Chapter 236 Training the Mother-in-law
"Nothing at all! I was just discussing the baby in your belly with him!" Lillian trembled all over when she heard her daughter Scarlett's voice, looking guilty and embarrassed. She forced a smile and said to Scarlett, "Scarlett, you're really awesome. Not only did you find me a good son-in-law, but you're also so considerate of me." As she spoke, Lillian took the glass of water Scarlett handed her.

"Scarlett, please sit down and eat. You must eat more in the future, especially now with the little one in your belly." Kevin gazed deeply at his mother-in-law, who appeared both nervous and ashamed. He smiled as he reached out to guide Scarlett to her seat.
"Of course!" Scarlett beamed with happiness, showcasing a charming smile as she obediently settled into her chair.
In haste, Lillian swiftly scooped up a bowl of broth and handed it to Scarlett, saying, "Scarlett, have some more broth. It's nutritious." At the dining table, the family of three radiated harmony and love, a sight that inspired envy in onlookers.
Beneath the table, however, Kevin's foot was stealthily entwined with Lillian's delicate foot, engaging in a mutual teasing game.
Locked in a gaze, their eyes were filled with both eager desires and shame.
"Mom, let me handle the clearing up today. You're not feeling well. Take a break in the living room," Kevin suggested.
After finishing their meal, Scarlett, dutiful and obedient, rose to clear the dishes.
"Oh no, you can't. You're pregnant now. Mom is feeling much better. You and Kevin can go and rest a bit. I'll take care of it." Lillian immediately seized the dishes from Scarlett's hands, affectionately patting her daughter's hand.
"Scarlett, go and rest. I'll help Mom clean up. You're the most precious pregnant lady in our home now. You shouldn't be doing chores," Kevin chimed in, rising to his feet with a smile and embracing Scarlett. He then planted a kiss on her lips.
"All right then, thanks, Mom and hubby." Scarlett blushed with happiness, nodding shyly and playfully scolding Kevin, "Mom is watching, you shameless man."
With a slight smirk, Kevin playfully glanced at his mother-in-law, Lillian, and then, without hesitation, he sealed his lips on the inviting lips of the beautiful woman in his arms. After a passionate and warm kiss, he chuckled, "We are family, Mom. What's there to be shy about? Our affection towards each other makes you happy, right, Mom?"
Seeing her daughter Scarlett blush after Kevin kissed her, Lillian felt jealousy and an unignorable itch. She almost wished she were the one kissing her son-in-law.
"You are shameless! I'm going to see what Natalie is drawing." Scarlett cast a playfully annoyed glance at Kevin, blushing as she swiftly turned and walked into the living room as though fleeing.
In the dining room, only Lillian and Kevin remained.
Kevin and Lillian exchanged a glance, their eyes filled with burning desire.
The fire Kevin's foot had ignited in Lillian couldn't be extinguished. Her heart was restless and agitated.
"Kevin, you should go rest too. I'll clean up here."
Lillian nervously glanced at the living room. Scarlett and Natalie were busy with the new painting tools Kevin had bought for Natalie, not paying attention to them.
"Mom, you've worked all day and are tired. Let me help you." Kevin, with a lecherous smile, walked to Lillian's side, deliberately brushing his body against her plump buttocks.
