CHAPTER 64: TREASURE 2

Elektra even though her sight as well, was simply a bit dark as it was around two to three in the morning despite the stars in the sky and the moon. The island picked this time was very foggy and a good hiding place.

Elektra was led to a mountainous area and all she could see apart from the trees were huge boulders and rocks. She had been living in nature all along so the scene didn’t faze her a lot.

“We have placed everything we found in a cave we found when we took over this island. I am very sure that you will love what you are about to see!” Fox, the person hidden under the fox mask excitedly said as he led the others.

Elektra smiled hearing that, it wasn’t easy to make these mascots of hers this excited. Because she didn’t want anyone with malicious intentions to find out what she was doing, she stopped them from sending them any photos or videos of it. She decided to see it with her own eyes.

“I hope so too,” Elektra said as she followed.

It didn’t take long before they saw two guards guarding the cave entrance, the entourage entered the cave and bravely followed the lights to an unending passage.

After walking for a while, Fox stopped and stepped aside and Elektra who was behind a bit caught up and stopped at the door. Inside was a dimly lit room but she could smell the scent of ancient things inside.

Fox lit up the lights and the cave became brightly lit and the scene in front of them was just bewildering.

It wasn’t only Elektra who froze at the spot but both Miley and Barry were very taken back by what they were looking at. They had been living on that horrible island before, they have fought, killed, and also saw with their own eyes a lot of treasure.

But what they were looking at right now didn’t seem believable at all. the room was just glittering so much it looked like a dragon cave with all that gold and those shining things. Just how many other good things were in here?

“Ha ha ha ha, this is simply too beautiful!” Elektra couldn’t help but laugh happily as her eyes lit up looking at all these beautiful things that belongs to her.

“As long as you like it then we can continue to look for more treasures in the future,” Fox immediately fawned on Elektra seeing how their Mistress was loving this so much.

“Umm, don’t worry, I have already started on another project. I don’t know how long it will take but I hope that there will be some good news,” Elektra said, revealing some news that no one knew about it.

Miley and Barry were both shocked hearing this, they thought that it was only a one-time thing but they never thought that their young lady wasn’t planning on stopping just yet.

“We are at your service!”

After breaking the news, Elektra began to look closely at her bounty. The room was big enough to match with a kitchen from a normal household and it was filled to the brim.

Some boxes were spilling with gold coins, bars, jewelry, and some antiques that looked very lovely to look at. Everything in the room if sold or appraised will be worth billions of dollars.

Elektra used her great vision to scan the boxes since she couldn’t open them again to see what was inside. After admiring her bounty, she was about to turn around and leave when her eyes caught something that made her stop.

Everyone was silent as they watched Elektra doing her thing, they were also ready to leave but seeing Elektra’s gaze in a certain direction, they all looked there with instincts.

Elektra wasn’t weak nor was she was scared of the unknown, she immediately took large steps towards that corner, and with a wave of her hand, a path opened for her, and in front of her was a huge trunk that looked very rusty and didn’t seem to be opened at all.

She looked at the trunk for a while as her thoughts ran wild before turning her head to look at Fox, “do you know what is in this trunk?”

Fox looked at the trunk before walking closely to observe the trunk to try and see if his mind can click and remember what was inside there. But the more he looked at the rusty trunk, the less he remembered.

“I am afraid that this trunk is something that I have not seen before. I can check with others to see if there is any record,” Fox was a bit panicky as he felt that this was a mistake.

How could he not recall seeing this trunk at all?

Elektra also noticed that Fox had no knowledge of this trunk but she wasn’t mad, some things like this were normal and she didn’t need to roast her men for that.

“You don’t have to do that. Just carry it to my tent, I will deal with it,” Elektra had a smile on her face as she said this.

She didn’t wait for any response from Fox and she immediately began to leave the cave. The rest followed her and Fox began to order people around to get the trunk carried to the tent that had been prepared for Elektra.

Elektra didn’t admire much the tent that had been prepared for her as anything that wasn’t that trunk at the moment wasn’t any of her concern. The trunk was placed on a stone table and everyone dispersed as Elektra wanted a me-time by herself.

With everyone gone, Elektra erected a barrier around her tent as she didn’t want any noise outside to disturb her. at the same time, she didn’t want any noise from the inside to alarm those that were outside.

Elektra’s hands didn’t touch the rusty metal but she could sense the immersed energy coming from the trunk. Because there seems to be something barricading the energy from coming out, others couldn’t sense it but she was different.

She placed her hand neat the trunk and immediately a dark mist came out and began to devour the rusty metal at an incredible speed visible to the naked eye. This was Elektra’s greatest power she possesses apart from her icy one.

It didn’t take long before Elektra was looking at a beautifully sculptured box made from a King Green’s jade. It was big as a 10 liters cooler box and the jade box itself was already a lot of money and bling, what more of what was inside?
