CHAPTER 50: CONFESSION

The birthday banquet ended on a high note and everyone was satisfied with it after all it wasn’t every day that they get to see Kasper for so many hours without seeing his famous cold and ruthless look.

Kasper took his wife back to the Gardenia mansion after a tiring evening. As Elektra had been wearing high heels for the night, her feet were aching and she was desperate to kick them away.

When they arrived home, the tub was already filled with warm water so Elektra stripped off her clothes and walked lazily to the bathroom naked. Kasper was no longer a stranger to this scene, ever since the two became more intimate, Elektra had been acting shameless daily and he was loving every moment of it.

Kasper followed Elektra along and joined the little wife in the wide-spaced tub where he massaged her aching and sore body with his magical hands. The lovebirds didn’t play too much in the water and got out after thirty minutes.

Elektra and Kasper didn’t bother to change as they latched onto each other the very second, they came out of the bathroom. This was a beautiful night and it was memorable to make special memories this way.

The couple made love for hours before falling asleep. Elektra on the other hand didn’t sleep well as she had too many thoughts in her head.

For a while now, Elektra had been observing her husband and so far, she didn’t find any fault with him. His only problem was that he has too much love which wasn’t that bad considering how Elektra craved for that.

One of the upcoming days, her real identity was probably going to get exposed and she didn’t want the man who had done so much for her to be caught unaware. She wanted to tell him herself and not let anyone do it.

This wasn’t her greatest secret so she didn’t mind telling him this soon and if he can’t handle it, then she will just move on with her life, after all, she never planned on having a family in this life.

The next day, Kasper kissed Elektra goodbye as he went to work while Elektra remained at home checking her assignments. In order to give her and Kasper some time alone, Anisha didn’t return home but went back to Aaliyah so Elektra was currently home alone.

This was also a good opportunity for her as she used the whole day to think of how to confess her story and make the man listen to her. As she was at home thinking about life, Miley came with a smile on her face while holding many wrapped gifts.

Elektra stopped what she was doing after seeing Miley approaching, “where are they from?”

Miley smiled at Elektra and replied, “They are from them. they sent them to the apartment and I am coming from there.”

Elektra had completely forgotten about them as she was too consumed with Kasper and her new family. She last saw 1 back in Bares city and the rest she had not seen in a long time. She wondered how they were doing and if everything was okay on their side.

“They sent their greetings, since they couldn’t come and celebrate with you, they sent the gifts.”

Elektra nodded her head as she truly appreciates what these people had done in her life. They have greatly helped her even though all she did in the past was just to save them from trouble and give them enlightenment.

Elektra was happy to receive gifts after all, who can hate them?

Miley didn’t make her wait for long and began to open the gifts by order, that is starting from 1-6.

1 sent her some title deeds for a couple of buildings in the newly built city in the other corner of Parat. Elektra had heard a lot about this city but she didn’t have any time to travel anywhere lately and that was a shame.

Elektra was happy with this gift as there was nothing like having too many properties.

2’s gifts were something that dazed her and made her fall in love. That girl had truly grown up and made something that truly captured her heart for the first time. It wasn’t that she hated the jewelry that 2 had made for her in the past, but this jewelry set was just too beautiful for her.

3’s gift who was an author and recently won an award for his book, sent her an art piece which look majestic and she really liked it. 4 is a musician and she had been busy going around holding her concerts, so she couldn’t make it to her birthday banquet but she sent her a couple of branded foreign luxurious handbags.

5 owns a security company and it is very famous since he is a foreigner, the man is very busy and Elektra is truly happy for him. The man sent her a slim black phone which had high-security configurations and so on.

She couldn’t understand much about it but she concluded that the phone was superb and Elektra didn’t mind using it. The last one, 6 owns several ranches in his home country, and luckily, he didn’t send her any beef jerky or products. The man sent her a bank card and she had another premonition that the money inside will be just……..

Elektra spent a long time reviewing the represents and sent her children some messages of gratitude. She also added a few spices to make them feel at ease and be happy for a while.

Later that night, Kasper returned home and the couple had a lovely dinner together. Kasper could sense that there was something wrong but until he hears from her, he wouldn’t know.

Elektra also didn’t want to delay this and create a strange tension in the house, so when they were all done showering, Elektra sat on top of the bed and called Kasper to join her.

Kasper who had been impatiently waiting for this moment, quickly hopped onto the bed and joined his wife, “if there is something wrong, just tell me. I will always be here with you.”
