"This slap wasn't just on Jacob's face; it was a slap to the entire Dragon Chamber of Commerce.

Bernice was genuinely frightened by Ethan's action. How reckless could he be to dare to slap Jacob's face?

Although she felt grateful that Ethan had stood up for her, she also complained that he lacked restraint.

"You’re in deep trouble, you know? You'll find out soon enough!" Jacob moaned in pain and started searching for his phone.

He smirked at Ethan and said, "You two, kneel now, and I may consider not getting the President involved!"

Bernice was taken aback and hurriedly snatched Jacob's phone, saying, "Let's go!"

However, Ethan lazily took the phone back from her and casually tossed it to Jacob, saying, "Let him make the call!"

Bernice was almost going to faint from anger and angrily said, "Do you know what you're doing? Can you afford to offend someone like David?"

"Knowing that Jacob is David's subordinate and still daring to strike him, I think he's probably done for. Prepare for a funeral tomorrow!"

"I've seen someone openly provoke the Dragon Chamber of Commerce before, but his grave is already covered in grass that's more than three feet tall."

A foot in shiny black shoes took the first step out, solidly landing on the ground with a soft thud. "It's over, you can't escape now!" Bernice looked at Ethan despairingly and tears fell.

Ethan stood expressionless with his hands in his pockets. Jacob immediately rushed to the side of the car, bent ninety degrees, and loudly said, “ President!”

David got out of the car, wearing a black suit, a black tie, and sunglasses, and holding a high-end cigar. He had the demeanor of a boss.

The moment he appeared, the scene fell into dead silence, and everyone's gaze fell on him. As soon as he appears, he can suffocate everyone with his aura. Undoubtedly, David was such a person.

David nodded slightly and calmly said, "Look up." Jacob raised his head, revealing a face full of scars, looking miserable. David, hidden behind his sunglasses, narrowed his eyes slightly, then glanced at the gold signboard of the building in the background, Dragon Chamber of Commerce!
