CHAPTER 88: PLAY

Elektra knew that remaining in her sullen mood will make Anisha feel bad and that happiness she felt when she knew that she was going to go traveling with her parents will end up being a memory she didn’t want to recall.

Ever since arriving in Bares, Anisha had been playing by herself and they had been too engrossed with their own affairs that they completely forgot about her.

So, when Anisha suddenly suggested that they should go out and play, Elektra felt guilty. She wasn’t a good mother at all and she felt as if she had failed Anisha.

But with Kasper holding her hand and comforting her soothingly, she found her bearings.

She looked at Anisha with a smile, “umm, let us get prepared first and then we will go out and have some fun.”

Kasper also smiled seeing that Anisha brought the life out of Elektra. Knowing that his baby was with an unknown woman, whom he couldn’t find until now no matter how much he tried looking for her.

He had never stopped looking for Anisha’s mother, even though the woman was sneaky and played games with him, she was still Anisha’s mother and the little girl deserved to know who her mother was.

However, seeing how Anisha loves Elektra, he was starting to have second thoughts. It was visible to any eye how much Elektra loves Anisha like her own child. She didn’t even carry any malicious intentions toward Anisha and she never mistreated her.

He knew that other women were very good at hiding their sly natures but expose them after so many years but he trusted Elektra. If she wanted to do something for his family, she would have done it a long time ago.

“Umm, we will join you in a while. Go and get changed!” Kasper spoke softly and in an affectionate manner.

Anisha seeing that her parents were now smiling and happier than before, skipped her way out of the bedroom and headed to her own room, where she began to look through her suitcase for a suitable outfit to wear.

In the parents’ room, Elektra was now on her feet and Kasper also joined her. the couple without saying words understood each other perfectly and made their way to the bathroom for a quick shower.

The two had been showering together for a while now so they didn’t feel any discomfort being together at all. they didn’t do anything funny as Anisha was waiting for them.

After coming out of the shower, Elektra knew exactly what she wanted to wear. As she was going to play, she needed to wear something comfortable, it wasn’t a fashion show and she didn’t need to wear some branded gowns and high heels.

So, she took out a pair of black jeans and a pink t-shirt for her outfit. She also put on a baby pink veil with some black flowers to complete the outfit.

Kasper didn’t need to overdo it but when dressed even simply, Elektra couldn’t help but be envious of him. He was wearing blue jeans with a black shirt and he looked very divine.

Elektra didn’t want another woman to see her man like this and if it wasn’t for Anisha wanting to go out and play, she would rather lock him up in the house and have him to herself.

Kasper looked at the lustful little wife of his and he couldn’t help but chuckle. He was very happy to see this old wife back. He didn’t want to see her sad and in that bad mood ever again.

He wanted to see her naughty side, funny side, happy side, and all the sides that just bring a smile to her face. Anything that makes her feel sad, he wishes he could eradicate all of them and leave only the good things for her to see and hear.

“Let’s go, Anisha is waiting for us!” Kasper cut off any evil thoughts that Elektra was having at the moment.

Surely, she quickly woke up and all nasty thoughts vanished as they were replaced with how she was going to make this a vacation for Anisha to remember. The couple left their room and met an excited Anisha who has dressed in a pair of blue jeans and a pink blouse.

Seeing the way, they were all dressed, a smile beamed on Elektra’s face. It was as if they were all telepathic and they just thought in the same direction.

The family of three left their suite happily with the mother and daughter pair holding hands while Anisha kept on telling Elektra about the places she visited with Miley and the rest when the parents were very busy.

Kasper only tagged along; he didn’t interfere but there was a smile on his face. So many horrible things had happened lately and what he needed was some ray of sunshine.

The Murray family was no longer strangers in the hotel. They all knew about the young lady wearing a veil and it was the staff and other guests wish to see that face but with that stoic face by her side, they can just forget it.

The couple under the protection of fierce-looking bodyguards were safely escorted to the waiting black sedan they were going to be using for the day.
On their way, Anisha was very excited about where they will be going but Elektra decided to keep it a secret and surprise her.

On their way, Anisha kept looking outside and kept on chattering. After forty minutes or so, the car finally came to a stop. The doors were opened and the family of three exited the car elegantly.

They quickly drew attention as the guards with them were plenty but this was normal as there were so many people out there who would go out of their way to get rid of him or his family and he wasn’t going to take any chances.

Anisha didn’t know where she was but her utmost trust and faith for her parents was overpowering.

“You are going to love this place!” Elektra was so excited as she said this.

Even though she was a mother, she was also a young adult and a teenager at heart. She was still playful and doing things that she couldn’t do freely before, which made her feel so excited and gave her a wonderful experience.

Her level of excitement even shocked Anisha but she recovered quickly and smiled at Elektra. Her mother was happy and that is all that matters. She even received a smile from her father and she was over the moon.
