Chapter 078 The Bowl of Regrets

"Let's go, they have the advantage in numbers!" Dorothy was feeling a little scared, afraid that Doris would harm Ethan.

But Ethan smiled, reached out, and picked up the bowl of soup, with saliva foam floating on the surface.

"Usually, there is no such thing as wasting food in our prison," Ethan said seriously.

Doris had a mocking smile on her face when she saw him pick up the bowl of soup. She said, "If you want to drink it, drink it quickly! Don't waste our time!"

"Just as arrogant as before, but now so scared. I want to see him finish this bowl of soup, not a drop left!"

"Still talking about hating people who waste food? We have money, so what if we waste it?"

Ethan continued, "Because the prisoners know I hate people wasting food!"

Doris sneered, "So what? Are you going to drink it to avoid wasting food?"

But it was at this moment that Ethan made a lightning-fast move. He suddenly grabbed Doris by the neck, twisted it fiercely, and pressed her down on the table. The whole bowl of soup was poured all over her face.

Doris didn't expect that Ethan would dare to make a move against her in this situation. Caught off guard, her mouth and nose were filled with soup!

"So, you should finish it," Ethan said with a cold smile, and put down the bowl.

The people from the Tiger Group around them were all stunned, surprised that Ethan would suddenly turn violent and attack Doris.

Doris was disgusted and coughed repeatedly, her face turning red. She cursed, "You... you... How dare you? I… I will never let you off!"

Ethan ignored her and took the stack of money Doris had thrown on the table.

"This table of food was ruined by you. Consider this money as compensation for me," Ethan said coldly. "Today, all of you must finish every single dish on this table, without wasting any bit of it. Otherwise, not a single person will be able to leave this private room!"

Ethan's words ignited anger among the members of the Tiger Group, and their eyes glowed with hostility.

The Tiger Group was known for its ruthlessness and was supported by the Tiger Gang. With their influential background, people usually approached them with respect. Where would one find someone as arrogant as Ethan?

"As expected, things are escalating!" Dorothy sighed bitterly, watching the scene unfold. She couldn't help but hope that the Tiger Group wouldn't seek revenge on the Bush Group, or else she wouldn't be able to handle it.

"Go get him!" Doris ordered, and the members of the Tiger Group grabbed bottles and chairs, rushing towards Ethan.

"No matter how many sheep there are, they cannot stop a lion," Ethan shook his head. He effortlessly caught a chair that was thrown at him, and then launched a kick at one of the men, sending him crashing into the wall.

After setting down the chair, Ethan didn't back down but instead plunged into the crowd, using both punches and kicks!

Ethan had grown up with a gang of ruthless criminals since he was young, so how could he see these people as a threat?

Dorothy stared in disbelief, murmuring, "He's too brutal...Mr. McKellen is truly too brutal..."

In less than thirty seconds, all the fierce men from the Tiger Group were lying on the ground, unable to get up, their faces distorted with pain.

Seeing this, Doris trembled in fear. She hadn't expected Ethan to be that skilled, easily defeating seven or eight people.

"What I say is always heartfelt and sincere. Why do you always think I'm being arrogant?" Ethan sat back in his chair and sincerely asked.

Doris's lips trembled, and for a moment, she couldn't say anything.

Ethan calmly said, "Finish every dish on this table, without leaving a single trace. I will pretend this incident never happened."

After saying this, he earnestly took out a pair of chopsticks from the drawer and threw them to one person.

"You dare to lay a hand on us and humiliate me! I will certainly make Dorothy's company go bankrupt!" Doris shouted.

Dorothy's face turned pale, and she realized that her fears had indeed come true.

Ethan sneered, shook his head, and said, "Can the Tiger Group afford to be involved right now? They are currently in fierce competition with the Aim Group. Are they even brave enough to target other companies? Don't they fear Ella catching them in the act? You threaten us with bankruptcy? Don't try to scare me here, it's pointless..."

When Dorothy heard this, she couldn't help but pause and then looked at Doris.

Doris, too, was extremely astonished after hearing Ethan's words and exclaimed, "How do you know all these things? Who are you, exactly?"

Ethan calmly replied, "I helped the Aim Group secure the land for New Age Mansion. You should know what kind of person I am."

"You... You're Ethan, the Vice Minister of Security for the Aim Group, who defeated Mr. Chaucer?!" Doris couldn't help but be shocked and asked.

Ethan nodded silently, just looking at Doris.

"So, what if it's you? Just because you have some brute force, do you think you can do whatever you want? Yes, you made great contributions for the Aim Group! But now, both the us and the Aim Group are in a delicate situation. No one will really fight to the death.

"Do you think Miss Anderson will become an enemy of the Tiger Group for your sake? You've provoked me, even if we don't use street methods to deal with you, we can certainly make you rot in jail for over a decade! I don't believe you can fight anymore, let alone beat a gun!"

Doris gradually calmed down, evidently preparing to use official powers to handle Ethan.

Just at that moment, the door to the private room was opened by someone, and Tom entered saying, "Is the private room I requested not ready yet? Miss Anderson has already arrived..."

As soon as Tom saw everything inside the room, his face fell.

Ella, who was accompanying him, also paused and upon seeing Ethan, a hint of mockery appeared on her face, clearly enjoying the situation.

"Mr. Brown... I'm incompetent, I didn't handle things well," Doris said with a mournful face, "He refused to give up the private room and even beat up our people. I was about to file a police report."

Tom, being adept at seizing opportunities, turned to Ella and said, "Ella, look, your employees attacked our people... Don't you think you should give me an explanation? An explanation for my subordinates?"

Ella nonchalantly replied, "In the company, during working hours, I will, of course, manage my subordinates. However, it is after work hours now, and not in the office, so it falls under their private affairs. The company's regulations clearly state that we won't intervene in any employee's private affairs."

Ella, of course, knew that Tom was trying to make trouble and get some benefits from the Aim Group. She naturally didn't take the bait and lightly brushed it off with a few words.

Tom couldn't help but feel powerless in the face of her dismissive attitude.

Meanwhile, Ethan couldn't help but think, "This woman really has no conscience..."
