Chapter 25.
Alisons POV

Romeo is locked in the cells beneath the pack, he decided he didn’t want to leave, so Alpha Evans is now trying to decide his fate. Evan explained the prong he used was specially made by a witch hundreds of years ago to be used to strip power from super natural creatures as a way to keep them in check.

After the board supported Alpha Evans stripping Romeo’s title we quickly have to make a plan to handle his pack now, so Evan and I are going to the blood stone pack to see where we need to start. My heart races thinking about how we need to meet with the pack that was commanded to abuse my best friend, my stomach turns as I can’t even imagine what this pack must look like judging by the knowledge we already have of Romeo.

I meet Valerie in my room and she already has two suitcases packed for Evan and I, she truly makes our lives so much easier.
“Ok Alpha Evans and I are going to be gone for 2 days to make arrangements for the bloodstone pack.” I say as we start walking down to the main entrance and she continues to nod listening attentively.

“You and Marco will be running the pack until we are back, if there is an issue get ahold of us otherwise it should be a quiet few days here. Romeo is to stay locked in his cell as well as chained and sedated every 5 hours.” I say as she nods writing everything down. My head spins thinking of the next few days we have ahead of us.

“Please make sure you check on Emily and let her know what is going on.” Guilt washs over me, I haven’t even seen Emily since last night. I should go see her before I leave but I have Luna duty’s to attend to and just don’t have time.
“Oh also double the guards and if Emmett is found lock him up as well until we are back.” I say giving her a big hug as we reach the front door and I see Evan holding the trunk open. I grab our bags from Valerie and join him outside, ready for our trip.

Evan and I start our drive to the bloodstone pack, it is along the boarder of our pack there is only a 1 mile gap between the two, which the board has given us permission to wave the two boarders to combine our pack lands.
“Now that we are taking both packs we will need to claim the blood stone pack as Alpha and Luna.” Evan starts. “We will do it during your Luna ceremony on Friday.” He states.

“Ok, what are we expecting when we go in to blood stone?” I ask.
“Honestly I have no idea, but based on the way Emily looked and Alpha Romeo for that matter I’m expecting the worst.” He says looking forward as we continue to drive.

“I’m thinking with the growth of the pack and expansion of land we can build a few more pack houses, I’m sure Alpha Romeo hasn’t been very kind to his people when it comes to housing. We will also need to develop some of the land for farming, we will be able to bring in three times the amount of produce.” He states as I nod, he seems excited about getting to expand.

“What about his men that are loyal to him?” I finally ask with concern.
“You just stay behind me and I’ll handle Romeo’s men. I’m sure they won’t be much trouble anyways.” He says casually shrugging. I smile looking over to him, my big strong wolf.

We get to the pack house of the blood stone pack within the hour, the drive through their pack lands was silent and everything about the place seemed very weary. Crossing the boarder gave me a sickly feeling knowing we are heading in to where Emily was kept captive, my heart pounds as we get closer.

Everything’s dead and dark, The ground looks burnt and the houses are falling apart as sadness fills my body with each breath, these poor people. Evan was definitely right. We are going to have a lot of work ahead of us to turn this pack around. A sickening smell fills the air making me want to gag as there’s a pit in my stomach.

“We’re here.” Evan says quietly as I feel his body tense.
We walk up the pack house as a large red headed man comes out I’m assuming the beta.
“Who are you and why have you come!” He demands as Alpha Evans starts forcing his aura forward to make the large wolf submit.

“I’m Alpha Evans of the crystal moon pack. I have striped Alpha Romeo of his title with support of the board.” He states as 3 more men walk out side. I step back as the red head quickly shifts and before I can blink Evan has sliced his hand through the wolves throat, he crumples to the ground in a pile of fur and blood unable to even shriek as Evan stands there blood dripping down his arm.

I’ve never seen him be violent before and I feel my heart in my throat as a sick smile crosses his face. He just took down a huge wolf with just a hand.
“Who’s next?” Evan asks as he looks up at the 3 witnesses who are cowering behind one another. I stare at the lifeless wolf laying on the ground as blood pools around him, I look up as Evan as he wipes his hands off in complete shock. I’ve never seen him kill someone before let alone with such little effort.

“Now as I was saying, I will be taking your pack, I’m your new Alpha and it’s lovely to meet you.” He says with a warm smile. Good god this man, he just killed a wolf with one fell swoop of his hand and now he’s smiling at them, guess he wasn’t taking any chances. The 3 men stand in front of us terrified looking to the ground as you can visibly see them shaking.
“What are your names and ranks!” Evans demands as the 3 men try to compose themselves.

“I’m Preston, this is my brother Parker and this is Spencer.” The tallest one says, he’s standing slightly in front of the others, he has long wispy black hair, his brothers the same but a little shorter and the one he called Spencer has brown hair.

“The guy you just killed was jack, he was one of Romeo’s personal guards and pack beta.” He says softly.
“There’s a few wolves that actually like Romeo but for the most part we just followed him because we had no other choice, others have grown up in this and don’t know anything else.” He goes on.

“We aren’t high ranking.” He continues
“We train every day and we’re strong because Alpha Romeo made us but he always called us omegas, he said we were disposable warriors.” He says softly looking down as my heart breaks.

“Well Preston I’d like you to call a meeting, I’d like to meet with all of Alpha Romeo’s men as well as the villagers, warriors and service workers.” Alpha Evans says loudly as the 3 of them nod anxiously.

“Now that my Luna and I will be taking over, we plan to re build this pack and become one of the strongest packs in the country. I also follow wolf law, it is taught in our schools and taken very seriously. I would like to speak with the pack as a whole so we can get plans rolling.” He states to the 3 shaking wolves.

“Alpha Evans, if I may” Parker starts as Evan nods.
“Our pack isn’t very big Romeo killed anyone who wasn’t useful or worth keeping around.” He says sadly as my heart continues to ache.
“That’s ok, everyone in the pack will attend the meeting. We will go from there.” Evan says giving them a warm smile before getting back on track.

“Good now show me the pack house Spencer.” He turns speaking to the brown haired wolf who looks like he wants to puke.
“Yes, yes Alpha.” He stutters softly.
“Don’t be scared. I won’t hurt you unless you attack your Luna.” Evan says with a side grin he is having to much fun torturing these poor boys I think to myself making me chuckle. We walk in to the pack house as the two boys turn taking off to assemble a pack meeting.
