Chapter 101 Three Moves
Ethan's words caused everyone to shake their heads repeatedly, thinking that this person clearly has no ability, yet he still insists on claiming that Mr. Levis is not a match for Remington; it's simply ridiculous.
Ruben's expression darkened after hearing Ethan's words, but he remained silent, as the truth would naturally reveal itself to Ethan. Joseph coughed and said, "Master, it's best for you to observe quietly and not speak recklessly." Edwin couldn't help but feel speechless.
Ethan had just told him the same thing, and now he was going to Joseph to say it again. On the other hand, Barbara was slightly startled. She gently pulled Ethan's sleeve and asked, "Mr. Levis truly isn't a match for Remington?"
"The first move has already been made," Ethan said nonchalantly, showing no concern. Mr. Levis' first move was to blindfold himself, to obstruct Remington's vision. However, Remington was clearly a seasoned veteran and was not fooled by such a petty trick, easily evading it.
Mr. Levis' second move quickly followed, a punch aimed at Remington's forehead. This was his renowned ultimate technique - The Eyes of the Phoenix!
This was a continuous series of attacks, with a subsequent capturing move that was the most lethal. However, a sneer appeared on Remington's face. He raised his right leg and swiftly kicked just as Mr. Levis advanced!
The rhythm of this kick coincided perfectly with Mr. Levis' forward step, making it extremely difficult for him to react. Mr. Levis' expression changed and he was about to change his move, but at that moment, Remington's leg forcefully struck!
Mr. Levis' left leg was half a beat too slow. Remington's heel struck hard against Mr. Levis' left knee, causing him to let out a painful groan, his left leg bending and directly kneeling on the ground.
Mr. Levis, being an experienced fighter, used the opportunity of being on his knees to execute a "kneeling step", swiftly attacking Remington's lower body! Remington sneered, took a step back, and with a swift motion, pressed his hand on the back of Mr. Levis' neck.
Like a defeated hero, Mr. Levis trembled, and fell flat on the ground. Ethan said to Barbara, "Three moves, I told you!"
As everyone looked at Mr. Levis lying on the ground, their expressions became extremely unpleasant. Connor couldn't help but wear a smug smile and said, "It seems like the Miller family must accept this gift! What do you think, Ruben?" Ruben furrowed his brows fiercely, then turned his head to look at Ethan.
Ethan glanced coldly and said, "If you dare speak out of line again, I'll have someone throw you off the ship!"
Joseph's face was filled with bitterness as he tried to calm Ruben down and whispered, "Master, my brother has a bad temper. Please don't provoke him anymore. I know you have exceptional medical skills, but it's best not to comment on matters of martial arts."
At this moment, Henry stepped forward, clasping his fists and said, "Sir, the Bush family is willing to help you punish the wrongdoers!"
Ruben's eyes brightened; the Bush Boxing style was indeed powerful, and Henry was offering assistance to the Miller family in this crucial moment. It was a helping hand in times of need!
"Very well, in that case, I thank you!" Ruben exclaimed with a loud laugh.
Henry smiled slightly, then turned to Ethan, implying something, "We are not like those who only take advantage with words."
Ruben added, "Well said. Some people only know how to boast but lack any real skills! Today, let these guests from Boulder witness the power of Bush Boxing!"
Remington stared expressionlessly and said, "Done performing? If you're done, send someone up to spar with me. If you're afraid, you can even send a group. I don't mind. If you know you're no match for me, then just accept this defeat graciously."
Bernice watched Ethan boast in front of the Miller family and others, feeling a headache coming on. But she couldn't say anything because she knew she couldn't afford to offend any of those people; she couldn't even speak a word!
"Logan, I need your help," Henry said respectfully.
Logan walked forward and nodded slightly. His spirit was high, though he appeared slightly older, he still had a strong and imposing presence that gave off a powerful visual impact.
Edwin couldn't help asking when Ethan confirmed that Mr. Levis was no match for Remington, "Master, do you think Logan has a chance in a fight?"
"He does have the chance, but still not a match. Remington may be young, but he is undeniably a genius," Ethan said calmly.
Logan's nose twitched upon hearing this, and he coldly snorted, "Young man, watch your mouth!"
Ruben was also irritated by this incident. It concerned the honor of the Miller family, so he could only sternly tell Edwin, "Edwin, keep your mouth shut!"
Joseph sighed and said, "Master, please refrain from making such remarks!"
"That Ethan is so annoying. He probably just got lucky earlier; in reality, he doesn't have any real skills."
"Yeah, he's just showing off and trying to please the crowd. It's disgusting!"
"I really hope the mayor kicks this guy off the ship as soon as possible."
"I find this person annoying!" Everyone expressed their dissatisfaction with Ethan one after another.
But Ethan only scoffed at the gossip he heard and replied, "If this 'Bush Boxing' expert can win, I'll jump off the ship and swim back to Boston!"
"Hahaha, you do have some good judgment!"
"I think you're not bad. Would you consider kneeling and becoming my student in the Tiger Gang? I could take you under my wing."
Remington found Ethan's words quite interesting and burst into laughter.
"You're not worthy," Ethan replied nonchalantly.
Remington's smile froze on his face, and he gave Ethan a cold glance before staying silent.
With a stern expression, Logan said, "Young man, be prepared to swim back to Boston from here!"
Henry sneered along, having witnessed Ethan's arrogance before. Now that he had offended so many people, others would take care of him without Henry needing to intervene.
"Ethan, Logan is indeed quite skillful, even I have heard of him. This Remington is surely no match for him, being so young. Apologize later, and I will speak up for you," Barbara whispered to Ethan.
"This kind of matter isn't about age," Ethan shook his head slightly, helplessly saying.
