Chapter 24.
Alison’s POV

Monday morning comes quickly and there has been no sign of Emmett, Evan has scouts out looking for him but it’s like he vanished. Evan and I get up early to go for a run together, since I tried chasing him in the court yard that day he said I need to start running with him because watching me apparently made him sad.

I mean he’s a wolf with super human ability’s so I don’t know what he’s expecting from a small week little normal person like me, who quite frankly is more interested in dresses and make up then running through the mud. But yet here we are running in the mud.

We get back to the pack house as I’m out of breath and wanting to die, god I hate running I think to myself while Evan babbles on about something. My heart beats so loud in my ears I can’t even here what he says. I lay on the deck outside the huge doors to the main entrance breathing hard.
“Are you ok?” He asks as I still struggle to catch my breath.
“Fine.” I manage to spit out as I hear foot steps come up.

“Hey Alpha, I thought you and Luna would have been on your way by now.” The voice asks and I can tell it’s Valerie without opening my eyes.
“Yeah we’re going to shower and get ready, we meet in an hour.” Evan responds as I roll to my side and Valerie giggles.
“How are you doing?” She asks looking down to me as I lay on the floor like a dead mouse.

“Yeah.. good.” I say struggling to get up, as I take a few steps and my legs feel like jello Evan grabs me swiftly picking me up carrying me to our bathroom, Valerie waves goodbye as she starts off to the kitchen.
“I’ll bring breakfast up to you Luna.” She calls out.
“THANK YOU.” I answer back already out of ear shot.

I let the water pour over me letting the pain from our “run” wash off if that’s what you can even call it, my whole body burns. I’m never going to get used to this, I think to myself as Evans hands glide across my body with a fluffy pink loofa.

“Are you ready for today?” Evan asks softly as he kisses my check.
“Yes I’m fine.” I say as I move back to him
“Valerie will be here any minute we have to be quick.” He says as he finishes washing my back and I release my tension, he hasn’t wanted to have sex with me since Emmett and I don’t know why. It’s been bugging me though.

He finishes washing up and gets out tossing a towel to me, there’s a knock at the door and Evan goes to answer it as I wrap the towel around me. I walk out and Valerie is already in my closet pulling clothes out, I pick up a strawberry popping it in my mouth as she turns around holding a pair of black slim pants a gorgeous white blouse and black high heels.

“This will look amazing on you.” She says walking over to me tossing the clothes on the bed.
“Eat and change I’ll be back in a second to help you with your hair.” She says taking off out the door as I giggle, how does she have so much energy.

I quickly eat the fruit and toast and dry off to change, by the time I’m done Evan is coming back in with Valerie.
“The board is almost ready.” He states as Valerie starts brushing my hair pinning the sides up.
“Ok, I’ll meet you in the front entrance in a moment to walk over.” I say as he nods leaving the room.

“He seems stressed.” Valerie states finishing up as she moves to mascara.
“Yeah since everything happened with Emmett, and Evan still not being able to find him its been really pressing.” I say looking up as she finishes my eye liner and we leave to find Evan. Valerie walks with us till we reach the medic centre to go see Emily as Evan and I continue to the grand hall.

When we enter the board is already assembled along with a group of elders, Evan said the elders are only there as witnesses to what the board decides. Evan and I sit down at a big dark solid wood table facing the board.
“Hello Alpha, Luna.” Oliver says. “it’s good to see you again.”
“I wish it was under better circumstances.” Evan reply’s.

A moment later a tall dark haired man is brought in by two guards, which I can only assume is Alpha Romeo. My stomach turns in disgust even looking at him.
“WHAT AM I DOING HERE!” The man demands as they drag him over to a large desk in front of us and the board, the guards cuff Alpha Romeo to the large table as he try’s to pull away. He seems very slow, maybe they gave him something to partially sedate him. I think to myself as he smash’s his hands down on the desk.

“ANSWER ME! WHAT AM I DOING HERE!” He demands again as Alpha Evans stands fixing his jacket.
“Alpha Romeo!” He starts as his Alpha aura rises.
“You have been accused of abuse and neglect within your pack, which goes against multiple wolf laws. The matter was brought to the board last week and reviewed over the weekend. We have decided your pack is in extremely serious condition. To which we have chosen to move forward with a trial immediately.” Evans says clearly as his Alpha aura fills the room now making everyone uneasy, I can tell he’s trying to conduct himself when all he really wants is to rip Alpha Romeo apart.
“THIS IS UNBELIEVABLE!” Romeo screams. “BLOOD STONE HAS BEEN IN MY FAMILY FOR GENERATIONS! I REFUSE TO GIVE IT UP.” He blows up as we all see him visibly getting angrier.

“Alpha Romeo, after further investigation we have decided to strip your Alpha title and banish you from the pack lands. If you refuse to leave you will be declared a rogue and thrown in to prison until we decide your fate.” Alpha Evans bellows.

“The board stands behind my decision and the elders were brought in as witness.” He finishes as he walks over to a large metal prong, picking it up he stabs it in to Alpha Romeo’s thigh.
“I Alpha Evans of the crystal moon pack strip you, Alpha Romeo of your title to the blood stone pack as you are no longer fit to lead.” He states loudly as a glass shattering scream is heard through the room.
