Chapter 61.
Alisons POV

I roll over as the sun breaks through the darkness, Evan is still asleep snoring softly as I smile watching his chest rise and fall. I look over to the clock, it’s 5:30 and we need to get up and make final arrangements before we leave to greet the packs.

I gently kiss Evans chest as he groans and his hands find my body, gentle sparks fly from my lips as he stirs beginning to wake.
“We need to get up now my Alpha.” I say softly working my way up to his neck trailing my kisses as I go.
“Mmm soon.” He gets out before turning to me, nuzzling his head in to my neck and I drag my fingers along his skin.

I place my lips on his as his mouth parts and our tongues meet sending electricity through me. My hand on his cheek as his float across my body, I inhale deeply pulling away from him as his lips go to my neck making me moan softly. I slip my hands under the blankets wrapping my fingers around him, he gasps pushing in to me, I firmly hold on to him sliding my hands up and down his length as he softly groans in response.

He grabs my hips flipping me over so I’m not facing him as he works his way inside me, I moan softly while pushing back to him making him go deeper. Thrusting in to me keeping pace as his arms wrap around my body squeezing me to his, my moans grow while the pressure builds and he kisses down my back. His hands pull through my hair making me louder while continuing so send shocks across my skin.

He pulls my legs up closer to me as he picks up his pace and pleasure spreads through me while I fight the erge to scream. I feel his body tense against mine as I release myself at the same time as him, my breathing heavy as I feel his breath on the back of my neck making me shiver. We take a minute to recover before we take a shower getting ready to meet the packs.

We meet Valerie at the front gates to the pack just before 10 am, the gates are solid steal and black, they have two wolf statues placed to either side as the newly planted rose bushes begin to climb up the metal. Since the attacks Evan decided to gate off the pack lands, pack members can come and go as they please but this does keep the pack safer. The gates close each night by 10 pm and you need to have a guard let you out if you want to leave past then, they open again at 6 am.

We wait with Salem by our side as Valerie finishes up on the phone before turning to update us.
“Lorenzo’s pack is 5 minutes away they have 14 cars with them.” She says softly as we both nod. A few moments later a line of cars comes pulling in as we direct them to their parking, we greet everyone making small talk as more and more people arrive filling up the pack lands.

Dark moon pack is now here, sun stone, moon blood, Everest pack and black river packs are all here and we’re just waiting on a few more. The day passes as wolves fill the pack lands, court yard and pack houses, I stand back looking at everyone mingling and I smile my heart feels full being around all the wolves, even though everyone comes from different packs we are all family. All being together makes everything so much more powerful, feeling the energy pour off of the wolves, love and happiness fill the air as everyone enjoys each other.

“Is everyone excited for the mating ceremony tonight?” Evan says loudly as the packs quiet down, I stand beside him as Salem holds on to my sundress standing just besides me. Everyone begins to cheer and howl as the crowd answers back in roar and I see a huge smile plastered across his face.
“Dinner will be served shortly, after that we will meet in the grand hall and get started.” He states as the pack continues cheering getting riled up and Evan and I kiss before walking to the buffet hand in hand.

Everyone sits eating as we continue to mingle, a few wolves have already found their mates since being here and everyone’s anxious to get started. The chefs and servers are all running around keeping everything in order, I’m so glad everything’s going so well.

Evan and I leave to the grand hall before the others, I walk in and see the beauty of the lay out while the darkness begins to take the sky as the moon begins to rise, it’s light shining in hitting the shimmering drapes as sparkles shoot across the room. The moon Lilly’s open up as they start to glitter as well, the magic fills the room and I inhale deeply taking in everything around me as I feel Evan come up behind me kissing my cheek softly before he wraps hands around my waist.

“Are you ready my little mate?” He asks as I spin around facing him and we slowly dance while Salem sits off to the side watching smiling brightly.
“I’m always ready for you.” I whisper back to him quiet enough for Salem not to hear me. My hand locked in his as the others placed on his shoulder, we dance looking in to each other’s eyes as flutters start in my stomach. I get lost in them the bright blue pulling me in as I see flash’s appear in my mind, flash’s of Salem training as a teenager, of Evan holding our baby, Evan and I old and together. Each flash makes my heart pound erratically as I thrive off his love.

The packs walk in joining us as other couples begin dancing around us, music fills the room and the moonlight bounces off the glimmering decorations as the wolves take in the energy of the moon and everyone’s on a high.
“We are here tonight to thank the moon goddess for the love she has blessed us with.” Evan starts as the crowd turns to look at us.
“The power of the mate bond is the strongest love alive, our mates are chosen by the goddess to complement us in the best way possible. You are a team, and together we are stronger.” He says taking my hands as I look up to him.

“Tonight will be a celebration of the mate bond, allow yourselves to feel the pull of your mate, soak in the power of the moon, give your wolves control and enjoy your night.” He says in a loud booming voice and the crowd erupts in to roaring howls that echo through the grand hall.

Emily and Blair dance together while the music plays and mates come together as one, I walk up to her and Blair to talk quickly before everyone leaves for the moonlight run.
“Hey, we’re going to go soon.” I say softly as she pulls away from Blair.
“Ok, where’s Salem?” She asks looking around as Blair steps back still holding on to her hands.
“He’s over playing with Valerie, are you ok?” I ask touching her shoulder as her eyes look frantic.
“Yes I just want to get out of here before everything starts.” She finishes as I nod and Blair goes to find Salem.
“I’ll see you back at the house tonight.” I say with a smile as she nods again leaving with her wolf and my child.

After Emily has left, I go back to find Evan to let him know we’re ready to go. He walks to the front of the room before letting out a loud booming howl, the other wolves respond howling back as we all head out to the court yard.

“The rules are simple, Luna will take off in to the forest first, after 60 seconds the other she wolves will join her. Your job lady’s is to get as far as possible and hide, you will have 3 minutes total to pick your hiding place after that we will be coming after you.” Evan yells over everyone as my heart throbs and my excitement rises.

“Men, you will go after your mate and find your mate only, no one is to interrupt a mating and no one will be allowed to be with another wolf other then their mate. Breaking these rules have very serious consequences which we don’t take lightly, now is everyone ready!” He shouts and the pack goes crazy, hoots and howls spread through the night echoing off the trees as Evan leans down to kiss my cheek whispering in to my ear.
“I can smell you, good luck little mate.” He says softly as shivers fly up my back making me twitch.

I move forward standing in front of the packs as I kick off my shoes and the she wolves stand behind me in a line.
“Is everyone ready!” Evan yells as the she wolves all shout and scream excitedly.
“Well then lets get started. Happy hunting!” He finishes walking up to me kissing me deeply before pulling away.

I pull at my dress as he holds me by my shoulder.
“Get ready to run.” He says in a low sexy voice and I feel my adrenaline spike flowing through me with excitement as I take off in to the night and the howls fade behind me.
