CHAPTER 93: KOWTOWING 2

Elektra was in a great mood, there wasn’t anything great than scaring your opponents every single time. Why should she kill them and make a family disappear when she can scare the hell out of them every single time, she thinks about it?

In the end, she decided to end this game sooner, she wanted to go back home and be with her family, and being in Bares city was already limiting her. She had a wedding to hold and she didn’t want to have it with some unfinished business.

This is the reason why she decided to scare Robert and make them kotow. At least her mother wherever she is, will rest in peace and reincarnate without a problem.

When she returned to the hotel, Kasper was on the phone and the man kissed her on the forehead before continuing his call.

Elektra took a seat on the couch and took out her cellphone. Anisha was sleeping so it was just the two of them.

As she waited for her husband to finish, she was busy looking at her IONIQ account and smiling as she read the comments being left by her fans and followers.

Elektra was currently in the middle of narrating her story and she was not done with it yet, she had been feeling a bit lazy lately but after everything that had been happening, she wanted to finish it and when she is done, she was going to try something more soothing and that brings smiles to everyone’s faces.

When Kasper was done, he took her in his arms and carried her straight to the bedroom without saying a single word. Her legs automatically wrapped around his waist, as the two had not done anything more because of her mood, Elektra threw herself at her man.

Kasper who had not eaten meat for a while now also took advantage of this moment and ate his wife thoroughly. Elektra lazily nestled in his arms as she laughed when recalling how she scared Ian and Robert earlier.

Knowing that he had a powerful wife by his side, Kasper’s worries that he used to have before all vanished. There was no longer any reason for him to worry about anything unfortunate happening to Elektra, she alone was able to fight him and leave him for dead.

He was not a supernatural being after all and just having someone and many other people by his side like this, made him feel very blessed.

The couple finally left the room after a while and at this time they were all dressed. Anisha who had woken up from her nap joined them and the family of three went to the restaurant for dinner.

After dinner, Kasper kissed his wife longingly on the mouth before watching as she vanished after jumping down the window like some thief again.

He knew what was going to happen and he didn’t need to be there to see it. His job now was to play with Anisha and get her distracted so that she won’t ask about Elektra or look for the other.

With Elektra gone, he called Miley whom he now knew was very special and she had been by Elektra’s side the longest. Miley seemed to know that this day will come so she was prepared when Kasper began his questioning.

And what Kasper learnt from Miley got him thinking, in the end, he simply realized that he was very fortunate and blessed that Elektra appeared in his life and she also has feelings for him.

He couldn’t imagine a life without her in it, he didn’t even want to think about it.
On the other side, Ian, Robert, and Pearl who were in the wheelchair looking very solemn and unwilling were making their way towards the two cemeteries belonging to Hope and Cleo.

“Won't she go back on her word after we are done embarrassing ourselves?” Pearl still was very unwilling to kowtow to Hope and Cleo.

Even though Hope wasn’t the person who killed her mother, she had still contributed a lot and she had treated them so badly in the past. To her, it felt like saying sorry to someone who stepped on you. It felt as if she was being bullied.

“Dear, let us just bear this embarrassment for once, and in the future, we will make sure that nothing like this ever happens again!” Robert could feel Pearl’s unwillingness, even he didn’t even want to acknowledge kowtowing to those two b****.

In his last life, he had seen with his own eyes just how bad they were and they deserved everything that came to them. but for now, he was going to raise the white flag and go along with it.

Since he wasn’t more powerful than the other, he could only swallow his grievances and seek revenge another day.

Pearl swallowed her words and decided to just do it, as long as she gets healed and gets rid of this woman, Pearl could also play along.

When they arrived at the cemeteries, they found the woman already there and she was wearing black. The men were scattered all over the place but they also couldn’t be underestimated so trying to attack was a foolish idea that could only get everyone killed.

“Since you are here, let us just get straight to the point and kowtow. I am very busy,” Elektra impatiently ordered without even turning her head to look at them and acknowledge them.

Pearl’s pale’s face looked unsightly, she wanted so bad to shout at the other but Robert stopped her very quickly before she could cause any real damage.

“I am not a patient person!” Elektra angrily spoke as she turned her head to look at the people that were dawdling and wasting her time.

Seeing that loose hair fluttering with the wind that wasn’t there, Robert just wanted to get the hell out of this creepy place and away from the eerie woman,
sorry about that. We will get right to it!”

So, Elektra who had spent some minutes with her mother before these people arrived, watched with a cold smile as these people with reluctant attitudes kowtow to the two people they hated the most.

She didn’t care about their own opinions as what she wanted was to let them say they are sorry to her mother for wronging her.
