock on the office door and Philip stepped in.

"Sir, you sent for me." Philip said politely.

"Have a set." Carlos pointed at the chair and then joined Philip. "Give a full details on the project at Canada."

"Okay sir." Philip explained it to him, telling how good it had been going with the co operation with the Canadian investors and site managers.

"Alright." Carlos hands him a new file. "I want all these to be processed in two days time, and you should keep reporting to me daily."

"Okay sir." Philip said and stood up and left the office as Felicity came in with what Carlos requested.

Carlos went through it and put them down on his desk." What is my next schedule?"" Carlos asked her.

"None sir." Felicity responded. Carlos was not suppose to come to the office today, since there was no schedule, but he was forced to by Triffany.

You should go to the office today, alone, while I spend an alone time, and you don't have to call me.

That was what Triffany had told him, that was her condition.

Carlos closed his eyes gently, now just being away from her was like he had not seen her for eternity.

"Felicity, keep my schedule free for two weeks, also Triffany's." Carlos told her and she looked at him. "You may leave now."

"Okay sir." Felicity bow and left the office.

Carlos stood by the window again, it was past five, and yet he had not heard from Triffany and it bothers him.

He knew at the moment that he can no longer do this. He picked up his coat and left the office, got into the elevator and head straight to the parking lot.

He got into the car and Shanne Cole drove off.

Triffany was chatting with Nick and Allison when they head a knock on the door. "Nick are you expecting anyone?" Triffany asked him.

"No." Nick shook his head.

"I will get it." Allison stood up and head to the door. She shut it back immediately she opened it and ran to where Nick and Triffany was.

"Who was that?" Nick asked her.

"You won't believe who is out there." Allison said with excitement in her eyes.

"Allison, let the person in." Nick told her.

"It's Carlos Zack!" Allison said out loud and Triffany looked up surprised as she checked the time and then sighed.

Nick shook his head and went to get the door himself. He opened it and let Carlos in. "Welcome." Nick said stiffly.

Triffany snigger when she saw how Nick acted, jeez, Carlos really have a way of intimidating people, even the almighty Nick.

"Hi." Allison waved him with a goofy smile on her lips. Triffany shook her head, Allison must have been spelled by this man too.

This was the effect her husband have on people, he was so handsome, how can someone be this dazzling?

And he was wearing that well tailored navy blue suit that always makes him stands out.

She looked up at Carlos who was staring down at her. More especially he loves her, and she smiled.

Carlos rolled his eyes and she frown, why was he rolling his eyes, is he not here to see her.

"Let's go Triffany, I came to pick you up." Carlos told her with a cunning smile on his lips.

She was holding a large bowl of chips and was seeing a movie and he knew she had been having a lot of fun while torturing him.

Triffany looked at her cousin that were still staring at Carlos, she knew if she doesn't go with him now, her cousins will keep acting like a Zombie.

"Alright." She puts down the bowl of chips and picked up her bag as she straighten her dress.

She don't even want to imagine how he knew she was here, it just seems to be the only place she knew and perhaps he had also known.

"Allison, Nick, I will see you both later." She told them and they nod, still looking at Carlos which made her rolled her eyes.

Her cousins were unbelievable!

Carlos told them goodbye and left the apartment with Triffany.
