CHAPTER 96: HOME SWEET HOME!

Elektra didn’t care about Robert and Pearl, so after she was done treating them, she turned to face Ian who was worried about the welfare of the two who had fainted after the treatment.

“If you don’t bother me, then I will not bother you. I hope that this is the last time that we will meet!”

Elektra knew that it was late and she didn’t want to spend any more time outside. As she had received her payment and she had treated the sick, it was time to go.

But before she could do that, Ian who got courage from somewhere stopped her, “this… is there anything that we should be wary of after your treatment?”

Elektra found Ian so cute but she couldn’t laugh at him, he was a father who was genuinely worried about his children. Hearing his concern, reminded her of the time that Ian used to be concerned about her too.

Life was truly unpredictable but everything in life always happens for a reason, “bring that first doctor over and he will be able to help them recover to their peak health.”

This was the only thing that she could do to help them. After saying her piece, she didn’t even look at Gordon and proudly left with her men.

This time she didn’t teleport back to the hotel but decided to take a walk as she admired the beautiful night sky.

On her way back to the hotel, Elektra immersed herself by listening to reports from her beloved children.

She was very happy to know that the treasure that she had found had been sold for a great price and the money was being used to invest in oil and some mines. Gems were very precious and they rarely lose their value.

So, owning a couple of mines wouldn’t hurt anyone. Elektra didn’t want to give the money she had just earned to someone else, she decided to make use of it and see what she can do or invest in it.

The group only walked for forty minutes as they were walking at a slow pace. When they arrived at the hotel, Elektra was teleported back into the suite where she was.

And she was welcomed by Kasper who had bought a basket of chocolates from God knows where. Seeing him doing this, she couldn’t help but smile as she slowly made her way to him.

This was his way of apologizing, he was a proud man and yet when he is with her, he is always doing everything in his power to make sure that she is happy and she has a smile on her face.

“I couldn’t find much as it is already late but I hope that my dear wife, will forgive me,” Kasper apologized as he slowly approached her.

His voice was a little bit hoarse but with a dose of sexiness in it. Kasper knew how to use his assets to his own advantage, she was very weak to this bedroom voice of his, and every time he does something wrong, he would always coax her with the same voice.

Even though she knows the trick so well, she still couldn’t help but fall for it repeatedly. It was as if she was on drugs and the feeling was so exhilarating.
Kasper seeing that face softening, knew of course that he had won but he also knew not to go overboard with it again.

Elektra smiled seeing how easily she got tricked but she enjoyed it every single time. She accepted the basket of chocolates and stepped much closer to Kasper.

“Umm, I forgive you,” she said as she wrapped her arms around his thin and sturdy waist.

Kasper wrapped his around her waist and leaned down for a chaste kiss on her cheek, “I love you so much!”

Elektra smiled happily, if it was before she would have dodged this but now, she was like an open book or at least half a book. She knew that her feelings for Kasper were greater than before.

There was no need for her to remain in the past and miss a chance to fall in love and give her heart to the one person that loves her like crazy.

She looked up at him with a smile on her face, her eyes twinkling like stars in the starry sky and they were full of deep love. Kasper gazed in those eyes and all he wanted to do was drop kisses all over her face but he couldn’t do that as he was afraid of igniting another fire.

If he were to piss her off again for not being able to control himself, won't he be in trouble again?

“I love you too, hubby,” she responded smilingly.

Kasper was very happy to hear this response; it was probably the first time that she had firmly without wavering said these words to him.

His excitement was over the top, he scooped her up in his arms and showered her face with kisses. He couldn’t hide his happiness and joy and Elektra joined in the fun and returned a few kisses to the man.

“Thank you for everything…_”

Elektra cut her man short, she wasn’t going to spend hours listening to his mad confessions, instead of exchanging words, wasn’t it better to do something better instead?

So, in the end, the married couple spent their time wisely and this time Elektra didn’t go crazy on Kasper but let the man do whatever he wanted and by the time dawn arrived, the couple was just so happy.

As they had solved the issues they came to Bares for, it was time for them to return back home.

Early that morning, they had breakfast in the hotel and checked out finally. The cars drove them to the airport where their private jet waited for their arrival.
Having a private jet was very much helpful and they didn’t need to share their personal space with anyone else.

It didn’t take long before the private jet was in the air, and Elektra used these few hours to catch up on the sleep that she missed as she was so busy with Kasper and lost track of the time.

Watching Anisha playing games on her tablet while Elektra was in the bedroom sleeping, Kasper knew that he had everything that a man can ever ask for in his life.

And these blessings made him feel grateful.
